【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 剛性に優れた基材シートの一面に少なく
とも図柄層の設けられた加飾シートが所定の各位置につ
いて基材シート側に突出してキーボタン部を形成するよ
うに立体成形され、該加飾シートのキーボタン部裏側に
存在する凹部内にハードレジンからなるボタン形状維持
用成形品が一体化接着されているキーマット部材におい
て、キーボタン部の周縁付近が、ゴム弾性層で裏打ちさ
れて補強されていることを特徴とするキーマット部材。

一体化接着させてキーマット部材を得る方法において、
ボタン形状維持用成形品の成形後、型開きをし、次いで
ボタン形状維持用成形品が一体化接着された加飾シート
を別の金型間に配置するか又はゲート部を有する金型を
別の金型と入れ換え、型締めしてボタン形状維持用成形
品が一体化接着された加飾シートとゲート部を有する別
の金型との間に上記凹部の周縁外側部分と上記ボタン形
状維持用成形品裏面とを跨ぐように位置するキャビティ
を形成し、該キャビティ内にゴム弾性材料からなる溶融
状態の成形樹脂を射出することにより上記凹部の周縁外
側部分と上記ボタン形状維持用成形品裏面とを跨ぐ位置
にゴム弾性層を一体化接着させることを特徴とするキー
マット部材の製造方法。
