30 蛇管Description: TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for manufacturing a pocket spring core (Taschenfederkernen). Such methods and apparatus are known in many different embodiments. In this case, essentially, the individual pocket springs are formed by flexible tubes (Schlangen). These tubes include a series of pockets and receive one or more springs in each pocket. Each pocket is closed to each other, for example, by gluing or welding. The coating consists of flies or fabrics having different material properties as required. In this case, the fleece should not be understood to be sheepskin, since in principle any suitable material could be used. For the manufacture of a pocket spring core, a series of flexible tubes is first produced by conventional techniques, and then these flexible tubes are interconnected. This is done, for example, by gluing. The known methods and devices are not very useful and require high costs, since the individual tubes have to be precisely positioned relative to one another. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a method and a device for manufacturing a pocket spring core in a rapid, cost-effective and inexpensive manner with virtually any dimensions. This problem is solved according to the invention by the technical teachings of the independent claims. The present invention proposes a completely new method of manufacturing a pocket spring core. Thus, first of all, the individual flexible tubes which are complicated and need to be connected to one another are no longer manufactured, but the individual flexible tubes are first covered or the fleece is connected, and subsequently the springs are incorporated therein. If necessary, the partition can be retrofitted into the pocket. The essential advantage that arises is that already from the outset, the desired number of flexible tubes to be used is provided, these flexible tubes having approximately a pre-defined width of the pocket spring core. The length of the pocket spring core can easily be adjusted, the measure of which is the consumption of the coating or the number of springs incorporated. Preferably, the coating material of each coil is sized in advance. The individual coatings are arranged side by side and bonded together. In this case, welding is preferred, but of course other connections such as gluing or stitching are possible. Subsequently, the free ends of the coating are overlapped and joined together in order to close the coating and form a hose. Also in this case, welding is preferable, but another method may be used. The coating is preferably applied around the tube in order to obtain the desired shape and at the same time the dimensions of the hose so formed. In this case, the dimensions of the tube are adapted to the dimensions of the spring to be machined. Thus, a spring is provided, which preferably introduces the spring into the interior space of each tube. Thereafter, in this space, the spring is fed forward in the transport direction, to a defined position, or to a stopper. It is not necessary to force the spring into the hose after the coating has been formed. The spring may be laid first in the tube and then inserted after the hose has been formed. If a pocket is provided, a separation is formed behind the spring introduced into each flexible tube. This can consist of a continuous weld seam, an intermittent weld seam, or a weld point. In the following, only the concept of a weld seam, which encompasses all of the above possibilities, will be used, but of course gluing, stitching or other possibilities can again be chosen. It is self-evident that the fleece forming the coating must be transported in the transport direction. For this reason, although a drive roller is provided, the movement of the fleece can be performed simultaneously with the movement of the spring. Combinations are also possible. After the pocket spring core has reached the desired length, two welded seams are provided between the relatively small ones to separate the pockets. Subsequently, within the area between the weld seams, the already completed pocket spring core is separated from what is still to be manufactured. In this case, for example, cutting with a heating wire is preferable. Of course, the use of shear or other mechanical separation means is also possible instead. The formed pocket spring core is removed by a suitable device and, in some cases, is post-machined around a specific perimeter to obtain a uniform surface. The whole manufacturing process proceeds continuously or intermittently, but is preferably performed intermittently. In this case, preferably, three possible welding steps are performed simultaneously. Subsequently, the welding element is retracted and the coating is moved. As mentioned at the outset, a spring which is displaced, preferably to the front end of each coil, and which is further displaced by a predetermined amount which corresponds approximately to the maximum diameter of the spring is introduced. This movement is assisted by rollers engaging the coating. The invention includes not only the individual claims but also their combinations. All of the descriptions and features of the specification, including abstracts, and particularly the illustrated spatial configurations, are claimed as essential to the invention, individually or in combination, as far as new as compared to the prior art. The invention is explained in more detail by means of the drawings, which are merely illustrative. In this case, the drawings and the description will give rise to further essential features and advantages of the invention. 1 is a front view of the device according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a plan view taken along arrow II in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a side view taken along arrow III in FIG. 1, and FIG. 5 is an enlarged explanatory view of Y in FIG. 1, FIG. 6 is an enlarged explanatory view of Z in FIG. 1, and FIG. 7-9 is a perspective view of FIG. 4-6 showing the fleece forming the coating. 1 to 3 show an overall view of a device 1 according to the invention. In the embodiment shown, the device 1 has a gantry 2 on which a number of rollers 3 are mounted. These rollers are arranged one over the other, as shown, and support the fleece 23 in the required dimensions. Depending on the situation, it is necessary to arrange these rollers 3 in an overlapping manner. Of course, each roller 3 is approximately as wide as the overall size of the fleece 23 to be allocated, so that a very large width is obtained, which is perfectly aligned when the rollers 3 are installed. To reduce these widths, the rollers can be placed one on top of the other, as shown. The apparatus 1 further includes a forming and welding station 4, a pocket charging station 5, a separation station 6, and a coating or transporting machine 7. The forming and welding station in the embodiment shown comprises a tube 8, which can be provided with a funnel 9 on the side of the roller 3. This funnel 9 serves to facilitate the winding of the fleece 23 and the tube 8. A slider 10 for moving a spring 27 is arranged in the tube 8. In the embodiment shown, these springs 27 are supplied from below via the tube 11 and the further slider 12. All the supply of the spring 27 takes place, for example, from the side and thus from above or below in FIG. For each connection, there are three welding devices, Sonotrodes 13, 14 and 15, the exact action of which is shown in detail in FIGS. 4-9. A transport station 16 for transporting the fleece in the transport direction 29 is provided with moving rollers. Of course, these conveyances can also be performed via the slider 10. The separation station 6 includes a heatable electric wire 19 movable in the directions of the arrows 20, 21. In this case, the electric wire is set to a cutting temperature at which the fleece 23 can be easily cut into two pieces. The coating machine 7 in the embodiment shown consists of two rotating belts 17, 18, taking up the completed pocket spring core between these belts. Preferably, the spacing between the belts 17, 18 is adjustable so that pressure can be applied to the pocket spring center to compensate for different irregularities. In the illustrated embodiment, essentially three bonding steps are performed. As already mentioned in the general part of the description, welded joints are preferred over glued or stitched joints. The main reason is that there is no need to supply additional material. 4 and 7 show the connection with the individual fleece 23, i.e. the connection of the individual tubes. In this case, each second tube 8 has a recess 22 in which the first sonotrode 13 engages. As shown in FIG. 7, this sonotrode 13 is movable and allows adaptation to different peripheral conditions. The sonotrode 13 produces three welding points 24 in the illustrated embodiment, and these welding points can be placed one on top of another, side by side, or diagonally. In this case, the spacing between the individual welding points is essentially freely selectable. The spacing between the individual connections, and thus the welding point 24 to the sonotrode 13 in FIG. 5 and 8 show the subsequent molding of the fleece 23 into a closed hose. For this reason, as schematically shown in FIG. 8, the protruding ends of the fleece 23 are folded and overlap each other. A welding seam 25 is provided by the sonotrode 14 within the range of the overlap. The sonotrode 14 can also be formed to be movable. 6 and 9 show pocket loading. The premise of pocket charging is, first of all, to close the closing hose, and thus the spring-free coil, at its front end. Subsequently, in each flexible tube, the spring 27 is guided via the tubes 8, 11 and the sliders 10, 12 to a seam (not shown) in front. All the tubes 30 are then advanced by a specific, predetermined interval. This is done by the slider 10 or by the transfer station 16 or by a combination thereof. Of course, for the corresponding movement, the prepared sonotrode 15 moves downward. As soon as the first received spring 27 has passed the sonotrode 15, it again moves upwards and forms a weld seam 26, so that a pocket 28 is formed. In this case, the weld seam 26 is intermittent, as shown. Of course, only a continuous weld seam or one or more weld points can be provided. Subsequently, the sonotrode 15 travels downward again, the next spring 27 is inserted into the pocket, and the flexible tube 30 moves in the transport direction 29. The sonotrode 15 runs upward and forms the next weld seam. As soon as a certain number of springs 27 have been machined or a certain length of fleece 23 has been supplied, the sonotrode 15 will apply two weld seams 26 with a slight mutual spacing. The gap between the welding seams is then separated by a heating wire 19 by a separating station. The finished pocket spring core is received by the conveyor 7 and, if appropriate, slightly trimmed, and subsequently further processed or supplied to a warehouse. In this case, the order or type of the springs to be worked can be changed. A unique spring type can be used for each coil, and many different springs can be used for each coil. This is particularly important in the manufacture of the pocket spring core, since it is usually adjusted within different requirements, in particular within different weight loads. With the present invention, a particular continuous spring can be immediately pre-programmed and subsequently supplied. In addition, the overall structure and the course of the process is very fluid, allowing for fast and low-cost production.
