2. Description of the Related Art Deep-drawing paper containers, which are formed by pressing one sheet of paperboard base paper, are low in calories burned during disposal and do not damage the combustion furnace. It has been used as a pack. For example, as shown in FIG. 6, a rectangular container having a deep drawn shape and an outer peripheral portion wound around the edge is formed by pressing a sheet of paperboard having rounded corners in a heated state and bending. A plurality of radially extending wrinkles are formed at the corner portion to be narrowed down, and the flange portion, the side wall portion, and the bottom portion are first formed, and the outer periphery of the flange portion is further processed in the next step and pressed. To form an edge winding. When automatically filling such deep drawn paper containers with contents by a filling machine, a plurality of stacked containers are stacked as a unit (basic unit) and set in a machine. A mode is adopted in which a container is separated and taken out one by one, transferred to a filling section, and a container is fixedly filled with contents. However, in this type of conventional deep drawn paper container, the side wall portion is tapered, so that when they are stacked, they are in close contact with each other as shown in FIG. 7A or as shown in FIG. 7B. And the outer surface of the side wall of the upper container is in contact with the upper container. In the former case, the side walls are exactly overlapped, so the negative pressure and pressurization cause a bite between the lower container during separation and removal, making separation troublesome, and stable supply in machine operation or high-speed automatic supply. There was a problem that was difficult. In the latter case, the degree of overlap, such as the position and orientation, varies individually and is unstable, and it is also difficult to provide stable supply or high-speed automatic supply in mechanical operation. In addition, we piled up plural (stack)
Since the height of one unit in the state varies, not only does the appearance look cluttered, but also there is a problem that a cardboard box for packing a predetermined amount must be prepared larger than the set value. Was. In addition, if there is a gap in the packing state, the package may move during transportation and may be easily impacted and may be deformed, resulting in a problem that the product yield is deteriorated.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION There is an advantage in that containers that are closely adhered and overlap when containers are stacked can be stored compactly. However, when they are set in an automatic filling device, when each container is separated and taken out, Since the space between the containers is close to being sealed, negative pressure is applied and smooth handling cannot be performed. In order to solve this problem, the present invention provides a gap between the containers, and furthermore, a stack line which engages with a flange portion of a lower container so that the degree of overlap is constant and stable. With such a configuration, the stack line of the upper container abuts and engages with the flange portion of the lower container, and the distance between the two is constant and stable. Moreover,
A space is formed between the side walls of the two containers, and no negative pressure is generated when the upper container is extracted, so that the container can be separated and extracted smoothly. When this kind of container is manufactured, it is usually packed and stored in a state where a predetermined number is stacked, transported, and set in an automatic filling machine, but at this time, the stacking state is constant and stable. Therefore, a predetermined number is properly stored in the packing container, handling is easy, there is no waste, and the appearance is orderly and good.

[0006] Such a container is manufactured by a process as shown in FIG. That is, using a paperboard base paper as shown in A as a raw material, pressing between male and female dies and forming a bottom, a side wall and a flange as shown in B, this press blows hot air, etc. Then, the process is carried out with moderate humidity and heating. At that time, radial folding wrinkles are formed at the corners with curved corners and deep drawing is performed. Next, as shown in C, the outer peripheral edge of the flange portion is curled. This is called an edge winding, and has a function of preventing a wrinkle of the container from returning and causing a shape collapse together with a reinforcing function such as a rib.
The process includes a process of compacting the outer peripheral portion, a process of squeezing and compressing and curling, and a series of processes of forming the curl by inserting the curl into the curl groove. A, B, and C are the steps of manufacturing a conventional deep drawn paper container, and the step unique to the present invention is the step of forming a stack line shown in D. In the case of a deeply drawn rectangular container, a convex stack line extending in a direction parallel to the flange surface is formed at a position above the side wall of the corner portion, which is positioned above the side wall of the container. The container is formed by pressing the container between a female member having a recessed groove and a male member having a convex portion in a mating relationship with the female member. Since these corners are wrinkled areas and have a large paper thickness, they are blown with hot air to satisfy appropriate moisture and temperature conditions, and are further adjusted by pressing pressure and pressing time to form a convex stack line. To form

Although the stack line forming step has been described as being performed in the final step after the curling step, it may be performed before the curling step and subsequent to the deep drawing step. The stack line may be provided over the entire periphery of the side wall, or may be provided at a part such as a corner portion. In the latter case, it is necessary to arrange a plurality of the stack lines in a well-balanced manner so that the overlapping condition is stabilized. In addition, the container is not limited to a rectangular container, and can be applied to a circular container or a lid.

Embodiment 1 FIG. 2A is a plan view showing an example in which the present invention is applied to a square deep drawn paper container 1 designed as a natto container. This example is based on a conventional manufacturing process in which a base paperboard is deep drawn to form a bottom portion 11, a side wall portion 12, and a flange portion 13, and then the outer peripheral edge of the flange portion is curled to form an edge winding portion 14. The stack line 15 is formed by pressing the male member 3 against the female member 2 shown in FIG. The male member 3 having the convex portion 31 having a U-shaped cross section is pressed in a state where the container 1 is fixed by pressing the flange portion 13 of the container 1 at the distal end portion 21 of the female member 2. The female member 2 has a contact surface 20 formed in the same shape as the side wall portion from the front end portion, and a concave groove portion having a U-shaped cross section is formed at a predetermined position thereof.
22 are formed. The combination of the female member 2 and the male member 3 is installed at four corners of the rectangular container 1,
At the same time, the press operation is executed in conjunction with the operation. The drive is performed by a mechanical cam mechanism (not shown), but this may be an air cylinder or a hydraulic drive. After completion of this step, the stack line 15 having a U-shaped cross section is formed on the side wall 12 of the four corners as shown in a plan view in FIG.
Is formed. FIG. 2B shows a partial cross-sectional view taken along line bb in plan view A of FIG. The stack line 15 of the upper container overlaps the surface of the flange 13 of the lower container so as to engage with the surface, and the stack line is positioned with respect to the flange surface in each container, so that the distance l between the two is constant. Since the side wall surfaces of the two are not in close contact with each other and a predetermined gap is secured between them, a negative pressure phenomenon does not occur at the time of separation and removal. Since this relationship is the same between all the containers, the height dimension (stack height) L of a unit in which a predetermined number of units are stacked in B also becomes a constant value. A predetermined amount is packed in the packing container without any gap at the time of packing, and stable and high-speed operation is enabled even when the packing container is set in the filling machine. Thus, the above-mentioned problems of the conventional technology can be solved.

Embodiment 2 FIG. 4 shows a different embodiment. The difference from the previous example is that the shape of the stack line is not U-shaped but L-shaped in cross section. The manufacturing process is the same except that the shapes of the concave grooves and the convex portions formed on the female and male members to be fitted are changed. As shown in the figure, the lower container flange portion is engaged with the upper container step portion so as to overlap. A is an L-shaped stack line formed at a predetermined position on the side wall portion, and B is an L-shaped stack line processed directly from the flange portion 13.

According to the present invention, in a deep drawing paper container having a corner portion formed by a plurality of radially extending folding wrinkles, a ridge engaging with a flange portion of a lower container when the containers are stacked. The stack line is formed into a deep drawn paper container by adding a pressing step of providing the stack line of at least a part of the side wall at a predetermined position from its own flange portion, so that the distance between the upper and lower containers is constant in the stacked state As a result, a gap of a predetermined size is secured between the two, and no negative pressure is generated when separating and taking out in the automatic filling machine, so that the operation is stable and high-speed operation is guaranteed. In addition, since the distance between all containers is constant, a predetermined amount is handled as a unit, and is stored in a packing container without any gaps during storage or transportation, and may be deformed due to impact during transportation. As a result, the yield is not deteriorated and the space is not wasted.
