Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply conduct piling-up works accurately without requiring skill for a worker, and to obtain the degree of freedom of piling-up corresponding to a desired structure when the brick structure is constructed. SOLUTION: In the rectangular parallelopiped-shaped brick 1, in which the ratio of length in the short direction to length in the longitudinal direction in top face and underside 1a and 1b is approximately a half, two approximately columnar or approximately cylindrical fitting projecting sections 2A and 2B are formed at the central places of squares obtained by dividing the top face 1a into two equal parts in the longitudinal direction respectively in the top face 1a, and a fitting recessed groove 3, into which both fitting projecting sections 2A and 2B can be fitted, is formed from one end of the underside 1b to a section near to the other end in the underside 1b.

2. Description of the Related Art Normally, bricks are rectangular parallelepipeds, and all six sides are flat. Various bricks are piled up to form various structures such as the above-described flowerbed border. In the case of building, various stacking methods such as British stacking, French stacking, Dutch stacking, small stacking, long stacking, etc. are used, but in any stacking method, basically, up and down, left and right or further back and forth While sequentially placing the bricks, a mortar is interposed between adjacent bricks to form joints having a predetermined width.

[0003] However, in the above-described brick stacking operation, it is necessary for the worker to have a certain degree of skill in placing an appropriate amount of mortar between adjacent bricks while sequentially and accurately arranging the bricks vertically and horizontally and further back and forth. Is required in recent gardening booms.
It is difficult to construct a pergola or barbecue open-air furnace in the garden as Y, and in DIY work using a limited time on weekly holidays, it takes a long time to complete the target structure, There is a problem that the structure is often not beautifully completed.

In order to cope with the above-mentioned problem, in a horizontally long rectangular parallelepiped brick, a plurality of fitting projections are provided on an upper surface thereof, and fitting recesses corresponding to the fitting projections are provided on a lower surface thereof. There is also known a structure in which a stacking operation is facilitated by adopting a structure in which a fitting concave portion on a lower surface of an upper brick to be stacked is fitted to a fitting convex portion on an upper surface of a lower brick.

However, in the brick having the above structure,
Basically, the stacking position of the upper brick with respect to the lower brick is fixed because it is necessary to fit the corresponding fitting recesses on the lower brick upper surface into the plurality of fitting protrusions on the lower brick upper surface, respectively. There was a problem that would be done.

For this reason, for example, when building a border of a flower bed by stacking bricks in several stages, in a limited flower bed space in a garden, when the border is formed in a predetermined arc shape, the upper brick is replaced with the lower brick. However, there is an inconvenience that it is not possible to stack at a slight angle in the horizontal direction without stacking in parallel. In addition, if such an arc-shaped brick stacking is to be performed, it is necessary to previously arrange the fitting projections on the brick upper surface and the fitting recesses on the brick lower surface in such an arc-shaped stacking. Therefore, there is a problem in that the types of bricks increase, the number of types of bricks increases, and the trouble of inventory management increases.

According to the present invention, any of the bricks for stacking according to any one of the first to fifth aspects of the present invention basically has a structure in which a substantially cylindrical or substantially cylindrical fitting protrusion and a fitting groove are fitted. Because it is possible to build, in building a target structure, it is possible to sequentially and easily pile up predetermined bricks, and because it is not necessary to necessarily intervene mortar between adjacent bricks, The work of stacking bricks can be greatly simplified.

In addition, in the case of the brick for stacking according to any one of claims 1 to 5 according to the present invention, for example, when building a border of a flowerbed by stacking bricks in several stages, in a limited flowerbed space in a garden, In the case where the border is formed in a predetermined arc shape, the upper bricks can be stacked at a slight angle by rotating the bricks in the horizontal direction without stacking them in parallel with the lower bricks. Then, in this case, unlike the conventional bricks for stacking, it is not necessary to separately manufacture different types of bricks in order to perform arc-shaped stacking, so that the number of types of bricks does not increase, There is no inconvenience such as an increase in labor for inventory management.

In the brick for stacking according to the first aspect, two substantially columnar or substantially cylindrical fitting projections are provided on one of the upper and lower surfaces, and the center of the square is obtained by bisecting the surface in the longitudinal direction. The other surface is provided with a fitting groove in which both fitting protrusions can be fitted from one end of the surface to a portion near the other end, and the fitting groove has two fittings in the groove. In the state where the convex portion is fitted, the distal end wall of the concave groove has a length capable of opposing the distal end side portion of the fitting concave groove on the outer peripheral surface of one of the adjacent convex fitting portions. By stacking only one type, the structure can be easily and beautifully constructed.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, one of the upper and lower surfaces is a flat surface, and the other surface is located at a central position of a square in which one of the upper and lower surfaces of another brick is bisected in the longitudinal direction. A fitting groove into which the two fitting protrusions provided respectively can be fitted is provided from one end of the surface to a portion near the other end, and the fitting groove has two fitting protrusions in the groove. In the fitted state, the leading end wall of the concave groove has a length that can face the distal end side portion of the fitting concave groove on the outer peripheral surface of one fitting convex portion adjacent thereto. A structure constructed by stacking the bricks on the top of the brick, with the lower surface of the brick being a concave groove so as to be fitted to the fitting protrusions, in the stacking where the fitting protrusions are on the upper surface of the brick one lower than the upper stage. Since the upper surface of the object can be made the plane of the upper surface of the brick, the structure There is an advantage that the aesthetic appearance of the can be improved.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, the bricks for stacking according to the first or second aspect of the present invention have a semi-circular shape at the tip end wall of the fitting groove, so that they can be stacked on lower bricks. When stacking the upper bricks at an angle in the horizontal direction, the substantially cylindrical or substantially cylindrical fitting convex portion is positioned in a state of being positioned along the semicircular tip wall of the fitting concave groove in the upper brick. Since the bricks can be rotated, there is an advantage that the arc bricks can be stacked more smoothly.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, one of the upper and lower surfaces has a flat surface, and the other surface has two substantially cylindrical or substantially cylindrical fitting projections on the surface in the longitudinal direction. Because they are provided at the center of each equally divided square,
In building a structure by stacking bricks, if the bottom brick is made by arranging a plurality of bricks with the lower surface flat with respect to the ground and the upper surface with fitting protrusions, the subsequent brick stacking work is more stable There is an advantage that it can be done in a convenient way.

Since the brick according to the fifth aspect has a size obtained by dividing the brick according to the first to fourth aspects into two in the longitudinal direction, for example, the bricks according to the first to fourth aspects are arranged in a line in the longitudinal direction thereof. The upper bricks to be stacked were placed so as to straddle two lower adjacent bricks and to overlap half of each of the upper bricks from the center of the length of the upper brick on both lower adjacent bricks. In this case, there is an advantage that the bricks can be appropriately stacked in a half space of the bricks formed on both sides thereof.
