However, according to the fence as described above, a function as a blindfold is provided for a low building or a ground side which is at the same or lower height as the veranda on which the fence is stretched. However, if there is a high-rise building or the like near this building with a fence, the top of the fence and the ceiling wall above the fence from that height. There is a problem that the room facing the veranda can be seen from a bird's-eye view through the space between the rooms and cannot serve as a blindfold.

[0004] Such a problem can be solved by increasing the height of the fence. However, increasing the height of the fence not only increases the light blocking effect of the slats and darkens the room, but also increases the fence due to its structure. However, if the height is increased, the strength is remarkably reduced.

On the other hand, in recent years, as a wall material having translucency,
A glass wall material formed in a groove shape in which flange portions are integrally provided rearward on both side ends of a vertically long web portion has been developed. Since the grooved glass wall material can be formed in a long length of about 5 m and has a strength enough to withstand wind pressure and the like,
A large-area wall body can be formed by extending a plurality of mutually facing flange portions in a large rectangular frame while sequentially joining them via a packing material.

[0006] However, the glass wall material is heavy and extremely difficult to handle and construct. Even if it can be constructed as a sound insulation wall at a low position on the ground or the like, as described above, it cannot be used on the veranda or passage of a building. In order to install a blind wall on a handrail wall, construction is difficult due to restrictions on a work space. In addition, there is a problem that a veranda or a passage cannot withstand the weight.

Further, in order to extend the space between the upper end surface of the handrail wall and the lower surface of the ceiling wall, a plurality of grooved walls must be provided in a large rectangular frame in advance as described above. Since it is difficult to fit the wall body, which is assembled in a state where the materials are arranged in parallel, into the space, the frame members are fixed to the upper end surface of the handrail wall and the lower surface of the ceiling wall, It is necessary to sequentially arrange the frame members in the longitudinal direction while supporting the upper and lower ends of the grooved wall material in the frame member. This will make construction difficult.

According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the width of the groove of the upper and lower frame members supporting the upper and lower end portions of the blind wall material is determined by the thickness from the web surface of the blind wall material to the tip of the flange portion. Also, since the depth of the groove of the upper frame member is formed to be deeper than the depth of the groove of the lower frame member, when constructing the blind wall material, first, the upper end of the blind wall material is removed. After being fitted into the groove of the upper frame member, the lower end portion can be easily arranged by fitting the lower end into the groove of the lower frame member, and construction efficiency can be improved.
