W:化合物(C)中のヒドラジノ基の数(X)/水性塗料組成物に含有される共重合体(A)及び重合体(B)中のカルボニル基の数(Y)=0.01〜100の比となる量。

共重合体(A):ポリフルオロアルキル基を有する単量体(a)の0.1〜99%、ケトン性カルボニル基またはアルデヒド性カルボニル基を有し、かつ、ポリフルオロアルキル基を有さない単量体(b)の0.1〜80%、ポリオキシアルキレン鎖を有する単量体、カルボキシ基を有する単量体又はその塩類、スルホ基を有する単量体又はその塩類、リン酸残基を有する単量体又はその塩類、アミノ基を有する単量体又はその塩類、水酸基を有する単量体、アミド残基を有する単量体、またはアルコキシアルキル基等を有する単量体であり、ポリフルオロアルキル基を有さない単量体(c)の1〜99%、炭化水素系オレフィン類、ビニルエーテル類、イソプロペニルエーテル類、アリルエーテル類、ビニルエステル類、アリルエステル類、(メタ)アクリル酸エステル類、芳香族ビニル化合物、クロロオレフィン類、および共役ジエン類から選ばれる単量体(d)の0〜80%、を共重合して得られる共重合体。
