Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate a laminate consisting of a die and a molding without damaging the grooves for formation of a lens. SOLUTION: While the center part of the laminate (6) of the die (2) and the molding (3) is pressed, the peripheral part of one layer is pulled in a plurality of positions at a time to the opposite direction to the pressing direction so that the layer is separated from the peripheral part of the other layer and that the separation is made to proceed to the center part to separate the molding (3) from the die (2). Separation between the die and the molding is made to proceed from the peripheral part to the center part in such a manner that the part once separated is not brought into contact again with the corresponding part. Thus, the molding can be separated from the die without damaging the grooves for formation of the lens.

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 2 (D), while pressing the central portion of the laminated body 6 of the intermediate mold 3 and the cutting mold 2, the locking edge 5 of the peripheral edge of one of the layers is moved in the pressing direction. By pulling simultaneously in the opposite direction, the separation between the layers proceeds from the peripheral edge to the center. Specifically, while applying a pressing force to the center of the intermediate mold 3 so as to press the intermediate mold 3 toward the cutting mold 2, a separating force is applied to the peripheral edge of the intermediate mold 3 in a direction opposite to the pressing force. The peripheral part is pushed up above the cutting die 2. Accordingly, delamination proceeds to the central portion from the peripheral portion, the intermediate mold 3 as in FIG. (E) is completely peeled from the cutting die 2. Further, the once separated portions are separated without contacting again. Thereby, the intermediate mold 3 and the cutting mold 2 are separated from each other so as not to damage the lens forming groove.

That is, as shown in FIG. 8, on the Fresnel lens forming surface 2a of the cutting die 2, which is the mother die, the lens forming grooves are formed as acute angle irregularities.
If one side or one portion of the intermediate mold 3 is simply grasped and peeled off to the opposite side without holding down the center portion of the intermediate mold 3, the peeling is caused by the Fresnel lens forming groove as shown in FIG. Of the intermediate mold 3 and the cutting mold 2
The Fresnel lens forming groove may be damaged, and the performance of the Fresnel lens formed later may be reduced. Breakage of the Fresnel lens forming groove occurs in the mold made of a relatively soft material. For example, cutting dies 2 is a mother mold is made of brass, when the intermediate mold 3 is made of nickel, scratched Fresnel lens forming grooves of the matrix.
In FIG. 2B, reference numeral 7 denotes a damaged portion generated in the Fresnel lens forming groove of the cutting die 2 which is the mother die.
Therefore, it is necessary to peel off the intermediate mold 3 from the cutting mold 2 so that the peeling proceeds from the peripheral part toward the central part.

Further, it is also conceivable to take peeled grabbed plurality of positions of the peripheral portion of the intermediate mold 3 at the same time without holding the central portion of the intermediate mold 3, the adhesion between the intermediate die 3 and the cutting die 2 Since the force is usually not uniform but uneven, the peeling does not always proceed uniformly from the peripheral part to the central part, and when the adhesive force is locally large, the peeling is sudden. The intermediate mold 3 stops and bends and the like occur.
