Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin foam body heat insulating material for a house easy to execute, causing little material loss, little gap between the heat insulating material and a column or the like, with high airtightness. SOLUTION: A flat plate-shaped and nearly right triangular first synthetic resin foam body heat insulating material 1a is arranged between the column 11 and a stud 12, between floor joists, or between rafters of the house so that the short side abuts on a floor surface 14 side. The inclined side of a nearly right triangular second synthetic resin foam body heat insulating material 1b is superposed and closely stuck to the inclined side of the first heat insulating material 1a. The tip portion of the long side of the second heat insulating material 1b protruded from the inclined side of the first heat insulating material 1a and the tip portion of the long side of the first heat insulating material 1a protruded from the short side of the second heat insulating material 1b are cut off respectively to form the nearly rectangular synthetic resin foam body heat insulating material.

However, such a heat insulating material made of a rectangular flat synthetic resin foam has a design in which the distance between columns and studs, between joists and joists, or between rafters and rafters is designed. Since it is not always constant at the stage or at the stage of construction, the heat insulating material has to be prepared larger than the above-mentioned interval, and a part of the heat insulating material has to be cut out and fitted. In addition, the amount of heat insulating material cut off at this time also increased, so that the amount of dust also increased. However, since it is necessary to measure the length of the rectangular space between pillars and studs, between joists, and between rafters before fitting heat insulating material in this way, the measurement work is also difficult. This is labor, and the cut portion is too large to create a gap. On the other hand,
Since it is a great effort to perform the cutting work, slits are provided in advance from the front and back sides of the heat insulating material made of a rectangular plate-shaped synthetic resin foam to have elasticity, and this is taken from both ends. The construction method of compressing and fitting was performed. However, such a slit portion of the heat insulating material has a drawback that the heat insulating performance of the heat insulating material is impaired, and even the heat insulating material having such a slit portion cannot eliminate the cutting operation.

Means for Solving the Problems The present inventor has conducted intensive studies in view of the above problems, and as a result, made the shape of the heat insulating material a specific shape, and combined the heat insulating materials to reduce the width of the heat insulating material. The present invention has been completed based on the finding that it can be freely adjusted. That is, the synthetic resin foam heat insulating material of the present invention is characterized in that, in the synthetic resin foam heat insulating material, the shape of the heat insulating material is a substantially right triangle having a flat plate shape. In addition, the construction method of the synthetic resin foam heat insulating material according to another invention of the present invention is a method for manufacturing a wall, a floor, and a roof in contact with the outside of a house, between columns and studs, between joists and joists, or rafters. In the method of installing a synthetic resin foam heat insulating material for filling a synthetic resin foam heat insulating material between a rafter and a rafter to insulate a house, the method comprises the steps of: The first synthetic resin foam insulation material of a substantially right triangle having a flat plate shape between the trees is abutted to the long side of the pillar, stud, joist, or rafter, and the short side is the floor side or the joist side or After placing it in contact with the eaves side,
The inclined side of the second synthetic resin foam heat insulating material of another substantially right triangle is overlapped with and adhered to the inclined side of the first heat insulating material, and protrudes from the short side of the first heat insulating material. A substantially rectangular synthetic resin foam is obtained by cutting the long-side end of the second heat-insulating material and the long-side end of the first heat-insulating material protruding from the short side of the second heat-insulating material. A heat insulating material.

As described above, the width of the synthetic resin foam heat insulating material of the present invention can be freely adjusted by displacing the two substantially right triangular synthetic resin foam heat insulators at the inclined sides. Therefore, construction can be performed easily, the material loss is small, the gap between the heat insulating material and the pillar or the like is reduced, and a highly airtight synthetic resin foam heat insulating material for a house can be constructed.

According to Japanese Patent No. 2947410, "A plate-like body made of a closed-cell foam made of a synthetic resin and having an appropriate plate pressure, a width, and a length is formed in at least one linear shape inclined with a side edge as viewed from the plate surface. A variable width heat insulating material which is formed into a molded body divided into a plurality of members in the width direction by the divided slide edges, and wherein the abutting position of the divided slide edges is shifted in the longitudinal direction of the plate-like body to adjust the thickness. ) Is proposed, but it is described that the width of the heat insulating material can be expanded and contracted by sliding according to the width of the mounting place, but measurement and manual adjustment of the width dimension are extremely troublesome, and a gap is generated, There is a problem that it may fall off.

Means for Solving the Problems The present inventor has conducted intensive studies in view of the above-mentioned problems, and as a result, the shape of the heat insulating material has been set to a specific shape. The present invention has been completed based on the finding that the width of the heat insulating material can be freely adjusted and the space can be filled without any gaps by using.
That is, the synthetic resin foam heat insulating material of the present invention is a synthetic resin foam heat insulating material, wherein the shape of the heat insulating material is a substantially right-angled triangle having a flat plate shape, and a long side forming the right angle.
Is 1.5 to 15 times the length of the short side, and its length
Near the tip of the side, a cutting scale parallel to the short side is marked.
It is characterized by having been done. In addition, the construction method of the synthetic resin foam heat insulating material according to another invention of the present invention is a method for manufacturing a wall, a floor, and a roof in contact with the outside of a house, between columns and studs, between joists and joists, or rafters. In the method of installing a synthetic resin foam heat insulating material for filling a synthetic resin foam heat insulating material between a rafter and a rafter to insulate a house, the method comprises the steps of: The first synthetic resin foam insulation material of a substantially right triangle having a flat plate shape between the trees is abutted to the long side of the pillar, stud, joist, or rafter, and the short side is the floor side or the joist side or Placed on the eaves side via a support
After that, the inclined side of the second synthetic resin foam heat insulating material of another substantially right triangle is superimposed on and close to the inclined side of the first heat insulating material, and from the short side of the first heat insulating material. A substantially rectangular synthetic resin is obtained by cutting the protruding end of the long side of the second heat insulating material and the front end of the long side of the first heat insulating material protruding from the short side of the second heat insulating material. After forming the foam insulation, by removing the support
The short side is brought into contact with the floor, the joist, or the eaves .
