Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granule case having simple structure which is capable of maintaining a consistently lid-closed condition when the case is not in use, opening the lid in a simple operation when the case is in use, and reliably maintaining the lid-open condition. SOLUTION: This granule case comprises a case body 2 with a window hole 6 cut in a top, and a bottomed lid body 3 which is fitted between upper ends of a side wall 4 of the body to close the window hole 6 in an opening/ closing manner and provided with a lower end communicated with the case body and a dish-like outlet 7 with an opening on one end in a side part. A slidable projection 15 projected from a lower part of the side surface of an elastic plate 14 perpendicularly provided from the lid body 3 is fitted to a guide groove 16 of special configuration formed in side wall 4 of the case body in a slidably elevating manner so that the elastic plate 14 is not deformed when the lid is closed or opened, and the elastic plate is deformed via the slidable projection 15 while the lid is opened, and the open condition of the outlet is maintained when the lid is opened.

The case 1 in the present embodiment can integrally form the case main body 2 and the lid 3 with a synthetic resin with the lid opened about 180 ° (not shown). A side plate 10 extends from an edge of an arch-shaped top plate 9 having a rear edge rotatably connected to a connecting wall 5 at a rear edge portion of the window hole 6 via a thin hinge 8 so as to extend through the edge portion of the window hole 6. A finger hook that fits between the upper ends of the side walls 4 and protrudes in the form of a horizontal triangular prism on the front surface
The window hole 6 is openably opened and closed by projecting and locking 11 sides on the side walls 4 on both sides of the front end of the window hole 6. Further, the outlet 7 is provided at the front end of the side portion and has a dish shape with the lower end surface and the right side surface opened. Partition plate 12 and partial left side plate
The bottom plate 13 extends from the lower edge of the right side plate 10 in a portion other than the outlet 7, and the left side plate other than the outlet portion is not formed due to the integral molding. Then, as shown in FIG. 2, when the lid 3 is opened, the outlet 7 is configured to open above the case main body 2 while communicating with the inside of the case main body 2.

In the present invention, the elastic plate 14 suspended from the lid 3 is provided.
The sliding protrusion 15 protruding from the lower part of the side surface of the case body side wall 4
The guide groove 16 is formed so as to be slidable up.
The elastic plate 14 can be elastically deformable in the front-rear direction. In the present embodiment, a shielding plate 17 is provided to cover a front portion of the window hole 6 which is opened when the lid is opened. It is formed side by side. The elastic plate 14 is formed to be narrow and thin in consideration of the amount of elastic deformation caused by the shape of the guide groove. However, an elastic plate also serving as a shielding plate can be provided vertically from the lower surface of the front part of the lid. It is. It is preferable that the shielding plate 17 be vertically provided so as not to hit a connecting wall or the like when the cover is opened.

The guide groove 16 has an elastic plate in the closed state and the open state.
There is no deformation of 14 and elastic plate via sliding protrusion 15 during opening
14 is shaped to cause deformation. Specifically, the lower end of the guide groove 16 is provided at a position corresponding to the hanging position of the sliding projection 15 in the closed state, and the elastic plate is
14 is configured to be in a stable state without deformation without load, and the upper end of the guide groove 16 is provided on a virtual rotation locus of the sliding protrusion, and the sliding protrusion 15 is in the highest position. Similarly, the elastic plate 14 is configured so that a load is not applied and a stable state without deformation occurs. The virtual rotation locus referred to here is a rotation connection portion (thin hinge) between the lid 3 and the case body 2.
The rotation locus of the sliding projection 15 when the lid 3 is rotated by a predetermined angle from the hanging position of the sliding projection 15 in the closed state around the center 11), and as shown in FIG. It exists on the curved line. Further, the intermediate portion of the guide groove 16 is located at a position deviating from the virtual rotation trajectory described above so that the elastic plate is deformed.

The specific shape of the guide groove 16 can be variously selected as long as the above conditions are satisfied. In this embodiment, a vertically long meandering guide groove is provided, and the sliding projection 15 in the open state is provided. A guide groove 16 is provided extending in a meandering manner above the lower end corresponding to the hanging position. Note that the guide groove 16 in this embodiment is
Is formed as a cut groove penetrating the case body side wall 4, but is not limited to this, and may be formed as a concave groove provided on the inner surface of the side wall. However, in the case of a concave groove shape, it is difficult to integrally mold the case body and the lid. Further, in the case of the present embodiment in which a kerf-shaped guide groove is provided, the guide groove is exposed to the outside, but can be covered, for example, by attaching a label 18 as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG.

When the lid 3 is opened by pushing up the finger hook 11 from the state shown in FIG. 1, the sliding projection 15 is guided by the guide groove 16 and rises to the upper end thereof. The opening 7 opens. While the lid is being opened, the sliding protrusion 15 slides in the meandering guide groove to change the amount of elastic deformation of the elastic plate 14 so that a click feeling can be obtained. 14 is no longer deformed and becomes stable. Then, the stored particulate matter can be taken out from the outlet 7. Even if the lid 3 is to be closed from the open state, a load is applied to the elastic plate from the uppermost bent portion of the guide groove 16, so that the lid is not further closed by its own weight. The lid is kept open by the frictional force with the side wall, and the lid 7 is kept open. After use, if the lid 3 is forcibly pressed, the sliding protrusion 15 also slides in a meandering manner, the lid 3 closes, and the lower end of the guide groove 16 where no load is applied to the elastic plate 14. The sliding projection 15 shifts to maintain a stable lid-closed state.

The engagement projection 19 is a dome-shaped projection having substantially the same size as the outlet 7, and is fitted to the outlet 7a in the open state to maintain the closed state, and pushes the finger hook 11 up. When the lid is opened, it is relatively easily detached from the opening, and further, the edge is engaged with the upper surface of the case body side wall 4 when the lid is opened, so that the opening state of the outlet is more reliably maintained. I have.
The shape of the engaging projection 19 can be variously adopted according to the shape of the outlet as long as it can be disengaged from the fitting state of the outlet 7a. The one formed is preferable in that the fitting with the outlet can be released relatively easily. Also, in this embodiment, the lid does not need an outlet, and a right side plate 10 having a bottom connecting the front and rear lower edges from the right edge of the arched top plate 9 extends from the right edge of the arched top plate 9.
The bottom plate 13 extends from the lower edge, and the left plate is not provided because it is integrally formed. Other configurations and operations are basically the same as those of the embodiment of FIG.
