However, in the above conventional example, the following problems occur. In the above-described conventional example, the illuminance cannot be freely changed even when the user wakes up during the wake-up operation (time t1 to t1 in FIG. 9) (time t3 in FIG. 10). If the user wakes up when the camera is low, the user must wait until the desired illuminance is obtained, which is inconvenient for work (changing clothes, brushing teeth, etc.). The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an easy-to-use lighting device and lighting apparatus that can wake a sleeping person by light stimulation.

(Embodiment 1) FIG. 1 is a block diagram of a first embodiment according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a schematic side sectional view of a lighting fixture 16 using this block structure. ,
An operation waveform diagram is shown in FIG. 3, and a perspective view of the remote control transmitter 1 is shown in FIG.
Shown in This block configuration includes a discharge lamp (for example, an annular fluorescent lamp, a double annular fluorescent lamp, a straight fluorescent lamp, etc.) 11, a light bulb (for example, an incandescent light bulb, a halogen light bulb, a krypton light bulb, etc.) 12, an AC power supply 21. A rectifying / smoothing unit 22 for converting an AC voltage to a DC voltage, an inverter unit 23 for converting a DC voltage output of the rectifying / smoothing unit into an AC high-frequency voltage and supplying the AC voltage to the discharge lamp 11, and controlling the inverter unit 23. An inverter control unit 25, a light bulb control unit 26 for controlling the output of the light bulb 12, a remote control transmitter 1 having a timer function (here, a clock), and a transmission signal from the remote control transmitter 1 (lighting, dimming, turning off command) Remote control light-receiving part 1 that receives light
5, and a control unit 28 that receives an output from the remote control light receiving unit 15 and transmits a control signal to the inverter control unit 25 and the bulb control unit 26. The lighting fixture 16 is mounted on a ceiling (not shown),
The light output from the discharge lamp 11 is reflected on the ceiling surface, the reflected light is used as indirect light, and the light output from the discharge lamp 11 is used as direct light through the translucent globe 17. FIG.
Reference numeral 18 denotes a main body, 27 denotes a main body cover, and a rectifying / smoothing section 22, an inverter section 23, an inverter control section 25, an electric bulb control section 26, and a control section 28 etc. are stored and arranged. As shown in FIG. 4, the remote control transmitter 1 includes all the lights 2, dimming 3, dimming UP 4, dimming DOWN 5, extinguishing 6, lighting 31,
Each switch 9 of the snooze 7 and a display section 8 for displaying time are provided. The following operations are performed by operating each switch 9. All lamps 2: Output a signal that causes all the discharge lamps 11 to be fully lit (fully lit). Dimming 3: Outputs a signal for dimming and lighting the discharge lamp 11. Lighting 31: A signal for lighting the bulb 12 is output. Dimming UP4: Outputs a signal that increases the light output of the bulb 12. Dimming DOWN 5: Outputs a signal that reduces the light output of the bulb 12. Off 6: Outputs a signal to turn off the discharge lamp 11 and the bulb 12. Snooze 7: Outputs a signal that performs a snooze operation. In the snooze, when the snooze 7 is pressed when the user wants to sleep more, the illuminance is changed over time during the snooze operation as shown in FIG. It is desirable that the illuminance change due to snooze be faster than the illuminance change during the wake-up operation. Hereinafter, the operation will be briefly described with reference to FIG. Before going to bed or the like, the wake-up time and the like are set in advance by the timer of the remote control transmitter 1. Then, a certain time before the wake-up time (for example, 30
Minutes before), the remote control signal is transmitted from the remote control transmitter 1 to the remote control light receiving unit 15. When the remote control light receiving unit 15 receives the light, the light bulb 12 first starts lighting. At this time, as shown in FIG. 3, the illuminance of the bulb 12 gradually increases with time from low illuminance to high illuminance. Such a change in illuminance leads the sleeper from a deep sleep state to a light sleep state (alarm function). Then, at the wake-up time, the bulb 12 is turned off and the discharge lamp 11 is turned on. Here, if the operator performs any operation of the switch 9 during the wake-up operation, the light bulb 12 stops the wake-up operation, and the discharge lamp 11 or the light bulb 12 is controlled based on the signal output from the remote control transmitter 1. To change the light output (illuminance).
With the above-described configuration, a sleeping person can be awakened by light stimulation, and an easy-to-use lighting device can be provided. In addition, by adding a function of an alarm clock to the remote control transmitter 1, as shown in FIG. 6, it is possible to wake up a sleeping person by a sound stimulus (alarm) and a light stimulus. The rectifying and smoothing unit 22 includes:
For example, a circuit composed of a rectifier and a smoothing capacitor, or a boost chopper circuit may be used, and another configuration may be used. The inverter unit 23 may be, for example, a half-bridge type inverter circuit, and may have another configuration. If the light bulb control unit 26 is configured using a triac, for example, continuous light control of the light bulb 12 can be easily performed by phase control, but another configuration may be used. Further, the timer function of remote control transmitter 1 may be a counter.
Further, the change of the light bulb 12 is not limited to the one shown in FIG. 3, and if it has a function and effect of the present invention, whether it is linear, stair-shaped, or curved, They may be appropriately combined. In addition, in the normal lighting state (for example, full lighting) after the wake-up time, only the discharge lamp 11 is turned on, but the light bulb 12 may be configured to be used as auxiliary lighting. By preheating the discharge lamp 11 before the wake-up time, the discharge lamp 11 can be quickly turned on, and the switching between the discharge lamp 11 and the bulb 12 at the wake-up time can be performed more smoothly. It is desirable that the illuminance by the discharge lamp 11 and the illuminance by the electric bulb 12 at the time of switching at the wake-up time are substantially matched, but the present invention is not limited to this. Further, the number of the discharge lamps 11 and the number of the light bulbs 12 may be any number. When the lighting 31 is operated,
The light bulb 12 is turned on with the light output at the end of the previous control. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the light bulb 12 may be turned on with an arbitrary illuminance. Further, the switch 9 may be appropriately selected according to the application, for example, the snooze 7 may not be provided (for example, a switch having a front view as shown in FIG. 7 may be used) (Embodiment 2) A second embodiment according to the invention will be described below. The block configuration and the like are the same as those shown in FIG. 1, and the difference from the first embodiment is that the signal output from remote control transmitter 1 is used only in the first half (arbitrary time) of the wake-up operation time zone. The configuration is such that the wake-up operation is continued ignoring, and the same components as those of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof is omitted. With such a configuration, a malfunction can be more reliably prevented, and more specifically, a malfunction in a time zone with relatively low illuminance can be more reliably prevented. (Embodiment 3) A third embodiment according to the present invention will be described below. The block configuration and the like are the same as those shown in FIG. 1, and the only difference from the first embodiment is the operation. The same reference numerals are given to the same components as those of the other first embodiments. The description is omitted. In the conventional example,
Even if the illuminance can be changed freely when the user wakes up during the wake-up operation (time t1 to t1 in FIG. 9), the operator falls asleep and erroneously operates to reduce the illuminance. In such a case, the second problem that the effects described in the section of the conventional example cannot be obtained is caused. This embodiment has been made in view of the second problem. Hereinafter, the operation will be briefly described. During the wake-up operation, when the operator performs any of the operations of all lights 2, light control 3, light control UP4, and lighting 31, the wake-up operation is stopped, and light output is performed based on a signal output from the remote control transmitter 1. To change. On the other hand, if the operator
When any one of WN5, light off 6, and snooze 7 is performed, the signal output from the remote control transmitter 1 is ignored and the wake-up operation is continued. With the above configuration, the sleeping person can be awakened by the light stimulus, the illuminance can be prevented from lowering due to an erroneous operation, and an easy-to-use lighting device can be provided. (Embodiment 4) A fourth embodiment according to the present invention will be described below. The block configuration and the like are the same as those shown in FIG. 1 and are different from the third embodiment in that only the operation of all lights 2 is received during the wake-up operation. The same components as those of the third embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted. (Embodiment 5) A fifth embodiment according to the present invention will be described below. The block configuration and the like are the same as those shown in FIG. 1 and are different from the first embodiment in that only the operation of the snooze 7 is not accepted during the wake-up operation. The same components as those of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted. The present embodiment has solved the following problems. That is, since the illuminance change due to the snooze operation is faster than the illuminance change due to the wake-up operation, if a snooze operation is received during the wake-up operation, as shown in FIG.
6 (that is, the time when the wake-up operation is completed) is shifted in a direction earlier than the set wake-up time t1. With the configuration described above, it is possible to prevent a difference between a preset wake-up time and a time when the wake-up operation is completed.
All of the above embodiments may be appropriately combined as long as the effects of the present invention are satisfied.
