The operation of the heating and evaporator thus constructed will be briefly described. When the plug 12 is inserted into the outlet, heat is applied to the liquid absorbent core 3 by the heating unit 16, and the chemical solution 24 contained in the liquid container 2 is sucked up by the liquid absorbent core 2, vaporized and evaporated, and the air intake port is provided. The air is taken in from 13, an updraft is generated, and the vaporized chemical solution 2
4 is diffused from the transpiration port 15 to the outside.
