Abstract

(57)【要約】 【課題】消費者の購入条件を一販売業者で満たせなく複
数の販売業者共同ではその購入条件を満たせる場合、複
数の販売業者グループを容易には仲介する事が出来な
い。 【解決手段】この課題を解決するため、電子商取引の逆
オークションにおいて、一販売業者が購入条件の一部を
登録し、その情報と購入条件を見る事により、残りの購
入条件の全部または一部の条件を登録する。これを続け
る事により、購入条件の全部を満たす販売業春のグルー
プを容易にかつ迅速に仲介する。

【発明の属する技術分野】電子商取引における仲介方法
に関する発明である。

【従来の技術】消費者の欲する購入条件を満たすために
複数の販売業者で対応する場合その条件を満たす販売業
者を見つけるためには、商社とかの仲介業者の紹介と
か、取引業者の紹介とか、広告とかの方法で行ってい
た。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】消費者の購入条件を満
たすために、複数の販売業者で満たす場合、購入条件を
満たす複数の販売業者を容易には見つける事ができな
い。

【課題を解決するための手段】電子商取引の仲介で、消
費者の購入条件を提示し、それをある販売業者がその一
部の条件を提示し、別な販売業者がその残りの購入条件
を見て、残りの一部または全部の条件を提示する。これ
を続ける事により、容易に消費者の購入条件を複数の販
売業者で満たす販売業者グループを仲介する事ができ
る。

【実施例】例えば、電子商取引の逆オークションで、あ
る消費者が田園調布駅から、徒歩１０分以内で、土地５
０坪、建物一戸建１５０平方メートルの住居を１億５千
万円で購入したいと登録した時、ある販売業者が条件に
合う土地５０坪を１億１千万円で、一部の条件を提示
し、建物について別な販売業者が残りの条件を提示する
ことで、この逆オークションを成立、仲介する。

【発明の効果】消費者にとっては、希望する購入条件を
満たす業者を容易に見つけられる。また販売業者にとっ
ては容易に購入条件を協業で満たす協業販売業者を見つ
けることが出来る。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】電子商取引において、消費者が登録した購
    入条件に合う販売業者を見つける逆オークションにおい
    て、ある販売業者が購入条件の一部の条件を登録し、次
    の販売業者が残りの条件全部または残りの一部の条件を
    登録し、これを順次行い、複数の販売業者で全部の条件
    を満たす販売者のグループを仲介する。
