2. Description of the Related Art Oil stains on the painted surface of automobiles derived from exhaust gas discharged from diesel vehicles and the like, and oil stains on the surfaces of gas ranges, ventilation fans and the like caused by fried foods, once adhered, are dried and then removed. It is generally difficult to rub it with a brush or the like, and the painted surface is generally damaged. In order to prevent this, it is common to use a detergent having a high detergency. For example, a detergent containing a high concentration of nonionic surfactant resistant to oil stains, or a highly alkaline detergent,
Alternatively, it is effective to use a cleaning agent containing an abrasive, and various cleaning agents for such use are commercially available. However, if the concentration of the surfactant is increased, the surface is whitened by the activator or the like remaining on the painted surface, and the appearance is impaired. High alkali detergents have adverse effects such as discoloring the painted surface. Further, the abrasive-containing cleaning agent easily damages the painted surface, not only impairing the aesthetic appearance but also causing corrosion.

First, the component (A) will be described. As the surfactant, any of an anionic surfactant, a nonionic surfactant, and an amphoteric surfactant may be used, but an anionic surfactant and an amphoteric surfactant, which have little influence on a coating surface or a whitening effect, are preferable. Anionic surfactants are particularly preferred because of their low cost. As the type of the anionic surfactant, lauryl sulfate, polyoxyethylene allyl sulfate, alkylbenzene sulfonate, and the like are preferable. The content of the component (A) in the cleaning and antifouling agent of the present invention is preferably from 0.001 to 1% by mass, and from the viewpoints of detergency to oiliness, influence on a coating film and prevention of whitening property, from 0.01 to 1%. 0.2% by weight is particularly preferred. 0.
If the amount is less than 001% by mass, the detergency is inferior. If the amount exceeds 1% by mass, the detergency is too strong, which may adversely affect the coated surface or cause whitening.

The hydrophobic hard surface to be treated with the cleaning and antifouling agent of the present invention is preferably a painted surface or a plastic surface. The cleaning and antifouling treatment method of the present invention includes a step of treating a hydrophobic hard surface with a one-part cleaning and antifouling treatment agent. Specifically, a one-pack type cleaning and antifouling agent is applied to a hydrophobic hard surface so as to have a dry mass of about 0.05 to 50 g / m 2 ,
Drying may be carried out at a temperature of 30 ° C. for about 1 to 6 hours, but a higher temperature is more preferable. Further, after the hydrophobic hard surface is treated with a one-pack type cleaning and antifouling agent, it may be dried and further coated with a hydrophilic film-forming substance. Such a hydrophilic film-forming substance is not particularly limited as long as it is a water-soluble substance that forms a hydrophilic film. For example, polyacrylic acids and salts thereof, polyacrylic acid copolymers and salts thereof, and hydrophilic polymers such as polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyacrylamide, polyvinyl alcohol and hydrophilic polyether-based polymers, and hydroxycellulose are exemplified. By applying these hydrophilic film-forming substances, the effect of cleaning and soiling becomes more remarkable, and in some cases, oily soil can be easily removed only by washing with water. The coating amount of the hydrophilic film-forming substance is 0.1 to 50 g / m 2 on dry mass.
The degree is appropriate. Examples of the salt include alkali metal salts such as sodium salt and potassium salt, monoethanolamine salt, diethanolamine salt, triethanolamine salt, ammonium salt and the like.
