A table serving as a bulletin board, comprising: horizontal fixing means for fixing the top plate horizontally; and vertical fixing means for fixing the top plate vertically. 2. An intermediate portion of the top plate is rotatably supported on upper ends of the pair of legs by a support shaft, and the horizontal fixing means rotates the top plate horizontally about the support shaft. In this state, the top plate is configured to take a reaction force to at least one of the legs to be fixed, and the vertical fixing means is configured such that the top plate is rotated vertically about the support shaft. 2. The board for billboards according to claim 1, wherein the top plate is configured to take a reaction force to fix the top plate to at least one of the legs. 3. 3. The board for a bulletin board according to claim 2, wherein a posting frame is provided at an upper end portion of the top plate so that the top plate is vertically fixed and can be moved forward and backward. . 4. The top plate is configured to be detachable from the pair of legs, and the horizontal fixing means is configured to fix an intermediate portion of the top plate to upper ends of the pair of legs. The table as claimed in claim 1, wherein the vertical fixing means is configured to fix one end of the top plate to upper ends of the pair of legs.
