Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for fixing a dust removing filter in which the dust removing filter can be removed easily without removing the grill win dow at the outdoor air inlet. SOLUTION: On the outside of a grill window 13 provided in order to supply outdoor air to a condenser 12 in a machine room 11, an opening 19 for inserting a dust removing filter 15 is made and a guide groove 20 is extended from the opposite ends of the opening 19 along the rear surface of the grill window 13 such that the opposite side edges and the lower edge of the inserted dust removing filter 15 are fitted in the guide groove 20.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a structure for mounting a dust filter installed at an outside air intake to a condenser provided in a machine room such as an ice machine and a refrigerator.

2. Description of the Related Art A condenser operates a fan and takes in the outside air to exchange heat. If the dust accumulates and becomes clogged, the intake of outside air becomes insufficient, so that it is necessary to periodically remove and clean the dust filter.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a dust filter insertion port outside a lattice window provided for introducing outside air into a condenser in a machine room. A guide groove extends from both ends of the mouth along the back surface of the lattice window, and both side edges and a lower edge of the dust filter to be inserted are fitted in the guide groove.

According to the present invention constructed as described above, the dust filter can be easily pulled out and cleaned without removing the lattice window, and mounting after cleaning can be easily performed.
