However, the projecting portion 44 of the folded roof plate 42 is connected to the projecting claw piece 41 of the tight frame 40.
In the above-mentioned mounting structure of the folded roof plate, when the negative pressure load is applied to the folded roof plate 42, particularly when a large negative pressure is applied to the folded roof plate 42, the compressive force is applied to the entire surface of the folded roof plate 42. At this time, the cross section of the rising side plate 43 and the bottom plate 45 of the folded roof plate 42 is curvedly deformed so as to expand outward, and the projection 44 of the folded roof plate 42 is deformed in accordance with this deformation, and the tight frame is deformed. There is a problem that the locking force of the projection 40 with the protruding claw 41 is reduced by half, and in the worst case, it comes off from the protruding claw 41.

According to the folded roof plate of the above construction, the fitting rib (6) of the folded roof plate (3) is inclined at the lower end of the rib slope plate (6b) and the end of the valley bottom plate (4). The lower side plate (9) is connected, that is, the rib slope plate (6b) and the inclined side plate lower portion (9) are formed in a substantially bent shape. Therefore, even when a negative pressure load is applied to the folded roof plate (3) and the valley bottom plate (4) is bent and deformed, the rib upper surface plate (6a) fitted and locked to the projecting fitting portion (18) is inclined. Since it is possible to suppress the bending deformation such as rotating around the connecting portion with the lower end of (5), it is possible to prevent the deformation of the valley bottom plate (4) from being transmitted to the rib upper surface plate (6a), The fitting rib (6) of the folded roof plate (3) can be reliably prevented from coming off the projecting fitting portion (18) of the tight frame (2).
Further, since the folded roof plate (3) includes the horizontal plate portion (7) received by the top plate portion (15) of the tight frame (2), it can sufficiently resist a positive pressure load.

The folded roof plate 3 is provided with a fitting rib 6 having a V-shaped cross section on the inclined side plate 5, so that the resistance to bending deformation is also increased. Further, the shape of the fitting rib 6 portion of the folded roof plate 3 is such that the lower end of the rib slope plate 6b and the end of the valley bottom plate 4 are connected via the lower sloped plate 9; The lower part 9 of the side plate is formed to be bent in a substantially U-shape. According to this, when looking at the deformation process when a negative pressure load is applied, as shown in FIG. 6, the valley bottom plate 4 is curved and deformed so as to bulge outward (in a broken line state), and the rib slope plate 6b is formed.
The angle A formed by the lower side plate 9 and the lower side plate 9 and the angle B formed by the lower side plate 9 and the valley bottom plate 4 respectively increase, but the angle C formed by the rib upper surface plate 6a and the rib inclined plate 6b decreases, and Since the dimension X up to the fitting rib 6 does not change, bending deformation such that the rib upper surface plate 6a of the fitting rib 6 rotates around the connecting portion with the lower end of the inclined side plate 5 can be suppressed. The deformation of the plate 4 can be prevented from being transmitted to the rib upper surface plate 6a, and the folded roof plate 3 does not easily come off the tight frame 2.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 7, for example, the folded roof plate 3 of the comparative example, the rib 6 for fitting has a rib upper surface plate 6a and an end of the valley bottom plate 4 in which the inclined side plate lower portion 9 is straight.
When the negative pressure load is applied, the valley bottom plate 4 is curved, and the angle B formed between the lower portion 9 of the inclined side plate and the valley bottom plate 4 and the upper portion of the rib upper surface plate 6a and the lower portion of the inclined side plate 5 are formed. Since the angle D increases and the dimension X increases, the rib upper surface plate 6a of the fitting rib 6 bends and deforms so as to rotate around the connection with the inclined side plate 5, and the folded roof plate from the tight frame 2 3 may come off. Such a problem is the same even when the side plate 43 is formed with the protruding portion 44 having the same cross-sectional shape as the fitting rib 6 of the comparative example, like the folded plate 42 of the conventional example shown in FIG. In particular, the folded roof slab 4 of the conventional example shown in FIG.
In No. 2, since the protruding portion 44 is formed near the upper end of the side plate 43, such a problem is easily caused. Therefore, the folded roof shingle 3 of the present invention having the cross-sectional shape shown in FIG. 6 is much more preferable than the folded roof shingle of the comparative example shown in FIG. 7 and the folded roof shingle of the conventional example shown in FIG.

Holes 26, 2 are formed in the rising portion 25 of the upper frame 11 and the rising portion 13 of the lower frame 10.
7 is provided on the same axis, a horizontal shaft 28 composed of a headed bolt is inserted into the holes 26 and 27, and a nut 29 is screwed into a threaded end of the horizontal shaft 28 to thereby form the upper frame 1
1 is rotatably connected to the lower frame 10 about a horizontal axis 28. In this case, the diameter of the hole 27 of the lower frame 10 is formed larger than the diameter of the horizontal shaft 28 so that the horizontal movement of the upper frame 11 on the lower frame 10 is not hindered.

The folded roof slab 3 formed in such a shape
Since the rib 6 for fitting is formed in a cross-sectional shape in which the rib slope portion 6b and the lower portion 9 of the inclined side plate are formed in a substantially U-shape as in the case of the folded roof plate 3 of the first embodiment, Even when a large negative pressure load is applied to the plate roof plate 3 and the valley bottom plate 4 swells outward and deforms, the deformation of the rib upper surface plate 6a can be suppressed as much as possible. Detachment from the protruding fitting portion 18 can be effectively prevented. According to the cross-sectional shape of the folded roof plate 3, in addition to the bent portion where the rib upper surface plate 6a and the concave bottom plate 30a intersect, a bent portion where the concave bottom plate 30a and the concave upper plate 30b intersect, The number of bent portions where the concave upper surface plate 30b and the inclined side plate 5 intersect increases, and the strength of the roof plate can be increased by the amount of the bent portions, so that the roof plate is less likely to be deformed by a negative pressure load or a positive pressure load. The joint rib 6 can be more effectively prevented from coming off the protruding fitting portion 18. Further, the folded roof plate 3 is provided with the concave bottom plate 3
Since two bent portions, namely, a bent portion where the upper surface plate 30b intersects with the concave upper surface plate 30b and a bent portion where the concave upper surface plate 30b and the inclined side plate 5 intersect, also engage with the protruding fitting portion 18. The engagement and locking force of the plate roof plate 3 with respect to the protruding engagement portion 18 can be increased, and in this respect, the negative pressure load can be sufficiently counteracted. When a positive pressure load is applied, the horizontal plate 7 is received by the top plate 15, the concave bottom plate 30a is received by the inclined side plate 16, and the concave top plate 30b is received and supported by the upper end plate 16a. And can withstand a positive pressure load sufficiently. In addition to the knife-shaped protruding fitting portion 18 of the tight frame 2 shown in FIG. 12, the knife-shaped protruding fitting portion 18 shown in FIGS. it can.

That is, the folded roof slab 3 of the third embodiment.
Also in the concave portion 30 of the second embodiment, the rib upper surface plate 6a of the fitting rib 6 is similar to the concave portion 30 of the folded roof plate 3 of the second embodiment.
And a concave bottom plate 30a formed upwardly and continuously to the rib upper surface plate 6a and along the inclined side plate portion 16 of the tight frame 2, and a substantially horizontal outwardly continuous upper end of the concave bottom plate 30a. And a concave upper surface plate 30b along the upper end plate portion 16a of the tight frame 2. Therefore, the folded roof plate 3 also has a cross-sectional shape having a bent portion where the concave bottom plate 30a and the concave top plate 30b intersect and a bent portion where the concave top plate 30b and the inclined side plate 5 intersect. The strength of the shingle can be increased by the amount of the bent portion, and the roof plate is hardly deformed by a negative pressure load or a positive pressure load. The folded roof plate 3 also has two bent portions, that is, a bent portion where the concave bottom plate 30a and the concave top plate 30b intersect, and a bent portion where the concave top plate 30b and the inclined side plate 5 intersect. Because it will engage with 18,
The fitting and locking force of the folded roof plate 3 with respect to the protruding fitting portion 18 can be increased, and it is possible to sufficiently counteract a negative pressure load or a positive pressure load.

As in each of the above-described embodiments, the tight frame 2 has a form in which the upper frame 11 is connected to the upper side of the lower frame 10 fixed to the base material 1 so as to be movable in the left-right horizontal direction. It is preferable that the fitting rib 6 can be smoothly and easily and surely fitted and locked to the projecting fitting portion 18 of the tight frame 2 without damaging or deforming the plate roof plate 3. It is not limited to the tight frame 2 in which the frame 10 and the upper frame 11 are configured separately. The present invention is, for example, shown in FIG.
0, as shown in FIG. 21, the same applies to a general form in which the entire tight frame 2 is integrally formed. However, the tight frame 2 needs to be formed to have at least the top plate portion 15 for receiving the horizontal plate portion 7 of the folded roof plate 3 and the projecting fitting portion 18.

According to the folded roof slab of the present invention, even when a positive pressure load, a negative pressure load, or a particularly large negative pressure load is received, the projecting fitting portion of the tight frame does not come off from the projecting fitting portion. Therefore, the effect of preventing scattering due to a large negative pressure load can be further enhanced.
