Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an anti-depression composition effective for diseases such as schizophrenia and depression. The present invention relates to an anti-depressant food that does not impair. 2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, there has been an increase in the number of people suffering from so-called "depression", which is a condition of emotional illness that generally has good social adaptation and falls once experiencing frustration. It is said that it is likely to occur in teenagers. Depression is a modern illness among mental illnesses and is a very common illness. If you have a very mild depression, like a kind of "case of the heart," and you have the risk of suicide, you want to see a specialist at an early stage. Declining thinking, pessimistic,
It has anxiety, insomnia, inferiority, regret, prickly, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, and has developed into a serious social problem. [0003] Therefore, research on the treatment of depression has been widely conducted, and medical products have been actively developed. Crude drugs as well as ethical drugs have become widespread. Recently, research on this Kampo therapy has attracted attention. Oren-dokuto, Hanka-koboku-to, Saibaku-to, Bukuryo-in-kanhanka-koboku-to, Tokoku-joki-to, Kami-ki-splein-to, San-o-sha-shin-to, Ryokei-kanju-to, Keishika-ryu-koshi-oyster-to, Megami-san , Onbetsu-to, Kami-onbetsu-to, Dai-saiko-to, Saiko-keishi-kankyo-to, Hangesha-shin-shin-to, Ryokei-jutsu-kan-to, Yokukansan, Onsen-drinking, Saikosei-ko-to, Yokukan-san-ken-chihide-hanka, Examples include Onkyo-to, Daijoki-to, Kami-Eppei-to, Shinbu-to, Shigyaku-san, Saiko-ka-ryu-bone-oyster-yu. Although Kampo therapy uses crude drugs derived from natural products, although it is somewhat slow-acting, it also has the advantage of improving the constitution and the medicinal effects are systemic. It has less side effects than Western medicine and is relatively safe even if taken for a relatively long time. [0004] Kampo medicines used in the Kampo therapy include crude drugs such as Saiko, Hangatsu, Huangling, Daijutsu, Kikomi, Ginger, Rhubarb, Licorice and the like. These herbal medicines are used in the form of granules, tablets and the like, but have a disadvantage that they are difficult to take internally because they often have a characteristic bitter taste and a bad aftertaste. Therefore, we started research on whether it would be easy to take the medicine by providing hops and herbal components in herbal medicine in the form of foods such as gums, candies, and beverages. However, hops have been used as a bitter component of beer for many years and have been recognized as foods, and as a result of examining their physiological effects, they have been found to have an antidepressant effect.
It is characterized in that a crude drug component having a sedative action, which is conventionally recognized as a food additive, is added to gums, candies, beverages and the like. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and has as its object to provide an excellent antidepressant effect, high safety, and ,
An object of the present invention is to provide an antidepressant food that does not impair the flavor of the food. [0006] The object of the present invention is to provide at least one food material powder or extract selected from the following group, which has an antidepressant action against depression. Achieved by a characteristic antidepressant food. at least one selected from the group consisting of: a) hops, coriander, apricot root, pepper, cloves (cutter), mint (lightly loaded), chrysanthemums and mushrooms b) Rosaceae fruits c) Lilies bulbs d) Kelp Spices or herbs. That is, the present inventors considered and examined whether there is a method for screening a food material having an antidepressant function from various food materials used in conventional foods. EHAV. 66 (5), 803-808 (1999), applied to food material hops. Caihei: As shown in "Influence of hops on mouse locomotion" (preparing for presentation), depression mice It was found that the amount of exercise increased due to the onset of depression, and that the amount of exercise decreased as the hop ingredients were mixed with the food, and that these results were excellent in the antidepressant effect and the taste of the food. It has been confirmed that a food which does not impair the quality can be obtained, and the present invention has been completed. Next, the present invention will be described in detail. Treatment for antidepressants adds an accurate diagnosis, medication (eg, imipramine may be effective for 10 to 25 mg daily for several months), rest, and mental health that may lead to improvement. Environmental considerations are also needed. In some examples, suicide tendency is increased due to increased motivation due to administration of an antidepressant drug. [Example 1] Mr. A who is in trouble is a believer of a religion. One day, he was shocked by a close meeting, and his family had no courage to confide and were in his heart. After that, my appetite declined, and I began to utter words of unknown meaning, what happened? I heard that my family didn't know the point, and I didn't want to meet anymore, and all my family thought I had suffered mental damage. The family was taken to a major hospital for worries, and it was said that there were no abnormalities in the laboratory test values.
This did not help, and I was able to see a psychiatrist at the hospital. Finally, a doctor's consultation revealed that his mental condition was abnormal, he was diagnosed with "psychiatric disorders," and told his family that he did not know at all. The physician had much earlier symptoms, so after asking her questions, she decided what to do and came up with a treatment plan, while telling her family to avoid irritating language. As a result of continuing to eat the food of the present invention for one month, improvement was observed while using the medicine from the hospital in combination. The food for antidepressant of the present invention, the hops, coriander, auction root,
It contains at least one spice or herb food material powder or extract selected from the group consisting of pepper, cloves (t-shaped), mint (lightly loaded), chrysanthemums and mushrooms. First, hops, spices or herbs used in the present invention are spices obtained from dried flowers, buds, leaf stems, bark, seeds, fruits, roots, etc. of plants produced in tropical to temperate regions, Herbs that impart a characteristic flavor to beer (including those called spices in the classification, but whole plants, leaves, flowers, fruits, rhizomes, etc.) are used. For example, licorice (licorice), hops (China (scientific name: Humulus lupuius), rose, rosemary, chrysanthemum, chamomile, etc.) Next, the lily bulb used in the present invention is The cultivars used in the present invention are cultivated crops, the remaining stems of the above-ground stems, the fresh varieties, and dried varieties. The hop used in the present invention is a green vine of a vine belonging to the mulberry family, which may be powder hop or extracted with an appropriate solvent. Next, mushrooms used in the present invention include:
Examples include dried shiitake mushrooms and fresh shimeji mushrooms. [0013] Children, for example, plums are fresh fruits or dried plums,
It is used in the form of processed products such as ume pickles and plum juice. The form of the food material as described above may be a powder of a dried product of the food material, an essential oil obtained by pulverizing these and subjecting them to steam distillation or the like, or converting the food material to water, ethanol, or the like. An extract extracted with a solvent may be used. Also, one type of hop or a combination of several types may be used. Especially with these, plant organic acids such as citric acid, or grape, orange,
It is preferable to use a fruit juice such as strawberry and peach in combination because a synergistic effect on depression is recognized. [0015] These food materials contain, for example, components as shown in Table 1. Table 2 shows the presence or absence of an antidepressant effect. [Table 1] [Table 2] [Table 3] Composition of the composition for antidepressant Hop extract 2 ml T-shape extract 0.01 ml Seri root 1 g Kumikoko 10 g Plant organic acid Appropriate amount of plant polysaccharide Appropriate amount of jujutsu extract 2 ml Lotus root 10 g Next, these Foods to which food materials are added include gums, candy, jellies, tablet confections, beverages, and the like. In particular, gum, candy and tablet confections are suitable because they can be eaten anytime and anywhere. The method of addition is not particularly limited, and may be adjusted by mixing with other raw materials according to a conventional method. Further, since the food material is stable against heat, it can be used for foods heated at high temperatures such as heated beverages, snacks and cakes. As described above, the food for antidepressants of the present invention has an excellent antidepressant action against depression. In addition, since the food material is used as a raw material, the flavor of the food is not impaired and the stability is high. Also, since it is stable against heat, it can be made into various forms of food.
