などの消音器の、内部構造である。近年自動車の排気ガ
スによる、大気汚染が問題になっている、特にディーゼ
ルエンジンでは、消音器で音を消すのに、大型で内部構
造が複雑な為、長期使用していると、吸音板にカーボン
が付着して円滑な排気ができず、出力低下に伴いより燃
料を送るので不完全燃焼になり煙りが出る。そこで小型
で無抵抗で音を消す消音器の考案をした。 図1 エンジンのマニホールドよりマフラダクトを経て
マフラ内に入る時のパイプ直径は、マフラダクト直径よ
り細くならないようにしマフラ内に入ったパイプはその
まま球形の側面にて接着させ、接着面内側を除去する。
対向の球形側面内側に同径の穴を空けパイプを球形の中
心部より外側に出す、この時パイプ先端は円錐形にちか
い形にし先端よりパイプ回りに細い穴を空ける、穴は球
