【請求項１】 インクを噴射して記録媒体に記録するインクジェットヘッドと、インクを貯留し、前記インクジェットヘッドへインクを供給するインクタンクを有するインクジェット記録装置であって、前記インクタンクを外部の力で動かすことにより貯留されたインクが撹拌されることを特徴とするインクジェット記録装置。
【請求項２】 前記撹拌が非印刷時に行われることを特徴とする請求項１に記載のインクジェット記録装置。
【請求項３】 前記撹拌が不連続的に行われることを特徴とする請求項１または２に記載のインクジェット記録装置。
【請求項４】 前記インクタンクの動きが振動、回転、超音波及び揉みから選ばれる少なくとも１つであることを特徴とする請求項１〜３の何れか１項に記載のインクジェット記録装置。
【請求項５】 前記インクタンクの動きの１つである回転が一定角度回転した後、反対方向への回転を繰り返すことを特徴とする請求項１〜４の何れか１項に記載のインクジェット記録装置。
【請求項６】 前記インクタンクに貯留されたインクの顔料粒子の内接円で換算した数平均粒径が１５０ｎｍ以下であることを特徴とする請求項１〜５の何れか１項記載のインクジェット記録装置。
【請求項７】 前記インクジェット記録装置がインクジェットヘッドへインクを供給する第１のインクタンク及び第１のインクタンクへインクを供給する第２のインクタンクを有し、第１のインクタンクに回転又は超音波を付与して該タンク内に貯留されたインクを撹拌することを特徴とする請求項１〜６の何れか１項記載のインクジェット記録装置。
【請求項８】 インクを噴射して記録媒体に記録するインクジェットヘッドと、インクを貯留し、前記インクジェットヘッドへインクを供給するインクタンクを有するインクジェット記録装置であって、前記インクタンクに貯留されたインクの撹拌が非印刷時に行われることを特徴とするインクジェット記録装置。
【請求項９】 前記インクジェットヘッドのインク噴射の為の駆動用の電源を切ってもインクタンクに貯留されたインクの撹拌が行われることを特徴とする請求項８記載のインクジェット記録装置。
【請求項１０】 インクを噴射して記録媒体に記録するインクジェットヘッドと、インクを貯留し、前記インクジェットヘッドへインクを供給するインクタンクを有するインクジェット記録装置であって、前記インクタンクに貯留されたインクの撹拌が不連続的に行われることを特徴とするインクジェット記録装置。

【請求項１４】 インクを噴射して記録媒体に記録するインクジェットヘッドと、インクを貯留し、前記インクジェットヘッドへインクを供給するインクタンクを有するインクジェット記録装置で記録を行う記録方法において、前記インクタンクに貯留されたインクの撹拌が不連続的に行われることを特徴とするインクジェット記録方法。
