Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for coating external wall materials which can easily produce various density patterns even by a single color, does not require labor for maintenance and inspection and can be inexpensively executed when the surfaces of the external wall materials are subjected to color coating. SOLUTION: A multiplicity of spray guns 1 which form spray patterns 1a to be sprayed to the surfaces of the external wall materials 10 to a circular to elliptic shape are arrayed in a direction orthogonal with a transfer direction of the external wall materials 10 and the spray patterns 1a of these spray guns 1 are so sprayed as to be continuous with substantially no interruption in the orthogonal direction. The respective spray guns 1 impart the arbitrary various density color patterns to the external wall materials by controlling the jet time of the spray patterns in such a manner that the spray patterns of the contours are completely drawn by one time of the intermittent jet on the surfaces of the external wall materials 10 and that the spray patterns of the colors become paler as the jet time being shorter than a reference and likewise the spray patterns of the colors become darker as the jet time nearing the reference according to the various densities of the surface coating by determining the longest time when the spray patterns 1a are sprayed in a continuously arranged state in the transfer direction.

However, the former ink-jet method is a method in which a small nozzle used in an ink-jet printer sprays paint in small dots on the outer wall material surface. Since the amount cannot be changed, there is a problem in that a blur pattern is mainly formed by color matching of two or more colors, and a light and shade pattern cannot be represented by one color.

[0005] Further, since decorative painting is performed so as to fill a wide surface with small dots from minute nozzles, it takes a long time to paint and there is a problem that the processing speed is reduced. Further, since the minute nozzle is easily clogged, there is a problem that maintenance and inspection are troublesome.

In the latter spray gun system, various blur patterns that change steplessly can be realized by continuous control of the spraying time and the supply amount of the paint, but with a single spray gun, the tone of shading is too monotonous. There is no change in the direction perpendicular to the transfer direction, and a large number of nozzles are installed in parallel, and the spray pattern of each spray gun There is a problem that a stripe pattern is formed on the wall plate surface due to the overlap.

According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for coating an outer wall material, comprising: spraying a spray gun having a circular to elliptical spray pattern onto a surface of the outer wall material in a direction perpendicular to a transport direction of the outer wall material. So that the spray pattern of the spray guns is substantially continuous in the orthogonal direction without interruption, and each of the spray guns is provided with a single intermittent spray on the surface of the outer wall material to be transferred. The spray pattern is completely drawn, and based on the longest time that the spray pattern is sprayed in a continuous arrangement state in the transfer direction, based on the density of the surface coating, a light color with a shorter spraying time than the reference, also approaching the reference By controlling these injection times, an arbitrary dark and light color pattern is added so that a darker color spray pattern is drawn.

[0009] Here, "the longest time in which the spray pattern is continuously sprayed in the transfer direction" means that when the paint is sprayed from the spray gun onto the surface of the wall plate moving at a constant speed, the spray is continuously sprayed for a long time. The spraying time is such that the spray pattern does not remain circular or elliptical on the wall plate surface and no banding-like paint remains on it, and the prescribed spray pattern can be drawn with a single spraying, and the next spraying Is the longest spray time that can be continued without interruption with the spray pattern produced by

If it is 0 m / min, the interval is about 20 milliseconds. According to this method, for example, a diameter of 10
Since the spray pattern of about mm is sprayed in a circular or elliptical shape that is continuous in the front, rear, left and right directions, no stripe pattern or the like due to continuous spraying can be formed, and the shading can be easily performed by adjusting the spraying time.

Further, since the area of the spray pattern is larger than the dot of the ink jet system, the coating processing time is short, and the coating is completed in a short time. The method for coating an outer wall material according to claim 2 is the method for coating an outer wall material according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of spray guns arranged so as to be continuous in the orthogonal direction without substantially interrupting a spray pattern are formed. As a group, two or more groups of such spray guns are provided according to the colors, and the paints of these two or more colors can overlap each other after being applied.

[0012] Therefore, in addition to the expression by the density of the spray pattern, a superimposed pattern of different colors can be realized, and more various decorative paintings can be performed. According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the method for coating an outer wall material according to the first or second aspect, a spray gun needle used is directly opened and closed by a solenoid which operates in response to an electric control signal. It is intended to be controlled.

Each member is fixed by a bolt or the like. The opening time of the opening / closing needle 3 is a time during which a spray pattern having a diameter of about 10 mm is drawn with a single jet flow Z as shown in the figure, even though the outer wall material 10 moves in the direction of the arrow. In addition, coloring is performed by setting the longest time as a reference and setting a shorter time than the time in which the spray pattern formed by the next spraying becomes a continuous state as shown in FIG. 4A. The density can be adjusted.

Further, since the spray guns 1 and 1 are substantially arranged without gaps in the width direction of the outer wall material 10, the outer wall material having passed through the two groups of spray guns has relative movement in the transfer direction and width direction. As a result, the tint-colored pattern is vividly added based on the control information. In the above embodiment,

According to the first aspect of the present invention, when the outer wall material surface is coated with a spray device, it is not a continuous jet but a circular or elliptical shape. Since the entire surface is painted without interruption by intermittent spraying, it is possible to draw a complex light and shade pattern without a monotonous pattern such as continuous spraying.

In addition, since the diameter of a spray pattern of a circle or an ellipse is much larger than that of an ink-jet type dot, the time required for the coating process is reduced accordingly. Furthermore, since the color density of each circular or elliptical pattern can be changed by adjusting the length of the injection time as compared with the ink jet method, it is possible to perform dark and light coloring even with a single color. Becomes possible.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, two or more kinds of colors are mixed and applied to the surface, so that when the second coating is applied after the first coating, the two-toned state or mutual mixing is applied. It is possible to finish any of the existing neutral-color paints, and a variety of decorative paints are possible.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, the injection response speed of the spray gun can be greatly increased, and in practice, the spray response speed of the spray gun can be reduced to 0.1.
Since the injection time can be adjusted at intervals of 1 millisecond, there is an effect that a more delicate pattern can be displayed.

1. A large number of spray guns having a circular to elliptical spray pattern to be sprayed on the surface of an outer wall material are arranged in a direction orthogonal to the direction of transport of the outer wall material, and the spray pattern of the spray gun is set in the orthogonal direction. Each spray gun is designed so that the spray pattern of the contour is completely drawn in one intermittent spray on the surface of the outer wall material to be transferred, and the spray pattern is formed in the transfer direction. Based on the longest time that is sprayed in the continuous arrangement state, based on the shade of the surface coating, a light color with a shorter spray time than the reference, a spray pattern of a darker color as the reference is approached is drawn. A method for painting an exterior wall material that can be given an arbitrary shade pattern by controlling.
