Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminaire for ceiling suitable for using a light emitting diode as a light source. SOLUTION: This luminaire is equipped with a body part 2 fit by being embedded in a ceiling 1; and a light source part 4 supported at one edge of a bottom opening of the body part 2 with a shaft 3 and capable of opening/ closing to the body part 2. The light source part 4 is equipped with many white color light emitting diodes 5. The body part 2 is equipped with a lighting device 6 for supplying power to the light source part 4, on its lower surface.

A lighting apparatus comprising: a main body portion embedded in a ceiling for mounting; and a light source portion supported by a shaft at one side edge of a lower surface opening of the main body portion and capable of being opened and closed with respect to the main body portion. 2. The lighting device according to claim 1, wherein the light source unit includes a plurality of light emitting diodes. 3. The lighting apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a lighting device on a lower surface of the main body for supplying power to the light source.
