Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unconventionally excellent dog collar capable of preventing a dog from dashing out during its taking for a walk or the like, and the dog's owner from an accident caused by the happening and also highly, softly adaptable to even the dog's neck. SOLUTION: This dog collar is characterized by having such a construction and scheme that both ends of a collar body are separated from each other to effect an opened condition, and furnished respectively with ring bodies for chain threading, the ring bodies are threaded with a buffer chain for tightening use followed by binding both ends of the buffer chain so as to form a collar with a clearance with part of the buffer chain situated at the opening portion of the collar body, and in such a condition that a leash fastened on the buffer chain is pulled, both ends of the collar body come nearer and contact with each other, thereby instantaneously tightening the dog collar to the extent corresponding to the clearance.

A conventional dog collar has the following problems. First, when the owner is walking with a cord in a walk or the like, the dog often suddenly starts running forward or sideways (jumps out) for some reason, but the collar body is firmly fitted to the neck, That is, since the dog is fixed to the neck, the owner pulls vigorously through the cord in response to the sudden movement of the dog and falls down or crushes the foot, or the guardrail pole
In some cases, they could hit street trees or the like, causing injuries. Second, the sudden impact of the dog on the neck caused by the collar body is considerable, but due to the structure of the collar body being fixed to the neck, the neck is particularly painful at that time. The dogs rushed irrespective of the owner, even if the owner suppressed the strings, resulting in a neck hurt.

[0004] The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and is usually set to a gentle state with respect to the dog's neck, so that the dog is immediately tightened only when the dog suddenly starts running. It can prevent the dog from running suddenly and jumping out, thereby preventing accidents such as falling down of the owner and collision with outdoor structures and trees,
It is another object of the present invention to provide a collar in which the means for tightening the neck of the dog is designed so that the burden on the neck is extremely small, and the neck is not injured.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, a dog collar according to the present invention has two ends separated from each other to form an open state. After inserting the tightening buffer chain through the ring body, the both ends of the buffer chain are connected, and a part of the buffer chain is provided in the opening portion of the collar body so that a collar having play is formed. It is provided so that the locking device at the end of the cord body can be locked at the position,
In a state where the cord body is pulled, both end portions of the collar main body are narrowed and come into contact with each other, and the neck of the dog is instantly tightened by a play amount.

In the drawings, reference numeral 1 denotes a collar body, which is not fixed to a dog's neck by forming both ends by fastening both ends with clasps or the like as in a conventional collar. In the open state, that is, in the open state, a ring is formed by equipping the opening part with a buffer chain described later in a free state so that it can be appropriately fitted to the dog's neck with a margin. is there. The collar body 1 is most preferably made of a material such as leather. Usually, the collar body 1 is kept open and has such a hardness that when a certain strong force (pulling of a dog) is applied, the collar body 1 bends inward and both ends come into contact with each other. This is because it is a material that has a soft and gentle contact with the neck and the hair itself, but of course, as long as it exhibits the same action, there is no problem at all. There is no particular limitation.

Reference numeral 2 designates a shock absorbing chain, which is inserted into the chain inserting rings 1a, 1a provided at both ends of the collar body 1 and then connected to both ends of the shock absorbing chain. A member for forming a collar having play by locating the portion, and a locking member 3 at the tip of the string 3

Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the collar according to the present invention is provided with play by the tightening buffering chain 2 which is located between both ends of the collar body 1 in a free state. It can be worn around the dog's neck, and can be buffered by the buffer chain 2 against a slight dog pull. The force is transmitted to the owner's possession and is pulled to some extent. However, if the pull is a little, the buffer chain 2 at the opening becomes shorter with the bending of the collar body 1 and the longitudinal length becomes longer. By this movement, the pulling force of the dog is considerably alleviated, so that all the power is not transmitted to the possession, and the owner's labor during the walk can be reduced. Further, when the dog suddenly starts running and the string body is strongly pulled, as shown in FIG. 3, the opening narrows until the opening between both ends of the collar body 1 disappears.
The dog's neck is tightened instantaneously, preventing the dog from suddenly starting. In the case of the conventional product, since it is always fixed to the neck, it is the resistance of the entire neck without instantaneous tightening, and it may be painful or somewhat painful, but careless On the other hand, in the case of the product of the present invention, the neck, which has been loose until now, is instantaneously squeezed and stops running. It should be noted that the tightening of the dog's neck is not considerable, but only for play, and there is almost no burden on the dog's neck, and it is possible to prevent neck injuries as in conventional products.

As described above, according to the present invention, there has been devised a collar which has an effect which is effective for an owner with a problem of sudden running of a dog, which has never been considered in the past, and which is practically used. The effect is extremely high, and it can be said that it is very useful for dogs because it can avoid injuries by wearing a gentle collar on the neck, and can also be used as a product for discipline. It can be said that its commercial value is extremely high.
