With this movement, the outer and inner protrusions of the intermediate sleeve slide along the slit of the outer sleeve and the groove of the inner sleeve, respectively, and stop at the position where the inner protrusion reaches the rear end of the groove of the inner sleeve. Therefore, the needle tube is pierced from the surface of the skin to a certain depth, and when the plunger of the syringe is pressed, the injection solution is injected into the body. When the needle tube is removed from the skin after the injection operation is completed, the spring returns to its original shape with it,
This is a syringe cover configured so that the needle tube is housed inside the syringe cover without being exposed.

If the depth of the distal end of the needle tube is inappropriate, it may cause a medical obstacle. The depth to which the needle tube is pierced is a mechanism determined by the position of the tip of the groove of the inner sleeve in which the protrusion inside the intermediate sleeve is slidably fitted. The inner sleeve is held at the base of the syringe cover by the flange of the outer sleeve. In addition, the inner sleeve may rotate slightly with the injection operation, or the sleeve is rotatably held by the flange of the outer sleeve, so that the needle tube is not rotated during the injection operation. ing.

First, the protrusion 5 extends through a portion of the groove 7 that extends laterally from a short linear portion in the axial direction of the syringe.
When it reaches the parallelogram part, the action of the spring 12
The projection 5 automatically stops at the front end 17 of the parallelogram and is in a state before the start of the injection operation. At this time, the outer and inner protrusions 4 and 5 of the intermediate sleeve 3 slide along the slit 2 of the outer sleeve and the groove 7 of the inner sleeve, respectively.

Accordingly, the inner sleeve moves forward with respect to the intermediate sleeve, so that the needle tube approaches the skin at the injection site of the patient from within the cover of the present invention. After the protrusion 5 slides rearward in the axial direction from the front end 17 of the parallelogram, the needle tube penetrates into the skin until it slightly displaces to the right rearward and reaches the rear end 18, and the protrusion 5 reaches the rear end 17. At this point, the penetration of the needle tube also stops. That is, the needle tube is kept pierced to a certain depth. At this time, the penetration depth of the needle tube is determined by the axial distance of the syringe from the front end 17 to the rear end 18 of the parallelogram.

When the needle tube is removed after the injection, the protrusion 5 slides forward in the axial direction from the rear end 18 of the parallelogram, and then slightly displaces obliquely left forward to reach the front end 17. During this time, the syringe cover returns to the state before the injection by the force of returning to the original shape of the spring, so that the needle tube is not exposed during the injection operation and is stored inside the cover.

Further, the shape of the groove 7 is not limited to a parallelogram, and the stab depth of the needle tube can be made constant by sliding the protrusion 5, and the protrusion 5 returns to the position before the injection when the needle tube is removed. Any shape is acceptable. For example, the shape may be a combination of linear or arc shapes.

The projection 5 temporarily stops at the projection 10 and moves over the projection by applying further force, so that the projection 5 moves at a high speed for a short time. By such movement, the injection needle attached to the syringe cover of the present invention instantaneously pierces the skin, so that the pain at the time of piercing the largest needle tube can be greatly reduced. In addition, this mechanism can clearly confirm when the needle is pierced, so that anxiety can be eliminated and the operation can be concentrated, which is a great advantage in self-injection.

The syringe barrel or cover outer sleeve is then depressed with a finger. If the tip of the needle tube is exposed too easily in this downward movement operation, an unexpected injury may be caused. Therefore, it is preferable to provide a lock mechanism on the syringe cover. As the locking mechanism, for example, a short slit parallel to the axial slit provided on the outer sleeve is provided, and if the outer projection 4 of the intermediate sleeve is fitted into the slit, the movement of the sleeve is locked. It is safe.

Therefore, a plurality of grooves having different penetration depths of the needle tube are provided on the outer surface of the inner sleeve. Depending on the type and the formulation of the injection, the groove can be selectively used to adapt to various uses. The syringe cover of the present invention can be used repeatedly by removing the needle tube holding portion of the syringe from the sleeve for storing the distal end portion of the syringe after use and replacing it with a new syringe, and replacing only the needle tube with a new one. Therefore, it is also possible to replace only the needle tube holder. Therefore, in combination with the function of selecting a plurality of grooves having different penetration depths of the needle tube, the syringe cover of the present invention can be used for a wide range of purposes.
