Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance workability and bring about firm joining. SOLUTION: Upper joining surfaces 1a and 2a are made to face each other while being formed with a gap Ca between them by inserting the reinforcing bar 2c of one curved slab 2 into the inserting hole 1b of the other curved slab 1, the lower part of the gap Ca is plugged with packing 5, and a coupling plate 6 is temporarily fixed to the outer peripheral surfaces of the curved slabs 1 and 2 by means of a bolt 7. In such a state, grout G is injected from an injecting hole 1d into the inserting hole 1b, and injection is stopped when the grout G is correctly infilled into the inserting hole 1b, the gap C, and an auxiliary hole 1e. The joining of the curved slabs 1 and 2 is terminated when the injected grout G is cured. A saving in labor and the shortening of a construction period can be realized because a main operation is composed of only the injection of the grout G into the inserting hole 1b.

In the former arch tunnel, when the upper joint surfaces 11a are joined to each other, a bolt must be inserted through an insertion hole provided in the bolt box 13 to screw a nut. In addition, since it is necessary to fill the mortar into the bolt box 13 to make the outer surface flat, there is a problem that the joining is troublesome. Further, it is difficult to obtain a strong and stable joining force by the bolt / nut method.

In order to achieve at least one of the above objects, an invention according to claim 1 is a curved plate for an arch tunnel in which upper joint surfaces are joined to each other and installed in an arch shape. An insertion hole for inserting a reinforcing bar protruding from the upper joint surface of the curved plate for another arch tunnel with a gap opened in the upper joint surface is formed, and grout is injected into the insertion hole into the insertion hole. The injection hole to be opened was connected to the outer peripheral surface.

In this means, the curved plate for the arch tunnel and another curved plate for the arch tunnel having a reinforcing bar protruding from the upper joint surface are inserted into the insertion hole with the reinforcing bar facing each other so that the upper joint surfaces face each other. The grout is injected into the insertion hole from above, and is cured by curing. As described above, it is only necessary to inject grout into the insertion hole and harden it. Since the number of steps is small, the joining operation can be performed efficiently and quickly, and the construction period can be shortened.

In the curved plate for an arch tunnel according to the first aspect, it is preferable that the insertion hole is formed by embedding a sleeve. With this configuration, the insertion hole can be formed accurately and easily at a predetermined position. Further, the sleeve is grouted to the reinforcing bar of the other curved plate to enhance the joining force.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a curved plate for an arch tunnel according to the first or second aspect, and another curved plate for an arch tunnel having a reinforcing bar protruding from an upper joint surface.
Alternatively, in a state in which the rebar is inserted into the insertion hole of the curved plate for arch tunnel described in 2, the upper joint surfaces are opposed to each other, and the joint is formed by hardening the grout injected into the insertion hole from the injection hole.

According to this means, the joining operation of the curved plates can be performed quickly only by injecting grout into the insertion hole, and since the reinforcing bar is directly joined to the two curved plates, a strong and stable joining is achieved. Power is gained. In addition, grout is injected into the insertion hole to fill the gap,
It flows into the gap between the upper joint surfaces facing each other and hardens, and the portion is made liquid-tight. For this reason, the water stoppage work of the upper joint surface portion can be omitted.

[0013] Prior to grout injection into the insertion hole, usually, a packing is inserted between the lower portions of both upper joining surfaces,
In addition, the connection plate is temporarily fixed to the upper portion of the upper joint surface with bolts. Normally, the packing and the coupling plate are left as they are after the joining is completed.

The curved plates 1 and 2 for the arch tunnel are, as in the prior art, usually a reinforced concrete curved plate or a concrete-filled steel curved plate in which a steel shell is filled with concrete. The plane shape and the side surface shape of the curved plate 2 are the same as those of the curved plate 1. Bolt boxes for joining are provided on the side joining surfaces 1g and 2g along the bending direction of the arch tunnel curved plates 1 and 2, similarly to the conventional curved plate, but are omitted in the figure.

In the above state, grout G is injected from the injection hole 1d into the insertion hole 1b. On the one hand, the grout G flows into the inner part of the insertion hole 1b and gradually rises in the auxiliary hole 1e. On the other hand, the grout G flows out from the opening end of the insertion hole 1b into the gap Ca and gradually rises in the gap Ca. I do. The injection state is known from the ascending position of the grout G. When the grout G is correctly filled in the insertion hole 1b, the gap Ga and the auxiliary hole 1e, the injection is stopped. End the joining. In addition, 1 g of side joining surfaces, 1 g,
Needless to say, joining of 2g and 2g is performed in the same manner as before.

In the above joining structure, the grout G fixes the reinforcing bar 2c of the curved plate 2 in the insertion hole 1b of the curved plate 1 and joins the reinforcing bar 2c to the reinforcing bar 1c. For this reason, a strong and stable joining force can be obtained. Further, since the grout G flowing out into the gap Ga makes the space between the upper joint surfaces 1a and 2a liquid-tight, it is possible to omit the water stop work without renewing the work.

Since the insertion hole 1b is deeply related to the reinforcing bars 1c and 2c, the formation position and number thereof are determined in consideration of the positions and numbers of the reinforcing bars 1c and 2c. Therefore, the present invention is not limited to the one shown in the drawing, and for example, the insertion holes 1b, 1b can be formed so as to overlap in the thickness direction of the curved plate 1. The reinforcing bar 1c of the curved plate 1 does not necessarily need to be exposed in the insertion hole 1b. The auxiliary hole 1e in the figure can be used as an injection hole, and the injection hole 1d can be used as an auxiliary hole. Reinforcing bars may project from a part of the upper joint surface, and insertion holes may be provided in other parts.
