Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the mistake of the ink within a barrel and the adhesion residue of a coating liquid at the use-up of a coating liquid container for the residual quantity of the ink and the coating liquid from developing on the bonding mechanism of a barrel member in the coating liquid container using a water-based ink, a neutral ink, an oil-based ink, a correcting liquid, a starch, a cosmetic coating liquid or the like. SOLUTION: In the coating liquid container, in which a bonding part is formed by fitting a transparent or semi-transparent tubular body with the barrel member so as to store a coating liquid within the tubular member and the barrel member, the front part of the tubular member comprising the bonding part is covered with an opaque barrel member.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a joining mechanism of a barrel member in a coating liquid container using an aqueous ink, a neutral ink, an oily ink, a correction liquid, a paste, a cosmetic coating liquid, and the like. The present invention relates to a means for preventing the adhesion residue of ink and coating liquid inside a shaft cylinder generated at the time of exhaustion from being misidentified as an ink remaining amount.

2. Description of the Related Art In a coating liquid container such as a writing utensil or a coating utensil, it is necessary to be able to visually check the remaining amount of the ink and the coating liquid and to be able to use up the writing utensil and the coating utensil reliably until the end of writing. It is a very important factor for the person. For example, in the prior art, a grease-like follower that follows with the consumption of ink and a resin-made follower having a specific gravity equivalent to the follower are filled, and formed of a cylindrical, transparent or translucent low-hardness resin. The tip of the ink container tube is press-fitted into the rear end hole of the pen tip holder molded of opaque high-hardness resin, and the pen tip is further press-fitted into the tip hole of the pen tip holder. In a coating solution container such as a neutral ball-point pen with a distorted structure, the ink adheres to the fitting step between the ink storage tube and the pen tip holder when used up, and the ink is still filled and remains. A visible, so-called remaining amount misperception phenomenon occurred. FIG. 3 shows an example of the remaining amount erroneous recognition phenomenon. Although the drawing shows a state in which the ink has been used up, the attached residue A in the drawing is erroneously recognized as the remaining ink. Note that reference numeral B is a grease-like follower, and reference numeral C is a resin follower.

[0003] Further, even in a coating liquid container having a structure in which the rear shaft is directly filled with ink without using an ink storage tube, and the rear portion of the front shaft is fitted into the front end of the rear shaft, the remaining ink or coating liquid remains. A misrecognition phenomenon of the amount occurs, and even if an ink or a coating liquid having an extremely low viscosity is used, the misrecognition phenomenon of the remaining amount occurs, which is a problem.

A mechanism for joining a tubular body of a coating liquid container such as a writing implement or a coating implement is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 59-12228.
A joining mechanism described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Publication No. 6-206 is known. This publication states that “in a pair of cylindrical bodies or the like having a fitting male part and a fitting female part formed at one end thereof, the fitting joint surfaces are formed in a tapered shape, and the tapered joint surfaces are attached to each other. A joining mechanism for a tubular body or the like, characterized by providing a fitting projection and a recess for engagement. In addition, the actual opening 61-6950
In Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 8 (1994), a concave portion or a convex portion is provided at a required position on the outer surface, a straight portion or a tapered portion is provided at the front and rear portions thereof, and a tapered portion is provided in front of all of the straight portions or the tapered portion, and further forward. A front shaft having at one end a joint shaft portion provided with a straight portion or a tapered portion, and a hole into which the joint shaft portion of the front shaft fits, and a press-fitting of the recess of the front shaft on the inner surface of the hole. A joint shaft including a rear shaft provided with a convex portion or a concave portion is disclosed. Further, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-323691 discloses that the wall thickness of the tip holder member on which the ink storage tube is fitted is reduced so that the rear end face of the tip holder member does not hinder the flow of ink. There is disclosed a structure in which the inner hole has a larger diameter on the rear end face than the inner diameter of the chip fitting portion and has a truncated cone shape.

Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 59-122286 and Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 61-69508 disclose a general method widely used in the market, in which a nib holder is simply press-fitted into an ink container. Although a simple joining mechanism is described, in these general joining mechanisms, a fitting step is inevitably generated between the front shaft and the rear shaft.

Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-323691 discloses that the thickness of the rear end face of the chip holder, which serves as a barrier, is reduced so that the rear end face of the tip holder member in which the ink container is fitted does not inhibit the flow of ink. Although it is disclosed that the hole at the rear end of the tip holder member is formed in a truncated conical hole shape, in other words, a fitting step is generated between the front shaft and the rear shaft. However, since the ink or the coating liquid adheres to and remains on the step, it cannot be a solution to the problem of incorrect recognition of the remaining amount.

The front shaft 4 has a tubular shape and is formed of an opaque material such as resin, metal, pottery, and rubber. Alternatively, the front shaft 4 is colored with a coloring material, or covered with any of a seal, printing, painting, or a heat shrink film,
The interior is invisible. by this,
Even if ink or coating liquid adhered residue is generated inside the front portion 1a of the rear shaft 1 when the coating liquid container is completely used, it is not erroneously recognized as the remaining amount of ink or coating liquid. Further, since the rear shaft 1 has a material hardness value larger than that of the front shaft 4, press-fitting is eased and fitting becomes easy. Also, rear shaft 1
In addition, it is possible to prevent a crack or the like at the time of fitting the front shaft 4 and the fitting thereof, and to improve the fitting force.

FIG. 2 shows a modification example. The description of the same parts as those in the above-described embodiment will be omitted. In front of the rear shaft 1, there is formed a narrowed portion 1b formed in a tapered shape, a semicircular shape, a polygonal pyramid shape, a conical shape or the like, and further a small diameter portion 1c in front thereof. And the small diameter part 1 of this rear shaft 1
c is fitted and attached to the inner hole step 4a of the opaque front shaft 4.

Here, in order to obtain a mechanical advantage such as improvement in the strength of the fitting and mounting described above, the outer peripheral surface of the front small diameter portion 1c of the rear shaft 1 or the inner hole step portion of the front shaft 4 is provided. A plurality of or annular convex ribs or concave grooves may be formed on the inner peripheral surface of 4a, or the fitting attachment portions may be joined or caulked with an adhesive. Further, in the above-described embodiment, an example in which the rear shaft 1 has a material hardness value larger than the front shaft 4 has been described. On the contrary, the front shaft 4 has a material hardness value larger than the rear shaft 1. It may be. In addition, rear shaft 1
By providing a rib groove whose width decreases as it moves forward, a capillary phenomenon is induced on the inner wall surfaces of the narrowed portion 1b and the small-diameter portion 1c, whereby it is possible to promote the flow of ink and coating liquid.
