Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.加工品のネジ穴に挿入するためのワイヤ型ネジ切りインサートであって、該 インサートは、螺旋形に巻いた複数のコイルを含む円筒形本体と、該円筒形本体 外径よりも半径方向内方に延在する少なくとも一つの端部コイルとを含み、該端 部コイルの縮小した外径d1は、加工物に設けたネジ穴の外径Dよりも幾分大き く、該インサートはさらに、ワイヤ型ネジ切りインサートをネジ穴にねじ込むた めの器具と係合するように少なくとも一つの端部コイルに設けた打ち込み手段を 含むインサートにおいて、 直径減少部分(16,17)に続く前記端部コイル(15)は、円周方向角 度少なくとも180度に渡って、縮小した一定の外径d1を有することを特徴と する、ワイヤ型ネジ切りインサート。 2.前記直径減少部分(16、17)が、前記円筒形本体の外径Dから前記端部 コイル(15)の縮小した一定の外径d1まで、円周方向角度約90度に渡って 延長することを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項に記載のワイヤ型ネジ切りインサ ート。 3.前記直径減少部分及び端部コイル(15)の縮小直径d1部分は、合わせて 円周方向角度約360度に渡って延在していることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第 1項又は第2項に記載のワイヤ型ネジ切りインサート。 4.ネジが標準ピッチ型(R)の場合には、前記円筒形本体のコイルの外径dR は、ネジ穴の外径Dと係数1.05との積に等しいこと を特徴とする、請求の範囲第2項に記載のワイヤ型ネジ切りインサート。 5.ネジが細密ピッチ型Fの場合には、前記円筒形本体のコイルの外径dFは、 ネジ穴の外径Dと係数1.08との積に等しいことを特徴とする、請求の範囲第 2項に記載のワイヤ型ネジ切りインサート。 6.円筒形本体の外径dから端部コイル(15)の縮小した一定の外径d1まで の前記直径減少部分が、円周方向角度約450度まで延長することを特徴とする 、請求の範囲第1項に記載のワイヤ型ネジ切りインサート。 7.ネジが標準ピッチ型Rの場合には、前記端部コイルと前記円筒形本体の外径 dRとの間の前記コイル(23)の外径dR1が、ネジ穴の外径Dと係数1.03 との積に等しいことを特徴とする、請求の範囲第6項に記載のワイヤ型ネジ切り インサート。 8.ネジが細密ピッチ型Fの場合には、前記端部コイルと前記円筒形本体の外径 dFとの間の前記コイル(23)の外径dF1が、ネジ穴の外径Dと係数1.05 との積に等しいことを特徴とする、請求の範囲第6項に記載のワイヤ型ネジ切り インサート。 9.前記端部コイルの縮小された一定の外径d1が、加工品のネジ穴(11)の 外径Dに0.1mmを加えた値に等しいことを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項か ら第8項のいずれか1項に記載のワイヤ型ネジ切りインサート。 10.前記打ち込み手段が、前記端部コイルの端部に設けた打ち込み溝であること を特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項から第9項のいずれか1項に記載のワイヤ型ネ ジ切りインサート。 11.前記打ち込み手段が、前記端部コイルの端部において半径方向内方に曲げた 突起部(19)を含み、該突起部を取り除くための所望の折点(20)と該突起 部の半径方向延長部分との間の領域において、前記端部コイルが、前記縮小外径 から半径方向内方に延長することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第9項のい ずれか1項に記載のワイヤ型ネジ切りインサート。
