2. Description of the Related Art The wheel of a conventional wheelchair is a single circular rotating body, so that a user or a caregiver suffers a great deal of labor and suffers, for example, an impact due to a step on a road surface or a sudden stop without being able to get over the wheel. In some cases, the user fell off the wheelchair, which was very dangerous. In addition, the range of action of wheelchair users has been restricted from the above.

Therefore, research institutes such as universities and manufacturers have made extensive use of electronics and increased the wheel diameter. However, the size, structure, weight, etc. of wheelchairs are limited. There are significant barriers to manufacturing costs, mass production, maintenance, etc., making it impossible to overcome high road surface steps. On the other hand, the construction of road steps requires a lot of cost and time. In addition, there are various steps on the road surface after construction, and it is impossible for the wheelchair to run safely and comfortably. The present invention was invented to contribute to an aging society by providing a wheelchair capable of safely, comfortably, and easily traveling on a high step which could not be overcome by conventional wheels.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described. When the present wheel device is mounted on a wheelchair, the load is applied to the rotating body 3A via the movable portion 4 when traveling on level ground, and It is a rotating body that carries. When contacting the step, the rotating body 3A receives the resistance due to the step, and decelerates or stops.
Since the wheelchair is moving at the traveling speed, the lower part 1B falls forward with the movable part 4 as the point of action. At the same time, the wheel load moves forward together with the action point of the movable part 4. Therefore, most of the wheel load moves to the rotating body 3B located above the step, and the rotating body 3B becomes a rotating body that is responsible for traveling. As a result, the wheel device switches from traveling on flat ground to traveling on the upper part of the step, and the wheelchair climbs the step without receiving a step impact. When the rotating body 3A climbs up the step, there is no step resistance to the rotating body 3A, so that the lower portion 1B is instantaneously returned to the position at the time of traveling on level ground by the spring 5A. As a result, the wheel load moves to the rotating body 3A, and the wheel device returns to the state when traveling on level ground. The lower portion 1B, the movable portion 4, and the elastic body (wheel form maintaining spring) 5A may have any structure and any position as long as the above operation can be performed. Also, if the rotating body 3C is provided at the tip of the lower part 1B or the protruding part 7 is provided at the tip of the lower part 1B, there is an effect of jumping up the lower part 1B due to the step approaching at the time of step running. In addition, smoother step running can be achieved. When the wheel 8 that rotates together with the rotator is wrapped around each rotator, the step resistance of the rotator 3A can be reduced, and the step running can be performed extremely smoothly. As described above, any of the methods can be used as a directional free wheel and a directional fixed wheel.

Therefore, wheelchairs are subject to shocks and vibrations even at high steps, which were impossible with conventional wheels.
It can be driven safely, comfortably and easily without sudden stop. By setting the size and height difference of each rotating body and the distance between the rotating body 3A and the movable part 4 arbitrarily, it is effective for all step heights. Because of the simple structure as described above, mass production can be performed at low cost without any failure. And because it is such a form, not only wheelchairs, but also electric scooters, walking aids, baby carriages, transportation tools, exercise tools, and wheels that can be used widely and effectively as wheels that can travel on any step height It is.
