[Claims] 1. A seat body which is provided with a foldable leg portion having wheels and which can be used as a stroller which can be run by the wheels by expanding the leg portion, and a fixed base detachable from a seat in a vehicle compartment. And a turntable rotatably supported by the fixed base and detachably supporting the seat body with the legs folded. 2. The seat body includes a base portion having the leg portion, and a detachable seat portion on the base portion, wherein the base portion detaches a predetermined shopping basket instead of the seat portion. The child seat according to claim 1, wherein the child seat is freely configured.
