2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when a concrete wall of a tunnel inner wall is constructed, a method of interposing a non-water-permeable waterproof sheet between a primary lining concrete wall and a secondary lining concrete wall is widely known. . In other words, according to this construction method, a number of lock bolts are cast many times along the circumferential direction on the primary lining concrete wall formed by spraying concrete on the inner wall surface of the tunnel, and the primary lining is formed. A square-shaped square plate is fitted to the base end of the lock bolt projecting from the concrete wall, and a nut for pressing the square plate against the primary lining concrete wall is screwed. If the waterproof sheet is damaged or spring water is generated by a plurality of lock bolts or square plates arranged in the circumferential direction, the base end of the lock bolt or the square plate is covered so as not to fall down during the work so as not to fall during the work. A belt-shaped spring water treatment sheet made of synthetic resin is attached to the wall surface. More specifically, in the construction, first, the spring treatment sheet material is applied to the base end portion of the lock bolts arranged on the inner peripheral surface of the tunnel and the square plate, and then to both side edges thereof. A metal strip was placed from above each of them, and concrete nails were cast at predetermined intervals on the inner wall surface of the tunnel via the strip from above. In this way, the surface of the primary lining concrete wall to which the spring treatment sheet material is attached is covered with the waterproof sheet, and the secondary lining concrete is sprayed on the surface.

However, in the state where the spring treatment sheet material is addressed to the surface of the primary lining concrete wall, metal strips must be arranged along both side edges thereof. It requires a large number of people to work, so it is very troublesome.Because the concrete nail is hit from the metal strip, the tip of the concrete nail slips and falls off when driving in. However, there were many difficulties and difficulties, and there were also dangers such as rebounding concrete nails hitting workers. In this way, since many spring treatment sheet materials are attached to the surface of the primary lining concrete wall, work efficiency is extremely low and the construction period is prolonged. Was. Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and it is possible to increase the efficiency of work, shorten the construction period, and reduce the construction cost by facilitating and simplifying the installation of the spring water treatment sheet material. It is an object of the present invention to provide a spring treatment sheet material.

In order to achieve the above object, a spring-treated sheet material according to the present invention is provided with an elastic material having water permeability along one longitudinal side of a sheet body formed in a belt shape along its longitudinal direction. A member is arranged and fixed, and a mounting belt made of a soft elastic material such as a synthetic resin is integrally provided on a side edge of the seat body along a longitudinal direction thereof. When spring water comes out, a non-water permeable sheet body is used. When spring water does not come out, a water permeable sheet body may be used. It is preferable that the mounting belt is inserted through holding cylinders provided along both side edges of the seat body. As a means for fixing the elastic member, for example, a means for interposing an elastic member between one side surface of the sheet body and a nonwoven fabric which is a water-permeable supporting member attached to and attached to this surface is employed.

[0005] Since the mounting belt is provided integrally with the side edge of the seat body, a metal strip as an auxiliary material which is separately prepared is not necessary, so that the work is easy and simplified.
It is safe without bouncing concrete nails. The elastic member is preferably made of, for example, polypropylene resin, and is formed in a mat shape by depositing a large number of monofilaments in a random loop shape. Since the elastic member covers the base end, the square plate, or the nut at the base end of the lock bolt, the seat body is prevented from being damaged. In addition, since it has water permeability, it functions as a drainage channel for spring water, and free lime hardly adheres.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Embodiments of a spring treatment sheet material according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a rear perspective view of the spring water treatment sheet material, and FIG. 2 is a plan sectional view of the same. The spring treatment sheet material A is made of a polypropylene resin or a vinyl chloride resin, is impermeable to water, and has a belt-like shape (usually,
The elastic member 2 is arranged and fixed on one surface side of the sheet main body 1 formed at 0 to 12 m). That is, a nonwoven fabric 3 as a support member having both ends bonded along its longitudinal direction is fixed to one surface side of the sheet body 1, and between the sheet body 1 and the nonwoven fabric 3, The elastic member 2 is attached to the elastic member. The sheet body 1 may be made of a water-impermeable material when spring water is assumed, and may be made of a water-permeable material such as nonwoven fabric when spring water is not assumed.

The elastic member 2 is made of, for example, polypropylene resin, is formed in a mat shape by depositing a large number of monofilaments in a random loop shape, and is fixed to the non-woven fabric 3 by a stapler 4. The reason why the polypropylene resin was selected is that the polypropylene resin is stable to alkaline and concrete and mortar for a long time, has no polarity and does not adhere free lime, and by depositing a large number of monofilaments in a random loop shape. It has high elasticity and strength, and also has excellent durability. In addition, by increasing the aperture ratio between the loop-shaped monofilaments, the water permeability is excellent and the water collecting and draining functions are enhanced, and the drainage flow path of the spring water is sufficiently secured. In addition, a predetermined length (for example, about 50 cm) is attached by being added, and depending on the case, it may be specially formed into a desired size or a desired curved shape.

Further, both sides of the seat body 1 are provided with mounting belts 7.
As a result, the seat body 1 is prevented from loosening on both sides, and the reliability in construction is improved. In addition, the length is usually the inner circumferential surface of the tunnel,
Alternatively, if it is set to 12 m, the spring treatment sheet material A is attached by being distributed to both sides from the center top end, and the attachment work can be performed by one person. In this way, the spring treatment sheet material A is attached to the primary lining concrete wall surface W1 as shown in FIG. In addition, on the attached spring water treatment sheet material A, a white transverse tape 14 (referred to as a measuring line) and a number 15 are attached and displayed at intervals of 100 cm. This is to make it possible to easily confirm whether or not the construction is proceeding in order according to the procedure.
