By pressing the touch pulley 3 against the reinforcing material 1 placed on the mold 2 as described above, the core wires 4 can be spirally wound in a lined manner. Of the reinforcing member 1 placed on the mold 2 by the action of the pressing force caused by the pressing force, the twisting due to the displacement easily occurs. The reinforcing material 1 is formed by sewing a cloth or the like into a cylindrical shape and sewing together end portions thereof. The seam 14 is manufactured so that the seam 14 is positioned at the top of the tooth portion 13 as shown in FIG. For this purpose, the reinforcing member 1 is placed in the mold 2 so that the seam 14 is positioned at the concave groove 11.
However, if the reinforcing material 1 is displaced when the core wire 4 is wound, the seam 14 of the reinforcing material 1 may be displaced from the position of the concave groove 11, and the seam 14 The seam 14 exists at a position, such as a valley between the teeth 13, shifted from the top of the portion 13, and there is a possibility that the transmission belt T having a problem in strength may be manufactured.

The touch pulley 3 is not driven to rotate by itself. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, a wound core wire holding portion 4b already wound around the outer periphery of the reinforcing member 1 is wound around the core wire holding portion 4b. Due to the pressure contact of the mold 6, the touch pulley 3 is rotated as shown by the arrow in FIG. 5 following the rotational drive of the mold 2, and the core wire 4 a to be wound around the outer periphery of the reinforcing member 1 from now on Is wound around the core wire guide groove 17 of the core wire holding portion 5 within the range of the angle θ. The core wire 4a in contact with the nearest point on the inner mold 2 of the outer circumference of Tatchipuri 3, the points on the surface of 4b and A 0, the winding core wire holding portion 5 of the core wire 4a is Tatchipuri 3 to be Makitsukeyo now Arc A 0 B 0 , which is a range wound at an angle θ around the outer circumference of
The point C 0 is plotted on the outer surface of the wound core 4b so that 0 B 0 = arc A 0 C 0 . Also, the intersection of the extension line of the straight line connecting the shaft 15 of the touch pulley 3 and the point A 0 and the pitch line p of the core wire 4 a to be wound from now on,
Since the intersection of the straight line connecting the rotation axis 16 of the mold 2 and the point A 0 and the pitch line p of the wound core 4 b coincides in FIG. 5, the intersection is plotted as a point A 1 and the axis of the touch pulley 3 is further plotted. The intersection between the extension line of the straight line connecting 15 and the point B 0 and the pitch line p of the core wire 4a to be wound is plotted as a point B 1 , and the straight line connecting the rotation axis 16 of the mold 2 and the point C 0 and plotting the intersection of the pitch line p of the winding already cords 4b as C 1.
Note that the pitch line p of the core wire 4 is substantially at the center of the core wire 4.

Since the radius r 1 of the wound core wire pressing portion 5 of the touch pulley 3 is equal to the radius r 1 of the wound core wire pressing portion 6, if there is no slippage between the touch pulley 3 and the core wire 4, the mold 2. Wound core wire 4b rotated with the rotational drive of
And the speed of the outer peripheral surface of the core wire holding portion 5 of the touch pulley 3 is equal, and therefore, the core wire 4 to be wound around which comes into contact with the core wire holding portion 5 is to be wound.
The speed of the inner surface of a and the speed of the outer surface of the wound core wire 4b are equal. That is, [feed speed on the inner surface of the core wire 4a to be wound: feed speed on the outer surface of the wound core wire 4b = arc A 0 B 0 : arc A 0 C 0 ],
Arc A 0 B 0 = arc A 0 C 0 .

The outer periphery of the mold 2 is covered with a reinforcing member 1 formed by sewing a sheet material such as canvas into a tube. A core wire is attached to the outer periphery of the reinforcing member 1 covered on the mold 2. When winding 4 in a spiral shape,
Is supplied to the outer periphery of the reinforcing material 1 and the mold 2 is rotationally driven in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 2 while guiding the core wire 4 with the core wire guide groove 17 of the winding core wire holding portion 5 of the touch pulley 3. At the same time, the touch pulley 3 can be moved in parallel with the mold 2 as shown by an arrow in FIG.
A pressing force is applied to the touch pulley 3 so as to press the core wire 4 against the reinforcing member 1 placed on the mold 2. The core wire 4 a to be wound from now on is a core guide of the winding core pressing portion 5. Since the core wire 4b wound around the outer periphery of the reinforcing member 1 is pressed by the groove 17 and wound around the outer periphery of the reinforcing member 1, the core wire 4b wound around the outer periphery of the reinforcing member 1 is held by the wound core core pressing portion 6, so that the reinforcing member 1 The arrangement of the core wires 4 on the outer periphery can be made good.

As described with reference to FIG. 5 of the conventional example, when the mold 2 is rotationally driven while being pressed by the touch pulley 3, and the core 4 is wound around the outer periphery of the reinforcing member 1, the core to be wound is to be wound. When the feed speed of the core wire 4a is faster than the feed speed of the wound core wire 4b, the reinforcing material 1 is partially drawn by the wound core wire 4a and moves, and the reinforcing material 1 shifts in the rotation direction of the mold 2. Twisting occurs. Therefore, if the feed speed of the core wire 4a to be wound is equal to the feed speed of the wound core wire 4b, the length of the fed core wire 4a and the length of the fed core wire 4b become equal. , The reinforcing material 1 on the core wire 4a to be wound.
Is no longer partially pulled, and the reinforcing material 1
Can be prevented from being distorted and twisted.

In FIG. 2, A 0 , B 0 , C 0 , A 1 , B 1 ,
C 1 is the same as that in FIG. 5 (where A 0 is a point on the surface of the core wire 4a to be wound, and A 1 is a point on the pitch line p of the core wire 4a to be wound. ). Further, since the radius r 3 of the wound core wire holding portion 6 is formed to be larger than the radius r 1 of the wound core wire holding portion 5, the reinforcing material 1 and the wound core The wire 4b is compressed, and the wound core wire 4 is in contact with a portion of the outer periphery of the wound core wire holding portion 6 which is closest to the mold 2.
The point on the outer surface of b is A 3 , the rotation axis 16 of the mold 2 and the point A 3

Here, as described above, the touch pulley 3 is not driven to rotate by itself, and the wound core wire pressing portion 6 is pressed against the wound core wire 4b already wound around the outer periphery of the reinforcing member 1. As a result, the touch pulley 3 is rotated as shown by the arrow in FIG. Then, since the arc A 3 C 0 = the arc A 3 B 3 , the mold 2 is rotationally driven as shown by the arrow in FIG. 2 to feed the wound core 4 b, and the outer periphery of the wound core 4 b when point C 0 of the reached point a 3 of FIG. 2 will be a point B 3 on the periphery of the winding core wire holding portion 6 is Tatchipuri 3 to reach the point a 3 of FIG. 2 is rotated, Touch pulley 3
With this rotation of the core wire 4a, the core wire 4a to be wound is sent by the winding core wire pressing portion 5. Therefore, at this time, the feed speed of the core wire 4a to be wound and
Comparing the feed speed of the wound core wire 4b with respect to the pitch line p which is the true length of the core wire 4, [Feed speed of the core wire 4a to be wound: feed speed of the wound core wire 4b] = Arc A 1 B 4 : Arc A 5 C 1 ]. As is apparent from FIG. 2, arc A 1 B 4 <arc A 1 B 1
, And the so substantially the arc A 5 C 1 = arc A 1 C 1,
Conventional 5 [feedrate core 4a to be Makitsukeyo: winding already cord 4b feedrate = arc A 1 B 1 of: arc A 1 C 1] than in relation to attempts Makitsukeyo The feed speed of the core wire 4a can be reduced. Therefore, the state in which the feed speed of the core wire 4a to be wound as in the related art becomes faster than the feed speed of the wound core wire 4b is eliminated,
It is possible to make the feed speed of the core wire 4a to be wound and the feed speed of the wound core wire 4b as equal as possible, and it is possible to prevent the reinforcing material 1 from being distorted and twisted. Things.

Next, the reinforcing material 1 is deviated needed to prevent twisting, winding cord pressing portion 5 in Tatchipuri 3 radius r 1 and the winding already cord holding portion 6 of the radius r 3 The difference d is determined based on FIG. That is, from the relationship of [feed speed of the core wire 4a to be wound: feed speed of the wound core wire 4b = arc A 1 B 4 : arc A 5 C 1 ], the arc A 1 B 4 = arc A if 5 C 1, the rate of speed and winding pre cord 4b of the core wire 4a to be Makitsukeyo are equal, it is possible to prevent the twisting displaced reinforcements 1. Therefore, as a necessary condition for making the arc A 1 B 4 = the arc A 5 C 1 , the difference d between the radius r 1 of the wound core wire pressing portion 5 and the radius r 3 of the wound core wire pressing portion 6 can be obtained. I just need.

Thus, in FIG. 2, arc A 5 C 1 / arc A 3 C 0 = (r 2 + 0.5t) / (r 2 + t) (the wound core wire 4b is compressed, Both sides can be virtually equal). Also, arc A 1 B 4 / arc A
3 B 3 = (r 1 + 0.5t) / r 3 = (r 1 + 0.5t) /
(R 1 + d). Since arc A 3 C 0 = arc A 3 B 3 , arc A 1 B 4 : arc A 5 C 1 = (r 1 +0.5 t) /
To become (r 1 + d) :( r 2 + 0.5t) / (r 2 + t). The condition for satisfying the arc A 1 B 4 = arc A 5 C 1 is (r 1 + 0.5t) / (r 1 + d) = (r 2 +0.5)
t) / (r 2 + t). Expanding this equation gives d
= Become 0.5t (r 1 + r 2 + t) / (r 2 + 0.5t). Since t is sufficiently smaller than r 1 and r 2 , r 1 + r 2 + t
{R 1 + r 2 , r 2 + 0.5t} r 2 .
Therefore, d = 0.5t (r 1 + r 2 ) / r 2 can be obtained.

As described above, the radius r 1 of the wound core wire holding portion 5 and the wound core wire holding portion 6 of the touch pulley 3 necessary to prevent the reinforcing member 1 from being distorted and twisted.
The difference d between the radii r 3 can be obtained as d = 0.5t (r 1 + r 2 ) / r 2 (1). However, in practice, slippage between the core wire 4 and the touch pulley 3, sinking of the core wire 4 due to compressive deformation of the reinforcing member 1, and the like are complicatedly affected. Since there is a phenomenon of warpage that is shifted in the opposite direction to the rotation of the mold 2, it is necessary to correct the above equation (1) obtained theoretically by applying a coefficient. As shown in FIG. 6, the phenomenon of warpage is caused by the core wire 4 to be wound around the reinforcing material 1 covering the outer periphery of the mold 2.
When the pressing force of the touch pulley 3 is applied via a, the reinforcing member 1 is partially floated from the surface of the mold 2 by the pressing force and is pushed in the direction opposite to the rotation direction of the mold 2 to be displaced. This is a shift opposite to the direction in which the reinforcing member 1 is vegitated in the rotation direction of the mold 2 due to a shift generated when the core wire 4 is wound around the outer periphery of the reinforcing member 1. Therefore,
D = A × (0.5t (r 1 + r 2 ) / r 2 ) (2) obtained by multiplying the above equation (1) by a coefficient A of 1 or less is practically used. The coefficient A varies depending on the material of the reinforcing material 1 and the core wire 4 and the like, but is empirically determined to be 0.1 to 0.7 from a test using an actual machine.

Here, in manufacturing a toothed belt having 106 teeth, tooth shape MY, and a belt width of 25 mm, r 1 = 7.
When 0 mm, r 2 = 135 mm, and t = 1.20 mm, when these values are substituted to obtain d from the equation (1), d = 0.9 mm. ~
Multiplying by 0.7 results in d = 0.09 mm to 0.63 mm. Therefore, the radius r 1 of the winding core wire pressing portion 5 is 70
In the case of the touch pulley 3 of mm, the radius r 3 of the wound core wire pressing portion is formed between 70.09 mm to 70.63 mm, thereby reliably preventing the reinforcing member 1 from shifting and twisting. , The core wire 4 can be wound.

As described above, the present invention relates to a power transmission belt forming mold having a reinforcing material covered on the outer periphery thereof, and a rotatable and axially movable mold in contact with the reinforcing material covered on the mold. And a touch pulley that is driven to move along the die, by rotating the die while pressing the core wire supplied to the outer periphery of the reinforcing material over the die with the outer peripheral surface of the touch pulley,
In a transmission belt forming core wire winding device in which the core wire is spirally wound around the outer periphery of the reinforcing member, a winding core pressing portion for holding the core wire supplied to the outer periphery of the reinforcing member and being wound on the touch pulley, Since the wound core wire holding part that holds the wound core wire is formed around the outer periphery of the reinforcing material, the core wire to be wound and the wound core wire are wound with the core wire held down respectively. The arrangement of the cords on the outer periphery of the reinforcing member can be improved. Moreover, since the radius of the wound core wire holding portion is formed to be larger than the radius of the wound core wire holding portion, the circumferential speed at the outer periphery of the wound core wire holding portion and the outer circumference of the wound core wire holding portion is reduced. Make a difference so that the feed speed of the core wire to be wound while holding down with the wound core wire holding portion is equal to the feed speed of the wound core wire held by the wound core wire holding portion. The core wire can be wound around the outer periphery of the reinforcing member while preventing twisting due to displacement of the reinforcing member caused by the speed of the core wire to be wound being higher than the speed of the wound core wire. is there.
