Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a doorstop structure in a heat insulating sash which has its doorstop P or a door receiving portion Q reinforced, to thereby improve its strength. SOLUTION: The heat insulating sash is formed by connecting a resin frame (b) formed of a synthetic resin onto an indoor side of a metallic frame (a) on an outdoor side, and the sash has a paper screen frame which is provided with the doorstop P or the door receiving portion Q of a movable paper screen, on an internal side thereof. According to the heat insulating sash, the doorstop or the door receiving portion of the paper screen frame is formed by superposing an outdoor-side external edge 17 of the metallic frame on an indoor-side internal edge 18 of the resin frame (b), and a tight material 24 which directly receives the movable paper screen is mounted on the external edge 17, followed by engaging the internal edge 18 with the external edge 17. In this state, the heat insulating sash is fixed to the opening of a skeleton of a building.

2. Description of the Related Art In general, as a shoji frame of an insulating sash, a combination of a metal part on the outdoor side and a synthetic resin part on the indoor side is known. When a shoji is provided, see Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H11-10763.
As shown by the reference numeral 21 in the drawing of Japanese Patent Publication No. 1-2003, the door stop of the shoji frame is often provided in the synthetic resin portion. Therefore, a fitting groove is formed in the door stop portion of the synthetic resin portion, and a bead material is fitted in the fitting groove to fix the synthetic resin portion to the opening of the building frame with screws.

The basic structure of the movable shoji 4A and the shoji frame 4B is almost the same as the above-mentioned vertical sliding window.
A joins a metal frame part a1 made of aluminum on the outdoor side and a resin frame part b1 made of synthetic resin on the indoor side to form a shoji frame 4B.
Has a structure in which a metal frame portion a and a resin frame portion b are joined. Therefore, the same parts are denoted by the same reference numerals. In addition, both the inner sash 4A1 and the outer sash 4A2 constituting the movable sash 4A are provided with tight members 24 on both left and right sides, and are in contact with the sash frame 4B.

That is, in the upper frame member, a locking piece 21 is formed so as to protrude from a tip (lower end) of the outer edge 17. On the other hand, the tip of the inner edge 18 is bent in an L shape, and a hook-shaped or groove-shaped locking portion 22 is formed at the tip of the bent portion. The locking portion 22 of the inner edge 18 is connected to the outer edge 17.
The locking piece 21 is locked.

Also, since the inner edge 18 is fixed to the opening of the building frame while being locked to the outer edge 17,
There is no need to use many screws. Therefore, the outer edge 17 and the inner edge 18 can be easily separated, so that when the deteriorated synthetic resin part is replaced with a new one, or when the old heat insulating sash is removed, the metal part is recycled for recycling. The work of separating the resin into the synthetic resin part can be easily performed.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the door stop portion or the door receiving portion has a double wall structure having an outer edge and an inner edge, and the movable shoji is directly received by a metal. Since it is the outer edge, even if the movable sash repeatedly hits the door stop or the door receiving part each time it is opened and closed, bending and deformation hardly occur, and the strength is high and the durability is remarkably improved.

Further, since the indoor side of the outer edge of the door stop portion or the door receiving portion is covered with the inner edge, the heat insulating property is high and dew condensation on the indoor side is effectively prevented.

Further, since the inner edge is fixed to the opening of the building frame while being locked to the outer edge, it is not necessary to use screws or the like much. Therefore, the outer edge and the inner edge can be easily separated, so that when the deteriorated inner edge is replaced with a new one, or when the old heat insulating sash is removed, the metal and synthetic resin parts are recycled for recycling. The separating operation can be easily performed.
