Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To greatly improve an anti-shock characteristic when a packaged item in a box is stored, absorb and dampen a shock at the time of dropping item during its transportation, protect an easily broken item against its shock and further prevent its accident that its content is broken or damaged. SOLUTION: There is provided a box-shaped packaging storing box 10 comprised of an opening or closing lid 2 for covering an opening 1 of its upper surface, an outer circumferential side surface 3 and a bottom surface 4, and further capable of storing either a single or a plurality of packaged items A. An inside part of the storing box is formed with hollow recesses 6 for storing the packaged items by the holding members 5. Four corners of the bottom surface of each of the hollow recesses 6 are provided with shock absorbing pads 8 having some corners 7 where the bottom part of the packaged item A can be mounted.

2. Description of the Related Art In general, products are packed and packed in packaging boxes for handling and ease of use in terms of transportation and use of the products. It is required to maintain the prescribed form until it reaches the, use of cushioning material to prevent breakage during this transportation,
It is necessary to provide a buffering part in the individual packaging box, and it is difficult to prevent breakage in the individual packaging box as it is. Therefore, in order to put broken or scratched objects in a box, wrap them in a plastic film, aluminum sheet, colored paper, etc., and wrap them one by one with a cushioning material such as a sponge air cap, or A packaging box in which a cushioning material is inserted in a gap so as not to move in the box or a partition box in which a content is further moved so as not to move is often used.

[0003] In such a conventional packaging form,
Various proposals have been made to absorb the impact, but those that are fragile due to the drop impact due to the handling of the load are easily cracked or chipped, and the wrapping or stuffing provides a fixing function so that the packaged item does not move Packaging as a decorated interior box makes the packaging box complicated and expensive, requires a lot of packaging materials, increases material costs,
There is a drawback in that it takes time and effort in the packing operation, and also causes a problem in post-processing by disposable packaging materials.

In the case of the packaging box as described above, a holding member for positioning the adjacent packaged articles so that they do not collide with each other during transportation functions, and is loaded into the hollow recess and the bottom formed in the packaging box. The bottom of the packaged product is partially held at the mounting corner of the empty pad, and the shock energy at the time of falling is absorbed by the empty space of the pad, so that it can be packed. Since the packaged product can be protected and the buffer pad at the bottom inside the packaging box is sufficient, the size of the entire storage box can be made small and compact.

Furthermore, examples of the holding member 5 has a plurality of partition pieces 5 1 to hold the periphery of the packaged article A, in which the periphery of the hollow recesses 6 for accommodating the packaged article A has a double wall Although a partition cushioning material is used, as shown in FIG. 4, it is configured to be assembled using a rectangular cardboard, a plastic sheet or a corrugated cardboard sheet. For example, fold the four sides curve 5 3
In the side pieces 5 2 provided, the partition pieces 5 1 to several compartments formed by the through-hole and the partition lines 61 forming two hollow recesses 6 and 6 in the central portion, the frame upright folding the side piece 5 2 forming a packaging article a by bending the partition pieces 5 1 along which
Are fitted into the hollow recesses 6 and are configured as a box-shaped double wall frame which can be positioned and loaded. As shown in FIG. 5, the partitioning cushioning material is inserted into the packaging storage box 10 together with the buffer pad, as shown in FIG. What is necessary is just to load a packaging article in the hollow recessed part 6. In this case, when the assorted packaging products are, for example, bottles and a plurality of cartons, it is preferable to form the hollow recesses 6 into which the respective packaging products can be fitted. It is preferable to use a cushioning material.

The packaging box 10 may be a packaging box having a lid that can be freely opened and closed, or a packaging box in which a lid is removably fitted or a packaging box having a removable lid. A packaging container having a lockable opening or the like may be selected and used, and the buffer pad 8 may be simply placed and arranged on the lower surface side of the packaging article A, that is, on the bottom 4 in the storage box. If necessary, the package article A may be interposed and disposed on both the upper surface side and the lower surface side, and the impact at the time of dropping may be used to protect the fragile contents due to the buffer effect of the box bottom and the box top.

As the above-mentioned tablet detergent, one obtained by pillow packaging according to the following production method was used. (1) Preparation of detergent granules In the detergent granule composition shown in Table 2 below, a detergent slurry having a solid content of 40% was prepared by using each component excluding a nonionic surfactant, a part of zeolite, a disintegrant, an enzyme, and a fragrance. It was adjusted and spray-dried using a countercurrent drying tower at 270 ° C. to obtain a dry powder having a water content of 3%. This was put into a biaxial continuous kneader (Kurimoto Iron Works) kept at 40 ° C. together with a nonionic activator and water for adjusting water content to obtain a kneaded product. After that, the kneaded material is cut into 1-2 cm square dice,
Milled with granular zeolite. As a crusher, a speed mill (Okada Seiko) was used, and a screen having a diameter of 2 mm and a rotation speed of 1500 rpm was used. The obtained detergent granules were coated with a small amount of zeolite, and then, if necessary, the particle size was adjusted using a sieve before tableting. In each sample, fine powder having a size of 400 μm or less was adjusted to 5% by weight before tableting.

According to the present invention, there is provided a box-shaped packaging storage box comprising an opening / closing lid for covering an opening on an upper surface, an outer peripheral side surface and a bottom surface, and capable of storing one or a plurality of articles to be packaged.
A hollow portion for storing the packaged product is formed by the holding member inside the storage box, and a buffer pad having a corner portion on which the bottom portion of the packaged product can be placed at the four corners of the bottom surface of the hollow concave portion is provided. The impact energy at the time of drop is reduced by partially holding the bottom of the article to be packaged at the hollow recess formed in the packaging box and the mounting corner of the hollow cushioning pad loaded at the bottom. The packaged goods can be protected by the buffering effect absorbed in the hollow part of the package, the shock buffering property is greatly improved when storing packaged goods packed in a box, and the impact when dropping during transportation To prevent accidents such as breakage or damage of the contents, as well as to reduce the occupied area during storage, and to simplify the production and packaging work without the hassle of packaging. Reduction Low-cost forms of packaging box that can be realized.
