However, in the conventional concave-convex fitting structure, if it is attempted to eliminate the gap between the convex portion and the concave portion, the convex portion becomes difficult to be inserted into the concave portion, and conversely, the insertion becomes easy. If this is attempted, a gap is formed between the convex portion and the concave portion, and the sealing property (waterproofing property) is impaired. As a result, it is difficult to satisfy both the fitting property and the sealing property.
In particular, in order to absorb the width tolerance of the panel, it is necessary to adjust the joint width, but if the joint width is to be widened, the insertion depth of the convex portion must be reduced, and in this case, the seal is required. However, the joint width was limited, so that the joint width was limited. In addition, it is necessary to separately apply caulking to the joints between the panels, not only is the work of applying the caulking agent troublesome, but the construction is easily affected by the weather, and the caulking agent takes time to dry,
There are also problems such as unevenness of the surface of the caulking agent resulting in poor finish and waterproofness being impaired due to variations in the amount of caulking and deterioration of the caulking agent.
In addition, when the conventional uneven fitting portion has a waterproof structure using a packing material, it is necessary to interpose a packing material between the concave portion and the convex portion when connecting the panel. However, there was a problem that the packing material could not be attached, and the retrofitting method of the packing material could not be adopted. In addition, in the conventional concave-convex fitting method, it is necessary to connect a plurality of panels in order to construct a wall or the like. For this purpose, for example, a part of the wall is left as a working space, and finally, a working space is left. There is also a problem that a retrofitting method such as fitting one panel cannot be adopted.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned conventional example, and has as its object to facilitate the joining between panels and to provide excellent waterproofness, and to allow the joint width to be adjusted freely. No need for conventional caulking treatment, and a good finish can be obtained in a short time without being affected by the weather. In addition, the packing material can be retrofitted after panel installation, greatly improving the installation efficiency. An object of the present invention is to provide a panel joining structure that can be made to work.

According to the present invention, a first groove 3 is formed at one end of one adjacent panel, and a first groove 3 is formed at one end of the other panel. A second groove 4 facing the first groove 3 is formed, and a packing material 5 is interposed between the first and second grooves 3, 4, and the packing material 5 extends from the joint 7 between the panels. First and second concave grooves 3,
4, a plurality of fin pieces 11 projecting from both sides of the core 13, each end of which is in elastic contact with each inner surface of the first and second concave grooves 3, 4; Is characterized in that it is integrally formed with the closing portion 12 that closes the joint. With such a configuration, the joint portion 7 is closed by the closing portion 12 so that the core portion 13 with the fin pieces 11 can be formed. The first and second concave grooves 3 and 4 are fixed without being inclined or displaced, and a sufficient water stopping effect by the packing material 5 can be obtained. In addition, since the conventional caulking process is not required, the construction can be performed easily and at low cost in a short time without being affected by the weather, and the finish and the waterproofness are improved. After the panel is installed, the packing material 5 can be attached to the joint 7 by inserting it. Further, by simply changing the dimensions of the packing material 5 in accordance with the size of the joint width D, the joint width D can be maintained while ensuring waterproofness.

A pair of left and right fin pieces 11 elastically contacting each inner surface of the concave grooves 3 and 4
And a closing part 12 projecting from the base end side of the core part 13 and closing the joint part 7 are integrally formed, and each length M of the pair of left and right fin pieces 11 is set to the fin piece 1 in the core part 13.
It is preferable that the length be smaller than the inner dimension N between the fin 1 and the closing portion 12. In this case, when the fin pieces 11 are pinched with fingers and the core portion 13 is sandwiched from both sides, the stretchable hollow core portion 13 is formed. The core 13 and both fin pieces 11 are thinned as a whole, and the core 13 and both fin pieces 11 are easily inserted into the joint portion 7, and the tips of the fin pieces 11 do not reach the closing part 12. Therefore, when the packing material 5 is inserted into the joint portion 7, the thickness of the closing portion 12 can be prevented from being increased by the fin pieces 11, and the closing portion 12 can also be easily inserted into the joint portion 7. Further, both fin pieces 11 are opened inside the grooves 3 and 4 to open the grooves 3 and 4.
By elastically contacting the inner surface of the inside and the closing part 12 closing the joint part 7, the joint part 7 is reliably closed by the closing part 12 and the inclination of the pair of left and right fin pieces 11 can be prevented at the same time.

[0013] At the tips of the fin pieces 11, there are provided claw portions 31 which can bite into the interior packing 15 on the bottom surfaces of the concave grooves 3 and 4, respectively. The interior packing 15 is made of, for example, EPT rubber. Each length M of both fin pieces 11 is shorter than the inner dimension N between the fin piece 11 and the closing part 12 in the core portion 13. Thus, even when the fin pieces 11 are pinched with fingers and the core portion 13 is sandwiched from both sides, the tips of the fin pieces 11 do not reach the closing portion 12 and when the packing material 5 is inserted into the joint portion 7, The thickness of the closing portion 12 can be prevented from being increased by the fin pieces 11, and the closing portion 12
Can also be easily inserted into the joint 7. Further, the closing portion 12
Is formed in a slightly tapered shape so that it can be easily inserted into the joint portion 7, and the entire width of the closing portion 12 is longer (for example, at least) than the width D (for example, 25 mm) of the joint 7. 34 mm), and the joint portion 7 can be closed in a watertight manner.

As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the first groove is formed at one end of one adjacent panel, and the first groove is formed at one end of the other panel. An opposing second groove is formed, a packing material is interposed between the first and second grooves, and the packing material is inserted between the first and second grooves from a joint between the panels. Part, a plurality of fin pieces projecting from both sides of the core part, each end of which is in elastic contact with each inner surface of the first and second concave grooves, and a closing part for closing the joint part are integrally formed. By simply pushing the core into the joint, the joint can be closed by the closing part, and at the same time, the closing part can be fixed to the joint, so that the core part with the fin is inclined between the first and second grooves. It can be fixed without shifting, and the packing material can provide a sufficient water stopping effect. Also it is possible omit the coking process, such as conventional, in a short time without being influenced the construction by the weather, easily and with will allow low-cost,
Finishing performance and waterproofness are improved, and the packing material can be attached to the joint portion after the panel has been constructed, so that the construction efficiency can be greatly improved. Furthermore, by simply changing the dimensions of the packing material according to the joint width, the joint width can be easily adjusted while ensuring waterproofness, and the joint width can be easily adjusted. As a result, the displacement at the time of construction can be absorbed, so that both the fitting property between panels and the sealing property can be satisfied. In addition, even if stress such as displacement occurs between panels during an earthquake, the fin can absorb the stress, so that stress such as displacement is not received during an earthquake, and seismic resistance can be improved. Further, by making the panels or panel units into a concave-concave fitting method, for example, a part of the wall is left as a working space, and finally a panel alone or a panel unit is fitted into the working space without any gaps. Can be adopted.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in addition to the effect of the first aspect, the packing material is made of an elastic material such as rubber, and has a hollow core that can be extended and contracted, and both side surfaces on one end side of the core. A pair of left and right fin pieces projecting from the respective inner surfaces of the first and second concave grooves, and a pair of left and right closing parts projecting from both side surfaces on the other end side of the core to close the joint are integrated. Since the length of each of the pair of left and right fin pieces is shorter than the inner dimension between the fin pieces and the closed portion in the core, both fin pieces are pinched with fingers and the core is sandwiched from both sides. When the core part and both fin pieces are thinned, the core part and both fin pieces become easy to insert into the joint part, and the tip of both fin pieces at this time. Does not reach the blockage, so when inserting the packing material into the joint, the thickness of the blockage There can be prevented from becoming thick by fin strips, also easily inserted into the joint portion occlusion. Further, both the fin pieces are opened inside the concave groove and resiliently contact the inner surface of the concave groove, and the closing part closes the joint part, so that the closing part is securely closed by the closing part, and the pair of right and left fin pieces 11 is formed. Can be prevented at the same time, and as a result, the watertightness of the joint can be ensured.
