Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there are the following problems in a conventional heater heating apparatus, an electric cushion, an electric mat, an electric carpet, an electric blanket and the like. (A) Heating wire for electric carpet using one set of upper and lower molds Heater wire for electric carpet is put on non-woven fabric 10 on lower mold 8 provided with guide pins 9 and along guide pins 9 Attach heater wire 1 and hold heater wire 1 with upper mold heater wire presser 7 while heating heater wire 1
And the nonwoven fabric 10 are fixed by thermocompression bonding. Using a pair of upper and lower molds poses a cost problem. The unevenness of the heater wire is exposed to the outside, and a thick carpet is used as a cover. (B) Accuracy of electric cushion and electric mat installation As with electric carpets, one set of upper and lower molds can be attached to the thermocompression bonding machine to perform the heating wire installation process. In many cases, the embedding process without the die heater wire holder 7 is performed. In the embedding process, the backing cloth 4 is placed on a lower die 8 provided with a guide pin 9 for vertically moving, and a heater wire is stuck along the guide pin. Table cloth 2 coated with adhesive after sticking
And these are thermocompression bonded. The problem is the heater wire 1
When fixing, the guide pin 9 goes down at the same time when the thermocompression bonding machine comes into contact with the surface cloth 2, but the elastic force of the heater wire 1 cannot hold the heater wire 1, and the thermocompression bonding is performed with the heater wire moved. It may be fixed. These may be fixed while the heater wires are in contact with each other. In order to avoid this movement, the heater wire 1 is stuck on the backing material 4 along the guide pins 9 and then the heater wire 1 is fixed to the backing material 4 with an adhesive tape to prevent the heater wire from moving due to sticking. . In addition, the heater wire is designed to have a wider interval, the heater wire is lengthened to increase the resistance value per unit length, and the amount of heat generated is reduced. I have. (C) It is difficult to attach the heater wire to the electric blanket. In the attaching process of the electric blanket, the front fabric 2 and the back fabric 4 are machined, and a passage for attaching the heater wire is provided by this machining. A heater wire is inserted into this passage, but this passage becomes a maze and is difficult to stick. Since the staking is difficult to rely on humans, there remains a health problem due to the stress of the worker.

らを解決する為本装置が発明された。Means for Solving the Problems Cuts (slits) 5 of designed dimensions are made in a heat insulating material 3 such as urethane resin, and a heater wire 1 is buried therein. If slitting is performed by a press machine, the dimensional accuracy of the wrapping can approach the accuracy of the die of the press machine, and the dimensional accuracy of the heater wire laying on the heat insulating material 3 such as urethane resin can be made 1 mm or less. When slitting with a press machine is difficult in terms of cost, cutting can be performed with a cutter knife or the like. Straight 2.5
By embedding a 5 mm thick heater wire in a 5 mm thick urethane resin, the unevenness problem can be solved. These irregularities can be obtained by sandwiching the heater wire in a heat insulating material such as urethane resin without providing a slit or the like. However, when the heater wire 1 is fixed to a heat insulating material such as urethane resin with an adhesive tape or the like, the heater wire cannot be used. Dimensional accuracy cannot be obtained due to misalignment. This device was invented to solve these problems.

No irregularities are observed from the outside, and the same heat retention characteristics as those of the embedded heater wire in which the heater wire is sandwiched with a heat insulating material such as urethane resin can be obtained.

ーター線張り込み装置である。According to the conventional technology in which an elastic heater wire is bonded with an adhesive or an adhesive tape in a process of mounting a heater wire on an electric cushion or an electric mat, a design drawing of a bonding design is accurately developed on a product. Impossible to do. Partial abnormal heating due to contact between heater wires, temperature unevenness due to uneven sticking, etc. occur, and sticking quality cannot be ensured. In the present invention, this heater wire can be stuck according to the design dimensions, and the problem of the prior art has been overcome. Since the electric carpet is subjected to the laminating process using the upper die 6 and the lower die 8 on the nonwoven fabric 10, the problem of the lamination dimension can be solved, but the problem of cost performance remains due to the expensive lamination die. Electric blankets rely on manual labor for difficult laying operations, and the difficulty puts stress on the worker, which in turn causes health problems for the worker. It is considered that the application field of the apparatus for bonding a heater wire into a heat insulating material such as a urethane resin provided with a slit according to the present invention which solves these problems is high. As another application field, there is also considered an application as a heater wire device of a heating tool such as an outdoor tool such as a ski boot or a ski jacket, and a heater wire sticking device having infinite possibilities.
