および出湯流量を制御する給湯水量制御弁と、循環水を
バーナで温水に加熱する風呂熱交換器と、浴槽から前記
風呂熱交換器へ循環水が流れる戻り通路と、戻り通路に
設けられた水位センサと、浴槽水を循環させる循環ポン
プと、浴槽の湯温を検出する風呂センサと、給湯と風呂
の通路を切替える三方弁と、給湯の出湯路と戻り通路を
接続する通路にそれぞれ設けられた給湯電磁弁と、前記
風呂熱交換器から下流側に設けられた往き通路と、複数
のスイッチと複数の内容を表示できる表示部と音声発生
装置と受信部を備えた浴室内の外部入力装置と、複数の
スイッチと複数の内容を表示できる表示部と音声発生装
置と受信部を有する浴室外の外部入力装置とを備えてい
て、前記水位センサの出力信号が上昇したことを検知す
ると一定時間ごとに前記浴室外の外部入力装置の表示部
に浴槽に人が入っていることを表示し、かつ音声発生装
置から浴槽に人が入っていることを音声で発信し、その
後前記水位センサの出力信号が下降したことを検知する
までの間、前記水位センサの出力が一定時間変化せず、
前記浴室内の外部入力装置の受信部から受信する浴室内
の音声が一定のレベル以下である場合には、前記浴室外
の外部入力装置の表示部に異常を表示し、音声発生装置
から浴槽で人が動いていないことを音声で発信するよう
に制御する制御手段を具備した風呂給湯器。
