通設置型風呂釜1の構造について説明すると、強制循環
式の壁貫通設置型風呂釜1内部は、熱交換器6を設置し
ており、その熱交換器6には、入水管25を巻き回して
いる。上記熱交換器6は、ガス元電磁弁7、ガス電磁弁
を介してバーナ12へと燃焼ガスを導入し、ガス比例弁
21により燃焼量の調整を行う。また、燃焼に必要な空
気は、熱交換器6の上方に設けたファン5によりバーナ
12へと送り込んでいる。浴槽18と強制循環式の壁貫
通設置型風呂釜管1との接続は、循環ポンプ22の負圧
側と浴槽18とを戻り管24にて接続し、熱交換器6の
出側と浴槽18とを往き管23に接続することで行って
いる。また、上記戻り管24には、逆止弁4を設け水路
を形成した。図2は、図1に示す逆止弁4の構造図であ
る。浴槽18から吸い上げられた水が弁体20に達す
る。その水圧により弁体20を移動させ、水は循環ポン
プ22へ流入する。また、弁体により戻り管24が閉鎖
されているときは、戻り管内の水の抜けを止める。以下
図1を用いて、強制循環式の壁貫通設置型風呂釜1の運
転動作につりいて詳細に述べる。使用者が、リモコン1
9の追焚スイッチを押下すると、制御基板2に実装した
マイコン(図示省略)は、循環ポンプ22を稼動させて
浴槽水を循環させ、水流スイッチ14により浴槽水の循
環を検知したところで、ガス元電磁弁7及びガス電磁弁
8を開弁させて、燃焼ガスをバーナ12へと送り込む。
マイコンは、上記ガス元電磁弁7及びガス電磁弁8を開
弁させ、ガスガバナ9によりガス圧を一定にすると共
に、点火トランス13を用いて点火プラグ11により、
バーナ12へと点火を行う。マイコンは、フレームロッ
ド10によりバーナ12に点火されたことを検知する
と、サーミスタ15により循環させている浴槽水の水温
を検知する。マイコンは、サーミスタ15から得られる
水温情報に基づいて、ガス比例弁21の開度を調整し、
水温が使用者の設定した追焚温度になるまで追焚運転を
継続する。サーミスタ15により浴槽水が追焚温度にま
で達したことを検知すると、マイコンは、ガス元電磁弁
7及びガス電磁弁8を開弁し、管内沸騰を避けるため
に、燃焼停止から約30秒経過した後に循環ポンプ22
を停止させる。また逆止弁は、戻り管24を閉止する。
