嵌する付勢手段と、前記軸部材に回動自在かつ軸方向に
移動可能に外嵌したスペーサーと、このスペーサーと前
記軸端カバーとの間に介設するとともに前記軸部材の先
端部に回動不能に嵌め合わせる取付板と、この取付板と
前記スペーサーとの間に介装する複数個の回転係合部材
とからなる組立品として形成し、 前記スペーサーと前記取付板とのいずれか一方には前記
回転係合部材の保持部を刻設し、他方には所定の回転位
置において前記回転係合部材を係脱可能な窪みを刻設す
るとともに各窪みの間を結ぶ窪み刻設位置と同一周上に
前記回転係合部材の通路を形成し、前記付勢手段により
前記スペーサーを前記取付板側に常時押圧して、前記回
転係合部材を回動方向に移動可能かつ所定の窪み刻設位
置において位置固定可能な係止機構を形成したことを特
