Claims (4)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 容器本体の口部に着脱自在に取り付けら
れる筒状の肩部材と、該肩部材の開口部を開閉する蓋部
材と、前記肩部材のヒンジ軸支持部と前記蓋部材のヒン
ジ軸受部とに挿通されるヒンジ軸と、該ヒンジ軸に設け
られて前記蓋部材を開方向に付勢するスプリングと、前
記ヒンジ軸と径方向に対向する位置に設けられて前記蓋
部材を閉状態に保持するロック部材とを備えた飲料用容
器の栓体において、前記ヒンジ軸支持部又は前記ヒンジ
軸受部の少なくとも一方に、前記蓋部材の開動作時に、
前記蓋部材又は前記肩部材が摺接する突起部を設けたこ
とを特徴とする飲料用容器の栓体。
