を短時間に充填できる部位を具備し、しかも表面を耐火
材質で保護された気球とその気球を係留する不燃ロープ
の先端に前述のリングに簡単に接続出来るカラビナの様
なフックを付属させた係留ロープを用意する。これらを
火災現場に運び込む事は誠に容易で、状況に合わせ不燃
シートが巻かれている巻取装置を所定の方角に設置し係
留ロープの先端接続器具であるフックと不燃シートのジ
ョイントリングを瞬時に接続させると不使用時に無気体
状態で小さく畳まれていた気球へ、インフレーターまた
はボンベから水素ガス等を短時間に充填すると気球は一
気に上昇し不燃シートを牽引伸出させて行く。不燃シー
トが必要な高度まで伸出した時、巻取装置にはシートが
どの位繰り出されたかが一定間隔で表示される工夫がさ
れている。そして巻取装置に具備されているストッパー
にて所定の繰出し長さでブレーキをかけ必要な長さを確

せて位置をコントロール出来る不燃ロープを複数具備し
ておく。これら装備一式を火災現場の状況に合わせて必
要な数だけ運び込み所定の位置に防火幕を形成し、どん
な火焔も取り囲み延焼を防止出来るようにした。

防火不燃シートが上部から風下へ同様に流され斜めの状
態となり防火効果に差し障りが出るので気球を所定の位
置に係留する為に複数の気球コントロール用不燃ロープ
20にて気球の位置を固定確保する。なお、ガス充填後
の気球及びガスボンベには可燃性ガスが充満している訳
である故、火焔に近接しないシステムにすることは当然
の施策である。
