Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external wall joint structure and a work execution method of an external wall joint capable of satisfactorily holding the quality of an appearance by suppressing the displacement of an inplane shear. SOLUTION: A pair of wall panel members 12 are stackingly installed between the external walls of a pair of building units 11 and 11 of a unit building 10 disposed adjacent to each other at positions moved backward a specified distance from an external wall edge 11b to provide a joint part 13 formed of both side edge parts 12a and 12a of the wall panel members 12 butted to each other apart a specified distance (w) from each other. A wooden spacer 8 is inserted between the external wall edges 11b and 11b of the joint part 13, and a plurality of pair of nails 6... are installed aslant on the right and left sides so as to extend from one external wall edge 11b side through the wooden spacer 8 to the other external wall edge 11b to fix the spacer so as to show a cross-shape in top view.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, according to the first aspect of the present invention, between a pair of outer walls arranged adjacent to each other in a building, a pair of wall plate members are arranged closer to an outer wall edge. Also, by being retreated a predetermined distance, a spacer is interposed between the outer wall edges of the joint portion where the two side edges of the wall plate member are separated by a predetermined distance, and one of the outer wall edges is inserted. At least one pair of fixtures that penetrate the spacer and reach the other outer wall from the edge side are provided at least diagonally, and are characterized by an outer wall joint structure fixed in a cross shape when viewed from above.

[0013] In the outer wall joint structure according to claim 1, the pair of fixing members penetrate the spacer so as to reach the outer edge from the one outer wall to the other outer wall. Since the joints are provided at the joints, even if stresses in the in-plane shear direction are applied to the joints, at least one of the fixing members prevents relative movement between the outer walls and suppresses in-plane shear displacement. Is done.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, a tile is pasted on the outer wall in advance in a factory or the like, and a building unit is arranged adjacent to a construction site. By laying tiles that are substantially the same as the laid tiles, man-hours at the construction site can be reduced, and a uniform outer wall can be obtained over almost the entire area in a short period of time.

According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, a joint tape is attached between the side edge of the wall plate member and the closing wall plate member. Since the joint tape is thin and relatively easy to match the thickness of the coating applied to the wall plate member in advance, the amount of unevenness can be reduced, and the tile or the like can be easily straddled over the joint.

According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, a pair of wall plate members are pasted a predetermined distance away from the outer wall edge between a pair of outer walls arranged adjacent to each other in the building. A spacer is interposed between the outer wall edges of the joint portion where the two side edges of the wall plate member are separated by a predetermined distance, and the spacer is penetrated from one of the outer wall edges to the other. An outer wall joint construction method is characterized in that a pair of fixing tools are obliquely penetrated so as to reach the outer wall and are fixed in a cross shape when viewed from above.

According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the pair of fixing members are penetrated from the outer wall edge of the joint by using the portion where the wall plate member is retracted and attached. Since, for example, a blocking wall plate member is attached from above the fixing tool so as to cover the outer edge of the joint, the fixing tool can be hidden, and the appearance quality can be improved. You can do it.

Then, tiles 30 are pasted on the wall plate members 12 of the outer wall in advance in a factory or the like, and the building units 11 are arranged adjacently at the construction site.
By attaching the tile 30 substantially the same as the tile 30 attached to the outer wall, man-hours at the construction site can be reduced, and a uniform outer wall can be obtained over almost the entire area in a short period of time.

As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the pair of fixtures penetrate the spacer so as to reach from the one outer wall edge to the other outer wall. Since it is provided in the joint portion in a visual cross shape, even if stress in the in-plane shear direction is applied to the joint portion, at least one of the fixing members prevents relative movement between the outer walls,
In-plane shear displacement is suppressed.

In the third aspect,
In a factory or the like in advance on the outer wall, a tile is pasted, and a building unit is arranged adjacently at a construction site, and then, at a joint, by pasting a tile substantially the same as the tile pasted on the outer wall, By reducing man-hours at the construction site, it is possible to obtain a uniform outer wall over almost the entire area in a short period of time.

Further, according to the fourth aspect, a joint tape is attached between the side edge of the wall plate member and the closing wall plate member. Since the joint tape is thin and relatively easy to match the thickness of the coating applied to the wall plate member in advance, the amount of unevenness can be reduced, and the tile or the like can be easily straddled over the joint.

According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, since the pair of fixing members are penetrated from the outer wall edge of the joint using the portion where the wall plate member is retreated and attached. ,
By attaching, for example, a blocking wall plate member from above the fixing tool so as to cover the outer edge of the joint portion, the fixing tool can be hidden, and the appearance quality can be improved. It is possible to exhibit a practically useful effect of being able to do so.
