Among the two battery terminals 90P and 90N, the battery negative terminal 90N is connected to the ground, while the battery positive terminal 90N is connected to the ground.
Since P has a higher potential than the ground, these battery terminals 90P and 90N are connected to the wiring-side terminals 92P and 90N.
As for the order of connecting P and 92N, it is preferable from the viewpoint of safety that first, the wiring-side positive terminal 92P is connected to the battery positive terminal 90P, and then the wiring-side negative terminal 92N is connected to the battery negative terminal 90N. Conversely, battery terminals 90P,
As for the order of removing the wiring-side terminals 92P and 92N from the battery 90N, it is preferable for safety to remove the wiring-side negative terminal 92N from the battery negative terminal 90N and then remove the wiring-side positive terminal 92P from the battery positive terminal 90P. By observing the order of attachment and detachment, it is possible to reliably prevent a situation in which the battery positive terminal 90P is short-circuited through a tool or the like that comes into contact with the battery positive terminal 90P.

According to this structure, even if the wiring negative terminal is erroneously connected to the battery negative terminal first, the attachment / detachment preventing portion of the wiring negative terminal is connected to the wiring positive terminal of the battery in the connected state. The latter connection cannot be made because the positive terminal is prevented from being connected. That is, the connection of the wiring side terminal to both battery terminals cannot be completed unless the order of connecting the wiring side positive terminal to the battery positive terminal first and then connecting the wiring side negative terminal to the battery negative terminal is not followed. Therefore, it is possible to reliably restrict the order of the terminal connection work to the order of excellent safety from the battery positive terminal to the battery negative terminal.

Conversely, in a state where the wiring side terminals are connected to both battery terminals, the work of detaching the wiring side terminal from the battery positive terminal is prevented by the attachment / detachment preventing portion. Unless it is removed, the wiring side positive terminal cannot be removed from the battery positive terminal. Therefore, the order of the removal operation can be reliably restricted to the order of excellent safety from the battery negative terminal to the battery positive terminal.

[0010] The attachment / detachment preventing portion includes a terminal that covers the battery positive terminal from the direction in which the wiring-side positive terminal is coupled to the battery positive terminal in a state where the wiring-side negative terminal is coupled to the battery negative terminal. Those having a cover portion are more preferable. According to this configuration, since the terminal cover portion hinders the battery positive terminal from approaching the wiring-side positive terminal from the connection direction, the connection can be reliably prevented.

Further, a fitting portion is provided around the battery negative terminal, which can be fitted only when the wiring-side negative terminal is connected to the battery negative terminal in a predetermined direction. The configuration is such that the wiring-side negative terminal can be coupled to the battery negative terminal only in a state where the wiring-side negative terminal is fitted to the mating portion, and the orientation of the wiring-side negative terminal to be fitted to the fitting portion. However, if the terminal cover portion of the wiring-side negative terminal is configured to cover the wiring-side positive terminal, the direction in which the wiring-side negative terminal is coupled to the battery negative terminal is the direction of the wiring-side negative terminal. Since the terminal cover is regulated so as to cover the battery positive terminal, the terminal cover can function more reliably to regulate the order of attachment and detachment.
