2. Description of the Related Art Generally, a floor expansion joint of this type is provided with a pair of ground rails fixed to floors on the joint side of right and left buildings, for example, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-68174. A joint plate for covering the joint portion whose both sides are supported by the support piece on the joint portion side of the base rail is supported, and the joint plate slidably covers both side portions of the joint plate. And a cover plate removably attached to the joint plate. A plurality of recesses are formed in the upper surface of the joint plate, and the upper surface is the same as or slightly larger than the upper surface of the joint plate. A configuration in which a low anti-slip plate is fixed to the vehicle is known.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the floor expansion joint has a cover member slidably mounted between fixing members fixed to the gap side of each floor frame, and a cover member of the cover member. A cosmetic spraying layer is provided on the surface of at least one of the cover member and the cosmetic support member, the thermal spray coating layer being formed by a decorative support member that covers both sides and is supported by the fixing member. When the floor frame swings due to the vibration, it can move smoothly correspondingly. Further, it is possible to prevent slippage when a person walks on the cover member or the makeup supporting member. Further, the thermal spray coating layer has excellent wear resistance.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, the cover member and the decorative support member are aluminum plates or extruded materials, and at least one of aluminum, an aluminum alloy, and an alumina-based ceramic is formed on the surface of at least one of the members. The main component is a sprayed coating layer, and the surface of the one member including the sprayed coating layer is further formed with an anodic oxidation coating layer. Excellent adhesion and durability, and abrasion resistance combined with an oxidized film is obtained.
Slip prevention without discomfort is obtained.

According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the sprayed coating layer containing alumina-based ceramic as a main component is made of ceramics 8.
7% to 96% weight + titanium 4% to 13% weight, preferably 9% ceramic
2% to 96% weight + Titanium 4% to 8% higher adhesion and durability are obtained, and even if abrasion occurs in the sprayed layer, the coverage depends on the presence or absence of abrasion. Alternatively, it is possible to obtain a material that does not cause a sense of incompatibility with the decorative supporting member or a finished appearance.
