2. Description of the Related Art Vacuum cleaners for removing dust generated in ordinary households can be broadly classified into two types according to the structure of a dust accumulation space in the cleaner. One method is to install a removable paper dust bag in the garbage collection space, watch the dust bag fill up with dust, open the cover of the main unit, and discharge the dust together with the dust bag to the outside. This is a dust bag method in which a new dust bag is attached again. The dust collecting bag method has an advantage that a clean feeling can be obtained because the dust is thrown away to the outside together with the dust collecting bag.
However, it is difficult to judge how much dust is full, for example, because the inside of the dust collection bag cannot be visually checked. Some inconvenience may be felt with ease of use.

Another method is to attach a detachable dust collection container in a dust accumulation space, and collect dust sucked from the outside into the dust collection container using centrifugal force, gravity, or the like.
When the dust container is filled with dust, the dust container is separated from the main body, and the empty dust container is discharged to the outside and the empty dust container is attached to the main body again.
The dust collection container system has a component structure that separates the function of collecting dust and the function of collecting and storing dust, such as using centrifugal force. The structure is possible, and the dust in the dust collection container can be visually checked. Thus, the dust can be discarded to the outside in a timely manner. There is no need to carry out the cleaning work while hanging heavy debris. There is an advantage that can be done. However, when discharging the garbage collected in the dust collection container to the outside,
There are drawbacks in the workability and the cleanliness of the work such as the difficulty of attaching and detaching the dust container and the spillage of dust from the dust container.

[0007] To solve the inconvenience of usability, such as reducing the suction force due to the dust collection bag type full of garbage, discharging the garbage to the outside by feeling that the vacuum cleaner becomes heavy, It also solves problems such as the inconvenience of attaching and detaching the dust collection container when discharging dust as seen in the dust container method, and the spillage of dust easily, and finds a system that maintains ease of use during cleaning work and maintains a clean feeling when discharging dust. That is the challenge.

The technical problem to be solved is to make use of the advantages of the dust bag system and the dust container system and to eliminate the disadvantages. There is provided a means for directly discharging the dust collected in the outside without using a dust collecting bag and a dust collecting container. First, a dust collection space consisting of an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder is provided upstream of the electric blower, and the bottom of the outer cylinder is used as a garbage collection space.Dust collected by centrifugal force and gravity is collected in the garbage collection space at the bottom of the outer cylinder. Further, the suction force is not reduced due to clogging of dust during cleaning. In order to eliminate the need for disassembly and disassembly of the garbage, a garbage discharge port is provided in the outer cylinder at the bottom of the garbage collection space. A discharge mechanism was provided.

When the electric blower 1 is rotated forward in the above state, the upstream side of the blower impeller 1a becomes negative pressure, and air containing dust enters the vacuum cleaner from the suction pipe. The dust that has flowed into the vacuum cleaner falls so as to be in contact with the outer cylinder 2 due to centrifugal force generated by the flow along the outer cylinder 2 and gravity, and accumulates in the primary dust accumulation space 2a (moves in the direction of the thick arrow). On the other hand, the air that has flowed into the vacuum cleaner, after the fine dust is removed by the filter 12, passes through the inner cylinder 3, the electric blower 1, and further the electric blower housing hole 1c,
It is opened to the atmosphere through the outer cylinder exhaust hole 2c (moves in the direction of the thin arrow).

As described above, according to the present invention, a dust removal hole is provided at the bottom of the outer cylinder, and dust accumulated in the vacuum cleaner can be automatically discharged to the outside by using the power of a motor. By employing the mechanism, dust in the cleaner is removed after each cleaning operation. As a result, it is possible to solve problems such as a reduction in suction force due to the filling of dust in the vacuum cleaner and an increase in the weight of the vacuum cleaner, which are found in the dust bag method. When the vacuum cleaner is placed on the vacuum cleaner stand after cleaning work is completed, a mechanism that detects its own weight and automatically discharges garbage accumulated in the accumulation space inside the vacuum cleaner into a garbage bag built into the vacuum cleaner stand is adopted. In addition, it is possible to solve problems such as inconvenience of attaching and detaching the dust collecting container at the time of discharging dust, which is seen in the dust collecting method, and spillage of the dust.

Further, if a relatively large bag such as a supermarket shopping bag is used as a garbage bag built in the vacuum cleaner stand, the garbage bag is more dusty than the conventional dust bag system or the dust container system. Discard frequency can be reduced. Instead of using the vacuum cleaner stand, it is also possible to direct the dust removal hole of the vacuum cleaner to the trash container and then give a trash discharge signal to automatically discharge the trash, or to manually discharge the trash by operating the handle. In addition, the danger of directly touching the dust, which is present in the conventional method, can be completely eliminated, and a clean feeling can be obtained.
