mのスリット長穴とし、そのスリット長穴はバレルの内
面に向かつてはその必要寸法のままとし、外面に向かつ
ては5度〜10度にテーパをつけ成型、又は機械加工に
より製作することを特徴とし、 そのバレルの中に小物部品を入れて、乾燥処理を行うも
のであるが、その小物部品の形状により、毎分1回転〜
10回転まで可変できるモータと、ハンガーシャフトに
取り付けた歯車又はスプロケットに対応する為の、歯車
又はチエンを有する回転機構を、乾燥槽の外面に取り付
け、又乾燥槽に入れるバレルの数は乾燥時間が10分〜
20分間処理出来る数のバレルとし、復数のバレルを入
れた場合は、先に入れたバレルに水滴を落とさないため
に、最初に入れたバレルを出し次に入れたバレルを順番
に先送りにして、新規に入れるバレルは一番手前に入れ
ることを特徴とし、 乾燥槽とは別に、熱風を循環するために、乾燥槽に入れ
られたバレルに対して、毎秒10m〜30m風速の性能
を有する高圧の送風機と、その送風機の手前側又は後側
