Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide water supply piping for a house having excellent seismic base isolation performance. SOLUTION: In a water supply piping for a house in which the main water supply pipe is connected to a header provided underfloor, and water supplied from the main water supply pipe to the header is branched at the header and guided to each water use facility in the house through a branch pipe connected to the header, the header is supported by the main body of the house underfloor so as to form a space between the foundation floor surface and the header, and the main water supply pipe rises upward after supported by the foundation floor surface and forms an almost U-shaped curve in front of the header and then connected to the header in the configuration.

2. Description of the Related Art In a detached house in recent years, as shown in FIG. 6, a water supply pipe 100 in a house rolls a header 101 on a foundation floor 200 such as a floor under the floor or a moisture-proof concrete. A main water supply pipe 102 for supplying tap water or hot water obtained by heating the tap water is connected straight, and water or hot water supplied from the main water supply pipe 102 to the header 101 is branched at the header 101 and the header 101.
A header construction method is adopted in which the water is supplied to each of the water supply facilities such as the toilet 301, the kitchen 302, the bathroom, and the washroom in the house 300 via the branch pipe 103 connected to the housing 300 (Japanese Patent Application No. 11-244403). [0003] In addition, in the above-mentioned water supply pipe, conventionally,
PVC pipes or steel pipes have been used. However, PVC pipes or steel pipes have poor flexibility, and if large vibrations occur due to an earthquake or the like, the pipes will be pulled or bent by the vibrations. There is a high possibility that water or water will not be supplied due to the breakage of joints and joints. Moreover, after the Great Hanshin Earthquake, seismic isolation specifications for detached houses have attracted attention. Therefore, flexible resin pipes represented by crosslinked polyethylene pipes have begun to be used in place of vinyl chloride resin pipes and steel pipes due to recent deregulation.

[0004] However, in the case of the above-mentioned flexible resin pipe, even if a large shaking due to an earthquake occurs due to its flexibility, no break or the like occurs. However, when the pipe is rolled as in the above-mentioned header method, a large shaking occurs. When this occurs, the joint may be broken or the tube may come off from the joint due to the pulling of the tube, which may make it impossible to supply water or hot water into the house.

In order to achieve such an object, a water supply pipe of a house according to the present invention is configured such that a main water supply pipe is connected to a header provided under the floor, and the main water supply pipe supplies the header to the header. In a water supply pipe of a house in which the separated water is branched at a header and guided to each plumbing system in the house via a branch pipe connected to the header, the header is connected to a foundation floor. The main water supply pipe is supported on the base floor surface and then rises up after being supported by the foundation floor so as to form a space, and is connected to the header in a substantially U-shaped curved shape in front of the header. [0007] The water supply pipe for a house according to the present invention is preferably configured such that the branch pipe is also supported by the house body so as to form a space between the branch pipe and the foundation floor.
The main water supply pipe and the branch pipe are not particularly limited as long as they have flexibility. However, it is preferable to use a pipe formed of crosslinked polyethylene or polybutene.

In the present invention, the phrase "supported by the housing body under the floor so as to form a space between the soil or a foundation floor such as moisture-proof concrete" means that the header, the branch pipe, and the like are enlarged under the floor and directly attached to the joist. It means that it can be hung using a hanger, a saddle band, or the like. In the present invention, the water supply pipe refers to a pipe for supplying drinking water such as tap water or hot water heated from tap water or the like into a house to a plumbing facility such as a kitchen, a bathroom, a washroom, or a toilet in the house.

Although the radius of the U-shaped curved portion of the main water supply pipe is not particularly limited, it is preferable that the radius be at least the minimum bending radius of the flexible resin pipe constituting the main water supply pipe. That is, if the radius of the bending portion is smaller than the minimum bending radius, the pipe may buckle, and even if the pipe is bent without buckling, the pipe may buckle due to shaking due to the earthquake. Incidentally, the minimum bending radius of a crosslinked polyethylene pipe is 1 for a pipe having a nominal diameter of 10A.

When the distance between the floor-side fixed portion of the main water supply pipe and the foundation floor is less than twice the minimum bending radius of the main water supply pipe, the main water supply pipe is bent obliquely without being bent directly downward. You may make it do. The distance from the fixed end of the main water pipe with the header to the top of the U-shape is not particularly limited, but is preferably not less than the total length of the minimum bending radius of the main water pipe and the expected maximum shaking radius due to the earthquake. .

As shown in FIG. 1, the water supply pipe 1 includes a header 11, a main water supply pipe 12, and a branch pipe 13. The header 11 is hung on a large house, a joist, or the like of the house H in a state where a space S is formed between the floor and a foundation floor 2 made of moisture-proof concrete or the like.

The main water supply pipe 12 is made of cross-linked polyethylene, is guided under the floor from outside the house, is crawled on the foundation floor 2, and is fixed to the foundation floor 2 by a fixture 21 such as a saddle band. After that, the main water supply pipe 12 is arranged so that the distance L from the connection with the header 11 to the top of the U-shape is equal to or greater than the total length of the predicted maximum shaking radius due to the earthquake and the minimum bending radius of the main water supply pipe 12. It is connected to the end of the header 11 in a state of being bent in a U-shape with a bending radius r that is equal to or greater than the minimum bending radius. The branch pipe 13 is formed of cross-linked polyethylene, and has one end connected to the branch port 14 of the header 11, is suspended by a large-scale joist, a joist, or the like, and crawls under the floor with a space separated from the base floor surface 2. After that, the other end is connected to each plumbing facility 3.

As described above, since only the main water supply pipe 12 is fixed to the foundation floor 2 in the water supply pipe 1, most of the water supply pipe 1 is synchronized with the shaking of the house H even if an earthquake occurs. I shake. Since the main water supply pipe 12 is curved in a U-shape before the connection with the header 11, the U-shape absorbs the shaking caused by the earthquake. Therefore, no load is applied to the joints such as the main water supply pipe 12, the branch pipe 13, and the header 11, and as a result, breakage of the water supply pipe due to the shaking of the earthquake can be prevented.

Further, since the radius r of the U-shaped portion is equal to or larger than the minimum radius of the main piping material, there is no buckling of the pipe due to swing. Furthermore, since the distance L from the connection with the header 11 to the top of the U-shape is set to be equal to or greater than the sum of the estimated maximum swing radius due to the earthquake and the minimum bending radius of the main water supply pipe 12,
The U-shaped portion can more reliably absorb the vibration.
