Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drain dew condensation which is condensed on an interior side face of a daylight window and prevent storm water from blowing with strong wind via a drain hole. SOLUTION: A drainage structure of a daylight window is an opening frame 1 affixed with a daylight glass 2. A water catchment horizontal groove 4 catching dew condensation dropping down along the down side of the daylight glass 2 at overall width is formed on an opening frame material of a lower part of water 3 of a lower part of water of a daylight window. A drain hole 5 that drains gathered dew condensation in the water catchments horizontal groove 4 from an inside of the opening frame material of a lower part of water 3 to an outside is equipped. A flap valve 6 that opens and closes the drain hole 5 by shaking by the dead load is equipped.

According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a drainage structure for a daylighting window in which a daylighting glass 2 is attached to an opening frame 1, and a daylighting side of the daylighting window on a side of the underwater opening frame member 3. A water collecting lateral groove 4 is formed to collect the dew water dripping along the lower surface of the glass 2 over the entire width of the underwater opening frame member 3. A drain hole 5 for draining water from the inner surface side to the outer surface side is provided, and a flap valve 6 that swings by its own weight to open and close the drain hole 5 is provided. According to such a configuration, the dew water generated on the lower surface of the daylighting glass 2 travels through the daylighting glass 2, is collected in the water collecting lateral groove 4 on the side of the underwater opening frame member 3, and is formed on the underwater opening frame member 3. Since the drain hole 5 is provided with the flap valve 6 which swings by its own weight while being able to drain water from the drain hole 5 to the outdoors, the flap valve 6 in the lighting window which is inclined at the same gradient as the roof gradient is provided. Freely swinging in the vertical direction to open the drain hole 5, receiving the wind, the flap valve 6 swings to close the drain hole 5, and the strong wind and rain blows the drain hole 5 to the indoor side. Invasion can be prevented.

The daylighting window 8 is generally a rectangular opening frame 1 composed of an underwater opening frame member 3, an underwater opening frame member (not shown), and right and left side frames 9, 9, holding the daylighting glass 2. It is. The daylighting glass 2 has a double glass structure with a spacer 10 interposed. Although it has a double-glazed structure, when it is constructed as a skylight, dew condensation occurs on the lower surface of the glass 11 on the indoor side, for example, the metal frame members 3, 9 and the like, and this is the same as the gradient of the roof R. The water flows down the lower surface of the glass 11 which becomes a gradient, and flows down to the lower side of the water. In the present invention, such drainage of the dew water is desirably discharged to the outside of the lighting window 8. The details will be described below.

FIG. 3 shows another embodiment, in which a stopper 7 is provided in the vicinity of a shaft 20 for rotatably supporting the flap valve 6, and a projection 21 on the side of the flap valve 6 comes into contact with the stopper 7. The flap valve 6 is prevented from swinging to the opening side more than a certain amount, and the flap valve 6 is not completely opened (reversely opened) by a strong wind. It does not have to open greatly, and the function of the flap valve 6 does not need to be impaired (see FIG. 4). Specifically, the flap valve 6 is set to a maximum opening angle θ of about 45 °. In this case, the flap valve 6 is swingably attached to the shaft 20, but may be integrated with the flap valve 6 as in the above embodiment.
