Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical needlepoint electrode type electric dust collector which can cope with different granular substance systems regardless of one collector by making variable the cross-sectional diameter of a dust collecting electrode and the needlepoint position of a discharge needle. SOLUTION: The roll-like wound dust collecting electrode (1) is connected with a band (2) and the cross-sectional diameter of the electrode (1) is made variable by an adjusting screw (3). The discharge needle to be opened or closed is disposed in an umbrella form at the position on the center line of a cylinder.

2. Description of the Related Art As a method for measuring the amount of powder and granular material in a pipeline,
Although measurement using a dust tube and electronic / optical methods specified in JIS8808 / 9910 are often used, bag filters,
A method of directly weighing the collected powder particles by inserting a powder particle collection device such as a cyclone or an electric dust collector into a pipeline system is also used.
Above all, the electric dust collector has a lower pressure loss than other collectors, and thus is used as an effective means having a low effect on the entire pipeline system.

However, in the case of an electrostatic precipitator, the trapping capacity varies significantly depending on the electric field strength, the dust collection area, the charging time, the distance between the precipitating electrode and the discharging electrode, the flow velocity, and the like. In order to obtain sufficient measurement accuracy, it is necessary to prepare a device having the required collection performance for each target pipeline system.
It was difficult to use a single device for general purposes.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems. In a dust collecting electrode, an elastic metal plate or a conductive rubber-based material is wound into a roll and formed into a cylindrical shape. This is fastened with a bundle with an adjusting screw.

[0005] In the discharge electrode, a plurality of units in which a plurality of discharge needles are radially arranged by pin bonding on a discharge needle support shaft arranged on the central axis of the dust collection electrode are arranged. Each of the discharge needles is connected to the opening / closing collar, which is also disposed on the discharge needle support shaft, by a pin and a connecting rod. As a result, the opening / closing collar is moved by the opening / closing rod, thereby performing the same movement as the opening / closing of the umbrella. The opening / closing mechanism of the discharge needle is not limited to the above-described method, but may be any other known structure. In addition, the support of the present electrostatic precipitator is taken from the position of the insulator for the discharge needle supporting shaft.

The present dust collector is different from the dust collector which is usually used for the purpose of collecting the powder and granules as necessary for the measurement, and is operated for a relatively short time. Therefore, there is no need for a device for separating and collecting the collected powder from the dust collecting electrode or a storage / discharge device.

In the electric precipitator constructed as described above, the cross section of the precipitator can be changed by loosening / tightening the bundle with the adjusting screw. In other words, the required charging time indicated by “effective dust collection pole length / flow velocity” can be easily realized. In addition, by opening and closing the discharge needle with the opening / closing rod, the needle end where corona discharge is generated can be easily arranged so as to be at a position where an optimum electric field intensity is obtained according to the diameter of the dust collection electrode, and it is arranged radially. The discharge needle is washed by the fluid, and has an effect of suppressing the enlargement phenomenon due to the adhesion of the granular material by the self-excited vibration.
Also, by taking the electric dust collector support from the position of the insulator for the discharge needle support shaft, even if the diameter of the dust collection electrode changes, simply reposition the discharge needle support shaft up and down to easily relocate it on the center line of the dust collection electrode. I can do things.
