【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 回転する定着ローラと、定着ローラに圧
接して回転する加圧ローラと、定着および加圧ローラの
少なくとも一方を加熱する加熱部材と、定着および加圧
ローラの少なくとも一方の表面に液状の離型剤を供給す
る離型剤供給部とを備え、離型剤供給部は、離型剤を収
容し軸方向に一列に複数の離型剤吐出孔を有する細長い
円筒状容器を備え、円筒状容器は、定着および加圧ロー
ラの一方の上方にほぼ平行に、かつ、離型剤吐出孔が上
向くように設置され、その吐出孔から吐出して外周面を
伝わる離型剤を下方へ案内する案内部を外周面に備えた
ことを特徴とする定着装置。
