[0003] As a coating method, roll coater coating, spray coating and the like have been used for a long time. In recent years, ink-jet coating has attracted attention. In ink-jet painting, pattern data corresponding to the pattern to be painted is input to a computer in advance, and a valve control device is controlled based on the pattern data to eject a desired color from a nozzle of the inkjet printer. Is formed. As described above, the inkjet coating has an advantage that various pattern patterns can be easily formed in a wide and narrow manner because the pattern pattern is formed by using the pattern data stored in the computer.
Regarding inkjet coating, see JP-A-9-15011.

As described above, in the ink jet coating, a paint of a desired color is sprayed in a diffused state from a nozzle of a coating head and applied to a substrate surface.
It is usually not possible to make the boundaries of the pattern clear.
Further, since the paint is ejected from the nozzle, a paint having a low viscosity tends to be used, and the applied paint may flow unnecessarily before drying. Therefore, when a so-called blur pattern or the like is desired, ink-jet coating provides a preferable result. Does not always give the desired result.

For example, as shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B, a groove 11 as a concave pattern and a convex pattern 12 as a convex pattern are formed on the surface of a substrate 10, and the convex pattern 12 is formed on a slope. 13 and the convex surface 14 are formed on an architectural board by inkjet coating.
Consider a case in which the region (1) and the other region (groove 11 and slope portion 13) are clearly colored and painted. Usually, a sealer is applied to the entire surface of the building board by roll coater coating or spray coating, and an intermediate coating of an appropriate color is applied thereon, and the color of the intermediate coating is clear. It is necessary to paint only the convex surface 14 so that the boundary line of the pattern is clearly separated (color-coded) at, for example, the ridge line portion R.

In this case, as shown in FIG. 7B, when the paint 21 is jetted from the nozzle 20 of the paint head toward the convex surface 14 so as to fill the width of the left and right ridge lines, the paint 21 is inevitably lost. The part flows down along the slope 13 as shown by the arrow, and blur occurs at that part. If the paint is jetted to a narrower width to avoid this, even if it does not flow down, the shade around the sprayed paint will cause blur inside the ridge. This is not limited to the case of an architectural board having an uneven pattern on the surface as shown in FIG. 7, and even if an attempt is made to form a paint film pattern clearly divided on a flat-surfaced architectural board by inkjet coating, The same occurs. Further, even when using a low-viscosity coating material, even when using a coating method such as brush coating instead of ink-jet coating, blurring due to the flow of the coating material cannot be completely avoided.

[0010] According to the present invention, a pattern that is desired to be clearly colored with other pattern areas on the surface of a building board on which a sealer and an appropriate color have been applied undercoat or intermediate coat as necessary. When the desired paint is brushed, dropped, or ejected from the coating head of the ink jet printer in the area of the part, the paint has a low viscosity and is highly fluid. Also, the flow of the paint is blocked by a convex weir formed along the outer peripheral edge of the pattern portion desired to be color-coded, and stops at that portion. When spraying or spraying from the coating head of an inkjet printer,
The paint can be limited to the inside of the convex weir by adjusting the position of the nozzle and the spray (spray) angle so that the spreading tip of the ejected paint falls within the convex weir. Thereby,
The color distinction between the inside and the outside of the convex weir becomes clear, and a pattern portion clearly colored with other patterns can be formed.

In the present invention, the area divided by the convex weir may be a flat surface, or an uneven pattern may be formed. In the latter case, an architectural board having a higher design property can be obtained. In addition, the convex weir may be formed as a closed curve, or may be formed as a partially open curve. The former is suitable when the surface pattern is a square pattern such as a brick or tile pattern. In the latter case,
By positively flowing a part of the paint from the open portion of the convex weir, a paint pattern with more aesthetic design can be formed.

Usually, the coating film formed on the surface of the building board is thin (about 10 to 100), and the height of the convex weir slightly exceeds the thickness of the coating film. It is. Therefore, when unpainted building boards are overlapped, it is unlikely that the convex weir will be broken.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. 1a and 1b show an example in which the present invention is applied to the building board previously shown in FIG. That is,
On the surface of the substrate 10, like the building board shown in FIG.
A groove 11 as a concave pattern and a convex pattern portion 12 as a convex pattern are formed. In the building board 10, the convex pattern portion 12 includes a slope 13 and a convex surface 14, and a boundary between the two. It is formed by a convex weir 15 formed at a portion corresponding to the ridge line R. In addition, although the said convex weir 15 is exaggeratedly drawn in the figure for the purpose of intelligibility, the width is 0.5-3.0 m in practice, although it is not limited.
The desired purpose can be sufficiently achieved if the height is about m and the height is about 0.1 to 1.5 mm.

A case is considered in which the surface 14 of the convex portion of the substrate 10 is painted in a different color from the other regions (that is, the groove 11 and the slope portion 13) by ink-jet painting. In that case, as shown in FIG.
Then, the paint 21 is sprayed or sprayed toward the convex surface 14 so as to spread over the inner wall surfaces 16 on the left and right sides of the convex weir 15. Even if the applied paint flows down, it flows down inside along the slope of the inner wall surface 16, that is, toward the convex surface 14 side, and does not flow out to the slope section 13 side.

FIG. 2 shows another embodiment of the building board 10, in which a concavo-convex pattern 17 is further formed in a region of the protruding pattern portion 12 divided by the protruding weir 15. in this case,
In addition, the uneven pattern becomes rich, and the architectural board 10 with high design
Is obtained. FIG. 3 shows still another embodiment of the building board 10, in which the convex pattern portion 12 has a recess at an uneven position on the surface thereof, and the recess should be divided and painted. The projection surface 14 is obtained. In this case, the convex weir 15 is formed by the narrow portion 15a and the wide portion 15b, but even in this case, as shown in FIG.
The paint 21 is applied from the nozzle 20 of the paint head to the convex weir 15.
If the coating is applied to the convex surface 14 so as to spread out to the entire left and right inner wall surfaces 16, 16, the convex surface 14 can be clearly colored and painted.

Usually, the coating film formed on the surface of the building board is thin (about 10 to 100 μm ), and the height of the convex weir is slightly larger than such coating film thickness. It is enough. Therefore, when unpainted building boards are overlapped, it is unlikely that the convex weir will be broken.
