2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a snow fence or a wind fence installed along a side edge of a road or a track of this type blows a field of view blocked by a winter snowstorm into the sky with a snow fence such as a snow fence. Alternatively, there is one that is blown off in front of a snow fence to avoid traffic obstacles due to snow. However, snow fences are often installed on well-ventilated plains or on hills with good views. The snow fence not only gives a feeling of oppression to the running car or train, but also makes it difficult to enjoy the view with a good view.
In addition, there is a problem that the sunshine and the ventilation deteriorate, so that the nearby crops are adversely affected.

However, the windbreak snow fences described in the above publication involve work such as raising and folding the fences before and after the snowy season every year. Even if it is done, the installation extension distance is very long and it is distributed and installed in various places, so it is inevitable that there will be a workforce who can concentrate on the work at a time and that a large budget will be generated. ing. Furthermore, the drive unit is damaged by the installation and folding work that is frequently repeated every year, and no matter how durable the facility is, the reduced operability due to failure or damage may lead to parts replacement or repair. Maintenance costs increase year by year. In this way, the conventional windbreak snow fence is installed for the purpose of providing a snow protection function at one time in winter,
There is a problem that a huge amount of equipment is invested and a considerable amount of maintenance costs are incurred every year in a situation where it is not used in the off-season without snow and must be left alone.

According to the present invention, a plurality of the snow fences are arranged vertically at equal intervals between the columns, and are rotatable about horizontal axes formed at both ends of the snow protection plate. At the same time, the ends of the respective snow shields deviating from the horizontal axis are loosely fitted to the rods formed on the vertical axis, and the vertical movement of the rods causes the respective snow shields to be synchronized and at the same angle. When the solar cell is attached to the surface of the snow-proof plate and the solar power is generated, when the snowstorm blows in winter, for example, the snow is blown off or blown off. If the snowboard is fixed at an angle that is suitable to meet its function, the function can be fulfilled, and when snow does not fall, the snowboard is set horizontally or at a board angle that can efficiently receive sunlight, so that electric power is generated effectively And nearby facilities, power companies, etc. It is possible to supply the power.

[0009] The snow fences are generally installed for the purpose of blowing off or blowing off the snow blown by the northwest monsoon, so the angle at which the fences are installed is different from the running surface of roads and tracks. Regardless, it is installed with the back facing northwest. Therefore, since the snowboard at the blow-off fence is mounted with the inclination angle facing the southeastern surface, the solar panel is mounted on the upper surface of the snowproof plate, that is, the southeastern inclined surface, thereby maintaining the function as the blow-off fence. In addition, it is possible to more efficiently receive sunlight and generate electricity.

As described above, the angle of the snow-prevention plate is set so that the snow-prevention fence is inclined and mounted above the southeastern surface, so that both the function of blowing off snow at that angle and the function of efficiently receiving sunlight can be obtained. Can be fixed at a fixed angle,
Since the height of the sun changes depending on the season, it is desirable to adjust the angle to the optimum angle in order to increase the amount of power generation. The angle setting of the snow protection plate can be easily set to a desired setting angle by moving the rod up and down and fixing it. At the time, the gap between the boards is widened by making the board angle horizontal, so that it is possible not only to generate solar power but also to keep the view from cars and trains running along the snow fences. Ventilation is also improved. Therefore, this facility can contribute to snow cover measures such as blowing off snow during the snow season, and can generate electricity by receiving sunlight even in winter when there is no snow, and it can concentrate exclusively on the power generation function except during the snow season. It is not necessary to adopt a functional form in which the snow protection board is stored each time after the snow season. Therefore, capital investment costs are not high and maintenance costs are small.
In addition, since power can be generated by clean energy, it can be used effectively and economically throughout the year.

The electric power generated by the solar cell is used, for example, for a self-luminous light such as an illumination lamp or a guide board required for traffic guidance on a road, or sold to a power company. Is made. However, even in the snowy season, if there is no snow on the solar panel, power generation capacity is generated, so that it can be used to melt ice or to prevent fogging of mirror surfaces that have become less visible due to condensation etc. It may be used as well.

In this way, it is not necessary to fold up the snow fence even after the snowy season, so that there is no need for temporary introduction of workers and associated costs, and power is supplied from clean natural energy throughout the year. It can be created to effectively supply power to peripheral facilities and the like.

Preferably, at least a part of the snowproof plate is formed of a light-transmitting plate having a light-transmitting property, and the light-transmitting plate preferably accommodates solar cells of a double-sided power generation type. In other words, when the upper part of the snowproof plate is made as a blow-stop fence with the installation angle vertical, for example, a translucent plate containing solar cells of the double-sided power generation specification, sunlight can be received from both sides without affecting the installation direction. To generate electricity. In addition, even when the installation angle of the snow protection plate is set diagonally above the southeast, the top surface receives sufficient sunlight and the back surface receives light reflected on the ground to generate power. This is particularly effective during sunny days when snow is on the ground because the amount of power generation increases.

[0014] Further, since the snow-prevention plate is installed so as to maintain its state even in the off-season other than the snow season, if the snow-prevention plate is made of an opaque material such as a steel plate or an aluminum plate, the snow-prevention plate has a rising angle. If the setting is made, the visibility becomes worse, and the car traveling on the road or the train on the track cannot enjoy the scenery. Therefore, at least a part of the snowproof plate is formed of, for example, a resin plate, and when the solar cell panel of the double-sided power generation specification is inserted into the resin plate so as to be sandwiched, a portion without the solar cell panel can be seen through. Because you can see the background, you can enjoy the scenery while driving.

First, FIGS. 1 to 3 will be described in detail. The snow fence with a photovoltaic power generation device of the present invention is installed near a road or a track with the northwest face as a back, and a snow protection plate 2 is vertically arranged between pillars 1 erected at regular intervals. It is arranged so as to be evenly bridged in parallel in several steps, and is attached to the column 1 so as to be rotatable around the horizontal shaft cores 21 at both ends of the snowproof plate 2. Further, a spacing member 12 is bridged over the upper end of the adjacent column, so that the column interval is always maintained. And, along this support 1
Link rods 3 are provided, and the link rods 3 are loosely fitted at positions apart from the horizontal axis 21 at the ends of the snow protection plates 2, respectively. The angle is adapted to change synchronously. Also snow plate 2
The solar cell panel 4 is fitted on one side of the upper surface of the device, and a terminal box 22 is provided for each snowproof plate 2 to guide the solar cell panel 4 to an external power receiver via the terminal box 22. Lead wire 5 is routed through the inside of the frame 23 of the snowproof plate 2.

The snow-proof plate 2 shown in FIG. 3 is connected by the link rods 3 and has a configuration in which the plate surface angles of the snow shields arranged in parallel vertically change synchronously by moving the link rods 3 up and down. Therefore, when a winter snowstorm blows on the snow fence, the plate angle is suppressed so that the snowflakes to be blown on the northwest wind pass through the gap between the snow protection plates 2 and blow off the snow accumulated on the ground. And make it harder for snow to fall on the road. Therefore, the surface of the snow plate located on the southeast side inevitably faces upward, and the solar cell panel 4 is attached to the surface, so that the sunlight radiating from the southeast direction shines as direct sunlight, so that power is efficiently generated. . In addition, the surface of the snow-proof plate 2 to which the solar cell panel 4 is attached is formed into a smooth surface without any step by fitting the solar cell panel into the snow-proof plate so that the snowstorm can smoothly blow through.

The lead wire 5 is connected to a commercial power system via a power receiver provided separately from the solar cell panel 4 so that electric power is output from the solar battery to the commercial power system during the day, and the commercial power system is used at night. And supplies power to various facilities and devices such as road lights and guide lights. In addition, snow fences are generally installed in remote places where the wind hits the plains, and commercial power may not be available in the surroundings. Since electric power can be effectively used at night for lighting and self-luminous facilities, it is not necessary to use a large amount of construction cost and to disconnect commercial power.

Since it is attached between the pillars as described above, sunlight S1 emitted from the upper surface of the snow shield is received as direct sunlight, and reflected light S2 reflected to the ground is received at the lower surface of the snow shield, The solar cell of the double-sided power generation specification is configured so that a larger amount of power generation can be obtained by sunlight received from both sides. In winter, there are few sunny days, so it is not possible to expect a large amount of power generation. However, in the snowy environment, when the sunny days can be seen, even if there is snow on the top of the snow protection board, strong reflection reflected on the snow surface on the ground Since the light is irradiated on the lower surface of the snow protection plate, it is possible to sufficiently generate power even during the snow season.

FIG. 5 shows another embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, a snow-prevention plate formed by bending a number of perforated steel plates 26 to form a panel is provided between adjacent columns 1. And forms a snow fence. The snowflakes sprayed on such panels have countless holes 2
Although a part of the vehicle passes from 7, the wind is weakened by the resistance to the passage, so that the traveling stability of the vehicle traveling on the road on the leeward side of the snow fence is ensured. In addition, since the view can be seen to some extent through the infinite number of holes 27, the installation state is maintained over the full season. Since a transparent plate in which solar cells of a double-sided power generation specification are mounted as a blow-stop plate above the snowproof panel 26, even if the transparent plate is mounted vertically, light is received from both sides to generate power. Since it is a solar cell that can be used, power can be secured, and it also has a function as a snow barrier.

According to the present invention, the snow fence is installed so as to face the strong wind blowing from the northwest direction, and its snowboard is fixed at an angle at which the snowstorm is blown off toward the ground side, that is, at an angle facing the southeast. By attaching the solar panel to the southeastern surface, it is possible to efficiently generate solar power by receiving sunlight from the southeastern surface over the full season while having a snow protection function in winter. In addition, the power can be effectively used for nearby facilities and commercial power sources. In addition, by using a transparent plate in which a solar cell of the double-sided power generation specification is contained, the power can be generated by reflected light of the ground received on the lower surface of the snow-proof plate, so that the light is reflected on the snow surface even in the snowy season Power generation can be obtained by strong light. In addition, places where snow fences are installed often do not have commercial power,
On the other hand, since it is excellent in sunshine, it has a high power generation capacity and a high value in using the power. That is, by installing an illumination lamp, a self-luminous safety facility, and the like and supplying power thereto, it is possible to drive a car or the like safely and prevent a traffic accident. On the other hand, if there is a commercial power supply nearby, by connecting to it, the power generated during the day can be sold and profits can be obtained. Such equipment costs are much lower than the provision of a new power generator, and the labor and maintenance costs are greatly reduced because the need for assembling and folding work, which occurs every year as in the past, is eliminated.
